Sutera Village is one of the villages with a high stunting rate located in North Kayong Regency. The stunting cadres that had been formed previously were unable to carry out their duties due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Finally, the prevention model on stunting nutrition problems in the Covid-19 pandemic era was created with the idea of ​​forming virtual classes for stunting cadres through various communication applications using video. The purpose of this community service is to create educational media for cadres as an effort for stunting prevention in Sutera Village, Sukadana District, North Kayong Regency. Education model was carried out with direct learning and virtual with promotional media such as nutritional calendars, learning books, games, educational materials, stunting symptom forms, and video tutorials for monitoring child nutrition. The Wilcoxon test shows the p-value of 0.004 for the knowledge variable and 0.016 for attitude. So, it was concluded that there was an increase in knowledge and attitudes. In other words, the establishment of virtual education classes as an effort to prevent stunting in Sutera Village, Sukadana District, North Kayong Regency is effective in increasing the knowledge and attitudes of stunting cadres.

Introduction: Every year Hepatitis B has experienced a very rapid increase from <1% up to now reaching 5%, it is estimated that worldwide has a history of Hepatitis B and has Hepatitis B up to 2 billion people. Pregnant women have a high risk of transmitting infections around 1.5 to 2.5% of pregnant women worldwide who have Hepatitis B. Areas with the highest risk include the Mediterranean, Middle East (Gulf countries, Saudi Arabia and Turkey), Pakistan, Central, and North Asia namely Japan, Taiwan, Greenland and Africa, the Amazon basin and certain regions of the Indonesia Pacific. This study aims to determine the effect of leaflets versus power points on the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women about Hepatitis B. Methods: analytical research with Quasi-experiment technique with pretest and posttest Two Group Design designs taken with accidental sampling technique obtained a sample of 20 people in the leaflet group and 20 people in the powerpoint group. The instrument used was a questionnaire created by researchers who had tested the validity and reliability. The analysis used in the knowledge variable uses the Wilcoxon test and in the attitude, variable use the Mcnemar test. To know the comparison of knowledge using the Independent t-test and the attitude using the Chi-square test. Results: the results of the independent t-test were used to find out the comparison between the leaflet group and the PowerPoint group, the p-value was 0.206, and the chi-square test between the leaflet group and the PowerPoint group obtained a p-value of 1,000. Conclusion: there was no difference in the effect of using leaflets compared to power points on the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women about Hepatitis B in UPTD Puskesmas Kedokan Bunder Indramayu Regency in 2020.

ABSTRAKAir merupakan kebutuhan bagi setiap kehidupan, semua makhluk hidup memerlukan air dalam kehidupannnya sehingga tanpa air dapat dipastikan tidak akan ada kehidupan. Sebagian besar masyarakat yang mengalami kesulitan memperoleh air bersih untuk digunakan sebagai air minum tersebut adalah masyarakat yang tinggal di perdesaan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap masyarakat tentang cara pengelolaan air minum di Desa Pemurus RT.3B Kecamatan Aluh-Aluh. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah masyarakat Desa Pemurus RT.3B Kecamatan Aluh-Aluh yang berjumlah 15 orang. Kegiatan ini sebagai salah satu bentuk untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap masyarakat tentang cara pengelolaan air minum. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan intervensi berupa penyuluhan yang dilakukan melalui media whatsApp group. Hasil pre dan post test dilakukan analisis statistik menggunakan uji wilcoxon untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan intervensi. Hasil penyuluhan ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil pre test dan post test pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan penyuluhan (p-value=0,038). Namun pada sikap didapatkan hasil tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara sikap masyarakat sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan penyuluhan (p-value=1,000). Diharapkan masyarakat bisa mengelola air minum agar nantinya dapat menciptakan derajat kesehatan yang lebih baik. Kata kunci: air bersih; pengelolaan air minum; penyuluhan ABSTRACTWater is a necessity for every life, all living things need water in their life so that without water it is certain that there will be no life. Most of the people who have difficulty obtaining clean water to use as drinking water are people who live in rural areas. This activity aims to increase public knowledge and attitudes about how to manage drinking water in Pemurus Village RT.3B, Aluh-Aluh District. The target of this activity is the Pemurus Village community, RT.3B, Aluh-Aluh District, totaling 15 people. This activity is a form of increasing community knowledge and attitudes about how to manage drinking water. The method of implementing intervention activities is in the form of counseling carried out through whatsapp group media. The results of the pre and post tests were statistically analyzed using the Wilcoxon test to determine whether there were differences before and after the intervention. The results of this counseling showed that there were differences in the results of the pre-test and post-test of knowledge before and after the counseling (p-value 0.038). However, in attitudes, the results showed that there was no significant difference between the attitudes of the community before and after the counseling (p-value 1,000). Pneumonia merupakan peradangan pada parenkim paru yang disebabkan oleh infeksi bakteri atau virus. Edukasi adalah proses pembelajaran yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan potensi pada peserta didik dan mewujudkan proses pembelajaran yang lebih baik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh edukasi melalui media video terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap keluarga mengenai Pneumonia pada Balita di Puskesmas Caringin Kota Bandung. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pre-Experimen one group pretest posttest eksperimen. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara cros sectional, jumlah sampel 41 responden. Hasil analisis uji wilcoxon untuk variabel pengetahuan didapatkan nilai p-value (0,000) < (0,5) dan variabel sikap didapatkan nilai p-value (0,439) > (0,5). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh edukasi melalui media video terhadap pengetahuan dan tidak ada pengaruh terhadap sikap keluarga mengenai pneumonia pada balita di Puskesmas Caringin Kota Bandung. Melalui hasil penelitian ini, diharapkan petugas kesehatan dapat menjalankan perannya sebagai educator dan pemberian penyuluhan kesehatan lebih lanjut tentang pneumonia pada balita, agar masyarakat dapat lebih mengenali pneumonia pada balita dan dapat membuat keputusan yang tepat dalam menangani balita sakit. Kata Kunci : pengetahuan, sikap, edukasi media video, pneumoniaThe Effect of Education Through Video Media to Knowledge and Attitude of The Family about Pneumonia AbstractPneumonia is an inflammation of the pulmonary parenchyma caused by a bacterial or viral infection. Education is a learning process that aims to develop the potential in learners and realize a better learning process. The purpose of this study to see the effect of education through video media to knowledge and attitude of the family about Pneumonia in Toddlers in Caringin Health Center Bandung. The design of this study used pre-experiment one group pretest posttest experiment. Sampling technique is cros sectional, total sample 41 respondents. Result of wilcoxon test analysis for knowledge variable got p-value (0,000) <(0,5) and attitude variable got p-value (0,439)> (0,5).  It can be concluded that there is influence of education through video media to knowledge and there is no influence to family attitude about pneumonia in toddler at Caringin Health Center Bandung. Through the results of this study, it is expected that health workers can perform their role as educator and provide further health education about pneumonia in toddlers, so that people can better recognize pneumonia in toddlers and can make the right decision in handling sick children. Keyword : knowledge, attitude, video media education, pneumonia

ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the effect of educational models using booklets on changes in knowledge and attitudes of pregnant mother about antenatal care and lactation preparation in the Batusuya Health Center working area, Sindue Tombusabora District, Donggala Regency. The method of this research are quasi-experimental non-randomized pre and posttest only control design. The independent variable are an educational model using antenatal care booklets and lactation preparation, while the dependent variable are the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women about antenatal care and lactation preparation. The sample is 75 pregnant women with a sampling technique that is purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is paired sample t-test. The results of this research indicate that there are effects of the educational model using booklets on the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women about antenatal care and lactation preparation in Batusuya Health Center, Donggala District Sindue Tombusabora in 2017. It is showed by the p-value pre test post on each each variable that is smaller than the significance level of 0.05, namely knowledge of 0,000 and attitude of 0,000 (p <0,05). The mean score obtained after the intervention was greater than before intervention on the knowledge variable (15,840> 6,480) and attitude (70,800> 37,493). These results indicate that the educational model using booklets can increase the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women about antenatal care and lactation preparation.Keywords : Educational model, Booklet, Antenatal Care

The age of 10-18 years is the age range of adolescents who are included in the period of being vulnerable to nutrition. Habits at this age are often skipping breakfast, not moving, and snacking a lot. This causes low consumption of vegetables and fruits. This study aims to analyze the effect of providing nutrition counseling using video media on the knowledge and attitudes of adolescents about vegetable and fruit consumption at SMAN 1 Palangka Raya. The design of this study was a quasi-experiment with one group pretest and posttest design with 38 subjects. The results were then analyzed using the Wilcoxon test and McNemar test. The results showed that the characteristics of the subjects were in the age group of 15-17 years with the highest number aged 16 years (68.4%). Most of the subjects were female (55.3%). The results of the statistical test obtained p = 0.000 (p <0.05) stating that there was a significant difference between knowledge before and after counseling. The results of statistical tests using McNemar's test for attitudes obtained a p-value of 0.000 (p <0.05) which indicated that there was a significant difference between attitudes before and after counseling. Based on these results, counseling with video media influences the knowledge and attitudes of adolescents regarding the consumption of vegetables and fruits at SMAN 1 Palangka Raya.

ABSTRACTBackground: Vulva hygine is necessary to prevent pathological vaginal discharge. The right strategy to prevent vaginal discharge is to provide Vulva hygine education. The study was conducted on April 1, 2020 for 1 week.Research methods: Using a quasi-experimental research method. This type of research is the pre and post test control group design with a sample of 65 respondents, using a questionnaire measuring instrument and using the Wilcoxon test for knowledge and attitudes and the T test for action.Results: statistical tests on knowledge and attitudes using the Wilcoxon test, from the results of these tests obtained results for knowledge and attitudes P value + 0.000 <α 0.05, and for action using the Paired sample T-test statistical test and the results obtained P value = 0.000 <α 0.05. This means that from the three domains above Ha is accepted.Conclusion: There is an effect of education on the knowledge, attitudes and actions of students at the risk of pathological vaginal discharge. Dating violence is violence in a love relationship committed by someone to regulate their partners to obey their desires. If adolescents have a correct understanding of dating violence, adolescents will be able to understand the dangers and alternative ways to avoid and overcome them, so that they will develop attitudes that refuse dating violence. This study aims to determine the effect of health education on adolescent knowledge and attitudes about dating violence at the Abdi Persada Academy of Midwifery, Banjarmasin. The research design used was a pre-experimental design using one group pre-test-post-test design. Sampling used Porposive Sampling, namely 103 AKBID Abdi Persada Banjarmasin students. Data collection using questionnaires in the form of 27 knowledge questions and 16 attitude statements. Bivariate analysis using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that before being given health education, there were 94 respondents in the sufficient category of knowledge (91.3%), and 82 respondents (79.6%) negative attitudes, after being given health education knowledge in the good category amounted to 103 respondents (100%), and negative attitudes as many as 54 respondents (52.4%). So there is the effect of health education on adolescent knowledge and attitudes about dating violence because the p value

This study aims to determine the effect of breast cancer counseling on the attitude of mothers doing BSE actions. The study design used a pretest-posttest model to measure the knowledge and attitudes of 45 respondents. Data from research results were collected using a questionnaire and data analysis using the Rank Wilcoxon statistical test. The results showed: (1) Before giving counseling, knowledge included as many as 34 categories (75.56%), 9 categories as enough (20.00%), and 2 categories as good (4.44%), while attitudes included negative categories were 32 (71.11%) and positive categories were 13 (28.89%). (2) After being given knowledge counseling including as many as 3 categories (6.67%), sufficient categories as many as 5 (11.11%), and good categories as many as 37 (82.22%), while attitudes including negative categories as much as 4 ( 8.89%) and positive categories as much as 41 (91.11%). The Wilcoxon test with a p value of <0.05 was said to have a difference, namely the value of p = 0,000, and the value of Z count - 5,393 which means that there is an effect of breast cancer counseling on the attitude of mothers doing BSE in Timpag Village.

Preventing COVID19 transmission in community is currently important. As one of villages located close to Bali’s tourism centre, Bukian village is expected to be more vigilant in preventing the spread of COVID19. However, the public knowledge about COVID19 was low, the people was careless with pandemic situation, and public socialization was limited, making the effort in preventing the transmission of the disease at that time had not run optimally. This community empowerment activities lasted for 1 month in the form of providing education with online methods and intensive mentoring of one student, one participant, targeting families and members of the COVID19 task force, with a sum of 10 students and 10 participants. All activities went well and enthusiasm of participants was quite good. Pre-test and post-test questionnaires were given to evaluate the increase in the knowledge and attitudes of the participants, then analyzed by wilcoxon test and there was a significant increase in knowledge and attitude of participants (p value <0,05).

ABSTRACT The coverage of weighing toddlers in West Lampung Regency in 2016 has not met the target. From the 11 of health center in West Lampung Regency, The Srimulyo Suoh health center (Puskesmas) is a health center with underfive weighing coverage because the achievement of underfive weighing coverage has decreased, from 62.8% in 2015 to 52.5% in 2016, this figure is still low means has not met the achievement target of 75%.. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes with maternal participation in weighing toddlers in the Working Area of ​​the Puskesmas Srimulyo Suoh in West Lampung 2017. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to maternal participation in weighing toddlers in the working area of ​​The Srimulyo Suoh health center in West Lampung in 2017. In this case, the researchers looked at the variable knowledge and attitudes of mothers. This type of research is quantitative, with the cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all mothers who had children under five who were in the Working Area of ​​the Puskesmas Srimulyo Suoh West Lampung amounting to 54 respondents. In this study the sampling technique used uses the total population. The results in the study found that p value for the knowledge variable p value = 0.04 and attitude p value = 0.025 so that p value <0.05, which means there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes with maternal participation in weighing toddlers in the Puskesmas Srimulyo Suoh West Lampung. Suggestions for mothers of children under five so that they can continue to improve their activity in participating in good posyandu activities by asking health workers about weighing toddlers and using health services as well as possible.
