The Purpose of writing this articles is to find out the interactions and habits of the people on major holidays between religious communities in North Sulawesi. This study uses qualitative research methods, with data collection techniques based on observations, interviews and documentation studies, as well as sociological approaches with studies cross-sectional. The results of this study show that interfaith visits, especially by each family, are still strongly bound by kinship but have distance and boundaries from each religion. Then, there are legal causes and legal consequences that occur from customary law visit when religious feast day are smaller in scope, namely the family which will automatically influence the interaction of the people of North Sulawesi.

Abstract This study aims to determine the teacher's strategy in improving the discipline of students at SD Negeri Tanjunganom and to find out the obstacles and supporters in improving the discipline of students at SD Negeri Tanjunganom. This research uses qualitative research methods, which relies on humans as the main data collection tool which will produce descriptive data in the form of written data or oral data from the people being observed. The method used by researchers is by interview, observation and documentation. The results showed that first, in instilling and improving student discipline, teachers can use various strategies, namely; Making teachers as role models, Performing the process of habituation, Delivering directly to children, Giving understanding to children, Application of various rules by the teacher, Imposing sanctions or warnings for violators, Teaching children about the importance of obeying a rule. Second, the obstacles in improving the discipline of SD Negeri Tanjunganom include; The condition of the student itself, the condition of the parents, the family background, the teacher's time with the students. Third, the supporting factors in increasing discipline, among others; Schools, Facilities, Teachers, Students and Parents' Attention. Abstrak Peran Guru dalam Meningkatkan Kedisiplinan Siswa SD Negeri Tanjunganom Banyuurip Kabupaten Purworejo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi guru dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa SD Negeri Tanjunganom dan mengetahui kendala dan pendukung dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa SD Negeri Tanjunganom. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, yaitu mengandalkan manusia sebagai alat pengumpul data utama yang akan menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa data tertulis atau data lisan dari orang-orang yang diamati. Metode yang digunakan peniliti adalah dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pertama, dalam menanamkan dan meningkat kedisiplinan siswa, guru dapat menggunakan berbagai strategi antara; Menjadikan guru sebagai suritauladan, Melakukan proses pembiasaan, Penyampaian secara langsung kepada anak, Pemberian pengertian kepada anak, Penerapan berbagai aturan oleh guru, Pemberian sanksi atau peringatan bagi yang melanggar, Pengajaran kepada anak tentang pentingnya mematuhi sebuah aturan. Kedua, kendala dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan SD Negeri Tanjunganom antara lain; Kondisi siswa itu sendiri, Kondisi orang tua, Latar belakang keluarga, Waktu guru dengan siswa. Ketiga, Faktor pendukung dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan antara lain; Sekolah, Fasilitas, Guru, Siswa dan Perhatian orang tua.

The Lost Money or Given Money” is called Uang Ilang in term of Minangkabau culture. It is a gift in the form of a sum of money by the bride and groom given to the prospective bridegroom. The payment of “the lost money” is done through intermediary the head of the tribe between the two sides of the family. This tradition of “the lost money” is a customary requirement that must be met by the family of the bride to the prospective groom. The amount of money may vary depending on the request of the head of the tribe or the male family to the prospective bride. There are two aspects that determine the amount of money payments first, the cultural aspects and socioeconomic status. The purpose of this study is to describe how the implementation of traditions of “the lost money” in South Campago District. This research used descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data collection by interview and supported by supporting books related to “the lost money”. The result of this research is known that marriage with “the lost money” tradition system is customary law that has been applied to South Campago District community. In the implementation by finding the source of “the lost money” by borrowing, participation from the head of the tribe, helps from the groom if the couple is dating and t”the lost money” be the responsibility of the parents. The high low payment of illicit money for now is also influenced by the social status of the prospective bridegroom but most of the people do traditions of “the lost money” more to the cultural aspect so the number of payers is only as a customary filler only.

Exemplaryteacher has an effective mannertotransmitthe values ofthe characterto the students.This study used qualitative research methods to design the study about the causes of low teachers character values by the teacher at SDN Margasari Ilir 1. Technique of collecting data used three ways, namely: (1) interviews, (2) observation (3) study of documentation. The technique was analyzed descriptively, by the plot (a) data collection, (b) data reduction, (c) the presentation of the data, (d) conclusion. In order to obtain the validity of the data is done by: (1) the extension of the observation, (2) increase the persistence (3) triangulation.The result showed that, self-awareness of the teachers began to exist as educators in implementing the values of the character, but not maximum. The reason is the lack of knowledge and understanding of the teachers about the values of the character, the teachers do not like some of the values like, fond of reading, curiosity, creativity, commitment, hard work and self-contained, so the values of these characters are not continuously carried out and not become a habit of the teacher in do working. Environmental factors in implementing the values of the character. (1) The natural environment / physical; geographical conditions, the distance away from home to school, the climate/ weather and road conditions and situations, greatly affect teachers in implementing the values of the character. (2) Lack of habituation-refraction apply the values of the character in the family also affects the character of the teachers when they are working in the school. (3) the social environment, educational background and lifestyle of the people are poor in implementing the values of the character very well have an impact on the character of the low values of the teacher when working in the schools.Key words: Causes ofLow, Values of theTeachers’Character, SDNMargasariIlir 1 Keteladanan guru merupakan cara yang efektif dalam menularkan nilai-nilai karakter kepada peserta didik.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan rancangan studi tentang penyebab rendahnya nilai-nilai karakter guru yang terjadi di SDN Margasari Ilir 1. Teknik pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan tiga cara, yakni: (1) wawancara mendalam, (2) observasi (3) studi dokumentasi. Teknik  dianalisis secara deskriptif, dengan alur (a) pengumpulan data, (b) reduksi data, (c) penyajian data, (d) penarikan kesimpulan. Agar memperoleh keabsahan data dilakukan dengan cara: (1) perpanjangan pengamatan, (2) meningkatkan ketekunan (3) triangulasi. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa, kesadaran guru mulai tumbuh dalam bekerja sebagai pendidik dalam mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai karakter, namun belum maksimal. Penyebabnya adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman guru tentang nilai-nilai karakter, guru kurang menyukai beberapa nilai karakter seperti, gemar membaca, rasa ingin tahu, kreatif, komitmen, kerja keras dan mandiri, sehingga nilai karakter tersebut tidak terus menerus dilaksanakan dan tidak menjadi kebiasaan guru dalam bekerja. Faktor lingkungan dalam mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai karakter. (1) Lingkungan alam/fisik seperti; kondisi geografis, jarak tempuh yang jauh dari rumah ke sekolah, keadaan iklim/cuaca, dan kondisi serta situasi jalan, sangat mempengaruhi guru dalam mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai karakter. (2) Kurang adanya pembiasaan-pembiasan menerapkan nilai-nilai karakter dalam keluarga juga mempengaruhi karakter guru dalam bekerja di sekolah. (3) lingkungan sosial, latar belakang pendidikan dan pola hidup masyarakat yang rendah dalam mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai karakter sangat berdampak juga terhadap rendahnya nilai-nilai karakter guru ketika bekerja di sekolah.Kata Kunci: Nilai-nilai karakter guru dan SDN Margasari Ilir1

The people who live in Anggrasmanis village, consist of various kinds of religions. There are Islam, Christian, and Hinduism. The tolerance between religious communities in Anggrasmanis village was maintained even though it was often tinged with tension and suspicion. This encourages religious figure to build communication. This study aims to describe how the pattern of communication inter-religious figures in Anggrasmanis village, so attitude of tolerance is born. The type of research used  is a qualitative description method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Researchers’ finding communication patterns of religious figures in Anggrasmanis village are linear communication patterns and circular communication patterns that occur in direct conversation between religious figures and direct feedback. The role of religious figures to building tolerance at Anggrasmanis village is by participating in activities at the village such as religious holidays.

This article discusses the poem "Sajak Pertemuan Mahasiswa" by W.S. Rendra. The discussion of this poem is motivated by efforts and efforts to apply the concept of poetry structure put forward by Lévi-Strauss. The description of the structure of this poem aims to display the structure of the poem consisting of the outer structure (surface structure) and the inner structure (deep structure). The outer structures that will be discussed are forms of text, diction, and sound, while the inner structures that will be discussed are imagery, compounds, and themes. The method used in this study is descriptive of analytics with a type of qualitative research, namely placing the text of poetry as the object and research data. Data collection techniques are done by identifying, classifying, and recording. Data anlysis is done by meaning direct and directed content. Analysis is done by discussing the structure of poetry consisting of text, diction, and sound, imagery, compounds, and themes. The results showed that the structure of Lévi-Strauss poetry can determine the overall meaning and message of poetry. The use of blank verse, simple diction, dominance of vocal sounds /a/, thought imagery, and metaphorical-rhetorical majas refers to the theme of "openness". This theme can be interpreted very broadly, namely openness to justice, education, employment, income, and livelihood. This openness is tried by students as agents of change and a bridge between the government and the people.

Stunting and Maternal Factors. Stunting is still one of the unresolved priority issues. Maternal factors greatly influence the incidence of stunting in children. This study explains the relationship between stunting and maternal factors, namely education, knowledge of nutrition, parenting patterns, and mother's motivation. This qualitative research is a type of correlational analytic research with the cross-sectional method. The subjects of this study were stunting mothers and toddlers at Dungkek Health Center (n=40), obtained using simple random sampling. Data collection using questionnaires and met lines. Data were analyzed using a contingency correlation test. The results showed a relationship between stunting in children with education, nutritional knowledge, and self-efficacy (p= 0.001; p= 0.033; p= 0.01). Edit was not related to parenting (p = 0.866). Health workers need to pay attention to maternal factors as the target of promotive and preventive activities in stunting cases because maternal factors make an important contribution in the first 1000 days of life, preventing stunting.

Abstract The article aims to analyze the conceptions conferred by the health professionals that compose the Expanded Nuclei of Family Health (NASF) on their work assignments. This is a qualitative research, in which was used, for the data collection, eight focus groups, with a total of 43 participants. The data were submitted to content analysis. The results outlined the following categories: integrating NASF work with the Family Health Teams (ESF); developing specialized care; promoting intersectionality; contributing to the promotion of teamwork in Primary Care (AB) and strengthening AB. The study indicates the importance of a better understanding of the functions of the NASF, so that it does not restrict the opportunity to perform specialized care in AB. It is pointed out, the need for adjustments in the work processes of the ESF, in order to enable the shared work in the AB.

<p class="15bIsiAbstractBInggris">Family resilience is an important factor in human development. Various ways can be done to build it. Pre-marital guidance is an effort to answer the problem of family resilience. This study aims to describe the form of the family resilience program at the Ciawi Religious Affairs Office and its suitability in addressing the problem of family resilience, which in this case is the problem of early marriage. This type of research is qualitative research with an analytic study approach. This study resulted in the findings that of the three family resilience programs in the KUA Ciawi, the Pusaka Sakinah program has steps that lead to overcoming the problem of early marriage in the form of cross-sectional services, where the KUA can work together with schools. By aligning pre-marital guidance with the school curriculum to provide an understanding of everything related to early marriage. And to realize the cooperation of the Ciawi KUA with the school, a clear, systematic, and directed program is needed that has not been stated concretely in the implementation instructions for the Sakina Heritage. This research is expected to generate new ideas or strategies in an effort to increase family resilience through the Pusaka Sakinah program.</p><p class="16aJudulAbstrak"><strong>Abstrak   </strong>                               </p><p class="16bIsiAbstrak">Ketahanan keluarga merupakan faktor penting dalam membangun manusia. Berbagai pihak telah brusaha melakukan kearah sana. Bimbingan pra-nikah adalah salah satu usaha untuk menjawab permasalahan ketahanan keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan bentuk program ketahanan keluarga di Kantor Urusan Agama Ciawi yang salah satunya adalah Pusaka Sakinah dan kesesuiannya dalam menjawab permasalahan ketahanan keluarga, yang dalam hal ini adalah masalah pernikahan dini. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi analitik. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa dari tiga program ketahanan keluarga yang ada di KUA kecamatan Ciawi, program Pusaka Sakinahlah yang memiliki langkah yang mengarah pada mengatasi masalah pernikahan dini berupa layanan lintas sektroal, dimana KUA dapat bekerajasama dengan sekolah. Dengan cara menyelaraskan bimbingan pra-nikah dengan kurikulum sekolah untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang segala yang terkait dengan peranikahaan lebih dini. Dan untuk mewujudkan kerjasama KUA kecamatan Ciawi dengan pihak sekolah ini diperlukan program yang jelas terinci, sistematis dan terarah yang belum disebutkan secara kongkrit dalam petunjuk pelaksanaan Pusaka Sakina tersebut.  Dari penelitian ini diharapkan melahirkan ide atau strategi baru dalam usaha meningkatkan ketahana keluarga melalui program Pusaka Sakinah</p>

Therefore, this study aims to find out how the supervision of the government and the community in minimizing wine drinkers and sellers in Gunung Meriah District and Islamic views on the law of drinking tuak, as well as how to sanction those who drink it. To complete this research, the writer uses qualitative research. The techniques used in data collection are observation and in-depth interviews with informants. The result of the research shows that some of the people of Gunung Meriah like to drink tuak, both from officials and ordinary people. 25% of Mount Meriah people are addicted to this tuak drink, it is drunk on certain occasions such as parties or other days. The government does not pay much attention to the problem of tuak drinks, which can be seen from the lack of cases of drinkers and sellers of wine being appointed and given appropriate punishments, only a few people have reached the stage of punishment. Likewise, the community does not interfere too much in dealing with the problem of tuak drinkers and sellers, even though this problem is very serious. Drinking tuak, in the perspective of Islamic law, is a drink that is prohibited because it is intoxicating.</em></div></div><div class="controls"> </div></div>

IN October 1948, the Governor of Hong Kong appointed a committee to consider the position of Chinese law and custom in that colony. The report of this committee, which was published in February 1953,1 will have drawn attention to the fact that the old family law of China, quite apart from the limited recognition given to it by the courts, continues to exercise considerable influence on the lives of millions of Chinese, not only in Hong Kong, but in the other British territories of South-East Asia. In China itself, as regards matters of the family, the Civil Code of the former National Government had never, over most of the country and for the mass of the people, any very eifectual force, and the customary law continued to exist in almost undiminished vigour until the establishment of the People's Government in 1949.2 Since then the situation has changed completely. New laws regarding marriage and property are effectively enforced, and have everywhere replaced the old customs and, what is still more important, an extremely efficient system of mass-education in the principles of Communism will before long have expelled from people's minds those beliefs on which the old Chinese law was based. From now on, apart from Formosa, it is only in Hong Kong and among the communities of overseas Chinese throughout South-East Asia that Chinese customary family law will continue to exist, but even with such limitations it is still of sufficient importance to make its study of practical significance.
