Republic of Indonesia Law Number 12 of 1995 concerning Corrections assets that correctional coaching is carried out based on several principles, namely: guidance; treatment and service equality; education and counseling; respect for human dignity; and guarantee to keep in touch with families and certain people. Class II-B Correctional Institution of Langsa city is an adult Correctional Institution. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of child inmates coaching in Class II-B Correctional Institution of Langsa city and find out the efforts done to overcome constraints in the implementation of child inmates coaching. The method used in this research was Juridical Empirical research method that examines the implementation of normative legal behavior relating to the implementation of child inmates coaching in Class II-B Correctional Institution of Langsa city. The results showed that the implementation of child inmates coaching does not correspond to childs rights since, in addition to an over capacity of the correctional institution, child inmates do not get personality and self-reliance coaching. In conclusion, the child inmates coaching which is expected to be well implemented is far from the expectations since it does not correspond to childs rights. Therefore, it suggested that the government can immediately build a special Correctional Institution for child inmates with appropriate facilities and infrastructure since children are the next generation of a nationUndang-undang RI Nomor 12 Tahun 1995 tentang Pemasyarakatan dimana menegaskan pembinaan pemasyarakatan dilaksanakan berdasarkan beberapa asas yaitu : Pengayoman ; Persamaan perilaku dan pelayanan ; Pendidikan dan pembimbingan ; Penghormatan harkat dan martabat manusia ; Kehilangan kemerdekaan satu-satu nya penderitaan ; Terjaminnya hak untuk tetap berhubungan dengan keluarga dan orang-orang tertentu . Lembaga Pemasyarakatan kelas II-B Kota Langsa adalah lembaga Pemasyarakatan Dewasa, Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana pelaksanaan pembinaan hak-hak narapidana anak di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan kelas II-B Kota Langsa dan bagaimana upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala dalam pelaksanaan pembinaan narapidana anak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini yaitu�Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Yuridis Empiris yaitu mengkaji mengenai implementasi ketentuan hukum normatif (perundang-undangan) yang berhubungan dengan pembinaan narapidana anak di lembaga pemasyarakatan Kelas II-B kota Langsa. Hasil penelitian pelaksanaan pembinaan narapidana anak tidak memenuhi hak-hak narapidana anak, karena selain keadaan lembaga pemasyarakatan over kapasitas, kenyataan apa yang diharapkan tidak terealisasi dengan baik, karena narapidana anak tidak mendapatkan pembinaan kepribadian dan pembinaam kemandirian. Simpulan secara faktual pembinaan narapidana anak yang diharapkan tidak terlaksana dengan baik, jauh dari harapan pemenuhan hak-hak narapidana anak., disarankan pemerintah segera membangaun Lembaga pemasyarakatan khusus anak dengan sarana dan prasarana yang layak. Mengingat anak adalah generasi yang berpotensian bagi bangsa

ABSTRACT Background: Fulfillment of food is a human need to maintain its life and carry out daily activities, the law Number 12 of 1995 Article 14 mandates that prisoners are entitled to health services and adequate food. Research Purpose: This study aims to determine the effect of diet on nutritional status of prisoners in prison Class II A Baubau. Research Method: The study was conducted in February of 2018 at the Class II A Baubau Prison Center on 132 prisoners. The research method used was observational analytics with cross sectional approach by measuring body weight and height also interview using questionnaire. The data of the research were analyzed using chi square test. Research Result: The results showed that 23.5% of respondents were nutritional status of thin, 65.9% normal nutritional status and 10.6% of respondents had more nutritional status. Prisoner diet was found that 82.6% of respondents get food according to the prison regulations and 17.4% of respondents get food not in accordance with prisons. Chi square test showed that there is influence of diet to nutritional status of prisoner shown with value P = 0.000. Conclusion: The conclusion of this research, that there was a dietary influence on the nutritional status of prisoners of Class II A Baubau. It was expected that the government and the prisons can pay attention to the intake of nutrients received by prisoners to achieve optimal prison health and coaching processes.Keywords: Prison, Inmates, Dietary Habit, Nutritional Status

ABSTRAKJudul dari penelitian ini adalah Peran Satuan Lalu Lintas Polres Rembang Dalam Menekan Angka Kecelakaan Lalu Lintas Dengan Mengedepankan Standar Kompetensi Khusus Penyidik Kecelakaan Lalu Lintas. Tujuan penelitian ini bermaksud mengetahui peran Satuan Lalu Lintas Polres Rembang yang bertindak selaku pejabat publik harus mampu membuat suatu kebijakan publik dalam memberikan pelayanannya kepada masyarakat, penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian empiris yuridis. Dengan kesimpulan adanya permasalahan tingginya angka kecelakaan lalu lintas serta tingginya angka fatalitas dari tiap kecelakaan yang terjadi, Satlantas Polres Rembang mengambil suatu kebijakan dalam menjalankan tugas, fungsi dan perananannya sebagai representasi atau perpanjangan tangan dari pemerintah untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut.Kata Kunci: Peran Satlantas, Kecelakaan lalu lintas, Penyidik laka lantas.ABSTRACTThe title of this research is the role of Satuan Lalu Polres Rembang traffic accidents rate by prioritizing the special competence standard of traffic accident investigator. This study aims to analyze how to regulate the placement of PPAT in Government Regulation No. 24 of 2016 on the Amendment of Government Regulation Number 37 of 1998 on the Regulation of Officials of the Land Deed Authority and the factors that affect the occurrence of different working areas of PPAT and Notary positions. This research is done by using normative-empirical research method with data collecting technique through interview that is direct dialog in the form of question and answer and document study that is by recording data directly from document which its contents related to research problem, that is rule of law, , papers, journals, seminar results, and internet sites. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The working area of ​​PPAT in PP 24/2016 is expanded into provincial work areas. in relation to the working area of ​​PPAT in PP 24/2016 provides confirmation that PPAT and Notary are required to be within a working area if it is understood that PPAT in this case concurrently serves as a Notary. In the provision of Article 9 Paragraph (1) of PP 24/2016, PPAT in having two options, such option is PPAT filed a request to move the seat of PPAT or other option of PPAT must stop as Notary in its place of domicile. 2) the age of 22 years can be appointed to PPAT will potentially make the existence of different office positions between PPAT and notary since PPAT first open the office from the notary. PPAT concurrently holds the position of notary but does not follow the notary's position on violating the provisions of Article 7 paragraph (2) letter h of PP 24/2016 and Article 17 letter g UUJN.

Since the Covid-19 pandemic, many people have become street vendors in cars and park their vehicles on the side of the road. This violates the Denpasar City Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2015, therefore this study aims to examine the implementation of the Denpasar City Regulation Number 2 of 2015 concerning Street Vendors (PKL) for Mobile Vehicles and discuss the supervision of the PKL policy for motorized vehicles during the Covid-19 pandemic 19. The empirical research method based on the data obtained is from the results of observations, interviews, and documentation. Then the results of the data relevant to the formulation of the problem in this study were analyzed qualitatively and explained descriptively. From the results of the research conducted, it shows that the implementation of the policy of Street Vendors in Denpasar City cannot be carried out properly in accordance with the Denpasar City Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2015 due to the current pandemic situation and conditions which have resulted in many people being sent home and fired from their workplaces. forced to become a car dealer for daily income. The obstacle faced by the government in supervising street vendors is that it is difficult to register and appeal to them because it is easy to move from one place to another.

In essence, correctionalization is one of the manifestations of the formal institutionalization of the public's reaction to crime. The reaction of this society at first only focused on the element of giving suffering to lawbreakers. However, in line with the development of society, the element of giving suffering must also be balanced with humane treatment by paying attention to the human rights of lawbreakers as individual beings, as well as creatures. social. Therefore, the correctional facility must also function as a place for the rehabilitation of prisoners with a variety of coaching activities. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of the equal rights of prisoners to get health services at prisons in Riau province and to analyze the obstacles and efforts in implementing the equal rights of prisoners to get health services in prisons in Riau province. The research method is sociological legal research, by identifying the legal effectiveness of the law in society which discusses the Implementation of the Equality of Prisoners to Get Health Services in Prisons in Riau Province, namely in Class II A Lapas Pekanbaru and Class II B Rokan Hulu Prison. In general, the implementation of prisoners' rights in obtaining health services in prisons in Riau Province has not been able to meet the needs of prisoners in prisons. It is hoped that the government will pay special attention to the impact arising from the overcapacity of a correctional institution. Because the excess occupants (over capacity) of a correctional institution will cause a health condition that is not good for prisoners so that it will hinder the running or ineffectiveness of the implementation of development programs in prisons. It is hoped that the Government will further improve health resources, financing, infrastructure, health service efforts and maintain environmental health in prisons and fulfill the food and drinking needs of prisoners in prisons as well as special attention to the impact arising from overpopulation. capacity) of a correctional institution so that the right to health for prisoners can be fulfilled, and human rights can be protected according to the ideals of the Indonesian people as referred to in Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia (UUDNRI).

Happiness at work is quite essential for every individual during the workday. However, in several institutions and companies, many employees have not achieved their happiness at work. This can be influenced by the existence of job satisfaction and low spirituality at work. This study aimed to determine job satisfaction and spirituality work on happiness at work in the Correctional Institution Class II A Purwokerto-Indonesia employees. The research method used is a quantitative approach using a questionnaire. Respondents in this study were employees who worked in the Correctional Institution Class II A Purwokerto-Indonesia, with a total of 118 employees. The instrument used is a job satisfaction scale with a reliability coefficient of 0.967, spirituality at work scale with a reliability coefficient of 0.962, and happiness at work scale with a reliability coefficient of 0.957. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant influence on job satisfaction and spirituality at work on happiness at work for Correctional Institution Class II A Purwokerto-Indonesia employees with Fcount = 322.822; tcount = 7.069; tcount = 4.979; and the probability value sig (p) = 0.000 (p < .05). Obtained a value of R-square = 0.849, indicating that job satisfaction and spirituality at work contributed 84,9% and 15,1% were other factors outside the study.

Pemberian remisi di Lembaga Permasyarakatan belum menunjukan hasil yang optimal dalam membina napi. Demikian juga sistem pembinaan dalam lembaga pemasyarakatan, secara yuridis belum sesuai dengan amanat Undang-undang remisi. Tujuan penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui implementasi Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 32 Tahun 1999 Tentang Pelaksanaan Remisi Bagi Nara Pidana Korupsi dan besarnya pengampunan untuk koruptor menurut Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 32 Tahun 1999 Tentang Pelaksanaan Remisi Bagi Nara Pidana Korupsi di Lapas Kota Mataram. Jenis metode penelitian ini termasuk penelitian empiris dengan pendekatan normatif yuridis. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Lapas Mataram, responden adalah stakeholder di Lapas Kota Mataram. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, interview dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis model interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelaksanaan remisi bagi nara pidana korupsi di Lapas Kota Mataram telah berjalan secara optimal, hal tersebut terlihat dari terjadi tren pemberian remisi bagi tahanan di Lapas Kota Mataram mengalami fluktuasi dan diantara nara pidana tersebut, juga diberikan pada pelaku tindak pidana korupsi. Jenis remisi berupa remisi umum sebanyak 543 nara pidana, remisi khusus sebanyak 51 nara pidana, dan remisi tambahan sebanyak 636 nara pidana, yang dilakukan berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 32 Tahun 1999 Tentang Pelaksanaan Remisi Pasal 34, Pasal 36, Pasal 41, Pasal 42A, dan Pasal 43. Provision of remission at the Correctional Institution has not shown optimal results in fostering prisoners. Likewise, the guidance system in prisons is judicially not in accordance with the mandate of the remission law. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of Government Regulation No. 32 of 1999 concerning the Implementation of Remission for Nara Pidana Corruption and the amount of amnesty for corruptors according to Government Regulation Number 32 of 1999 concerning the Implementation of Remission for Nara Pidana Corruption in Mataram City Prison. This type of research method includes empirical research with a juridical normative approach. The study was conducted in Mataram Lapas, respondents were stakeholders in the Mataram City Prison. Data collection uses observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis using interactive model analysis. The results showed that the implementation of remission for corruption convicts in Mataram City Prison had been running optimally, as seen from the trend of giving remissions for prisoners in Mataram City Prison experiencing fluctuations and among the convicts, also given to perpetrators of corruption. Types of remission in the form of general remissions of 543 convicts, special remissions of 51 convicts, and additional remissions of 636 convicts, carried out based on Government Regulation No. 32 of 1999 concerning the Implementation of Remission Article 34, Article 36, Article 41, Article 42A, and Article 43.

This study aims at finding how the implementation of the granting of rights for murder convicts in Gunung Sitoli Class II B Prison, Nias and the training process at the Gunung Sitoli Class II B Penitentiary, Nias towards murder convicts. Penitentiary as the last place of the criminal correctional system, its task is to carry out the development of prisoners. In carrying out the development of prisoners, the correctional institution is guided by the provisions of Law Number 12 of 1995 concerning Corrections. Prisoners are not people who are excommunicated for actions committed as a result of violating the law. The law regulates the rights of prisoners. The formulation of the problem in this journal is how the implementation of the granting of rights and how the process of coaching the prisoner is. The method used is juridical empirical or juridical empirical research where the legal materials used are primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. The results of the study concluded that the implementation of granting rights to murder convicts in Gunungsitoli Class II B Penitentiary, Nias was carried out in accordance with the Law. The coaching process starts when the prisoner is detained at the Police, then at the Gunungsitoli Detention Center at the stage of undergoing a trial and continues at the Class II B Prison in Gunung Sitoli, Nias until the prisoner is released.

This study aims to analyze the "Criminal Accountability of Corruption Actors in Grants for Beef Procurement Grants". Legal issues arising from this study include: How is the arrangement of grants and their relationship with criminal acts of corruption, as well as criminal liability for perpetrators of corruption in the procurement of cattle (Decision Number 1/PPid. Sus-TPK/2019/PN Dps). The research method used in this research is normative legal research with statutory, conceptual and case approaches. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded several things: 1) Grant arrangements are regulated in Article 1666, 1682 and 1682 of the Civil Code; 2) The relationship between grants and corruption related to grants is a wet field that is used by individuals to commit corruption. 3) Based on Decision Number 1 / Pid.Sus-TPK / 2019 / PN Dps, the defendant is proven to have violated Article 3 in conjunction with Article 18 of Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Corruption Crimes in conjunction with Law Number 20 of 2002. Form of criminal liability the perpetrators of corruption in the form of imprisonment for 2 (two) years and 4 (four) months minus the temporary detention period and based on orders so that the defendant remains in custody and a fine of Rp 50,000,000 (fifty million rupiah) subsidair 2 (two) a month of confinement, and is charged to pay a replacement money of Rp 127,350,000 (one hundred twenty seven million three hundred fifty thousand rupiah). The advice that can be given to the reader is through education and exemplary attitude from the leader who becomes the main spear as a reflection of the government towards the next generation. For further researchers who will examine the crime of corruption in order to dig deeper about how the government plays a role in efforts to prevent corruption

Development of food security implemented to meet the human basic needs that provide benefits fairly and equitably based on self – reliance, and not contrary to public faith. Referring to the government regulation No 22 of 2009 concerning Food Consumption Diversification Acceleration (P2KP). However, it is not supported by the development of women farmers. The method use in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis using SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Treath). The samples in this study is the purposive sample. Result of a study showed the amount of income earned from the group of women farmers in the one month is 150,000/ members. Proper development strategies used in the development strategies used in the development KWT Melati is a Growth Oriented Strategy is very profitable strategy to seize opportunities with the strength. Pembangunan ketahan pangan dilaksanakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dasar manusia yang memberikan manfaat secara adil dan merata berdasarkan kemandirian, dan tidak bertentangan dengan keyakinan masyarakat. Mengacu pada Peraturan Pemerintah No 22 Tahun 2009 mengenai Percepatan Penganekaragaman Konsumsi Pangan (P2KP). Namun, hal ini tidak didukung dengan adanya pengembangan kelompok wanita tani. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Treath). Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan sampel purposive. Hasil penelitian menunjukan besaran pendapatan yang diperoleh dari adanya kelompok wanita tani dalam satu bulan adalah Rp.150.000/bulan/anggota. Strategi pengembangan yang tepat digunakan dalam pengembangan Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Melati adalah Growth Oriented Strategy.
