Artificial environments began to attract the attention of aspiring students after many of the modern boarding school that began to adopt it as a superior material to form an artificial language environment. This study aims to find out how the perception of students of Arrisalah boarding school to the artificial environment that has been many discussed, so it is known how much the response of santri to the artificial environment. This research uses qualitative descriptive analysis. The research is described with words according to the respondent's opinion, what is in accordance with the research question, then analyzed also what is behind the respondent behave (thinking, feeling and acting). This study aims to determine how the process and benefits of bath therapy for narcotic addicts at Al-Qodir Islamic Boarding School, Cangkringan, Sleman Yogyakarta. This research is a qualitative research with two clients who undergo healing due to narcotics addiction. Methods of data collection by interview, observation, documentation. The method of checking the validity of the data used the "triangulation" technique. Data analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study describe that the process of bathing therapy carried out by narcotic addicts at the Al-Qodir Islamic boarding school goes through several stages. The first is the preparation stage, namely the therapist preparing the facilities, waking the narcotic addicts santri, and reading prayers into the bathroom. The second stage of implementation is the intention to bathe, perform ablution, and pour water all over the body. The third stage of closing is reading the prayer out of the bathroom, and giving suggestions from the therapist. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses dan manfaat terapi mandi terhadap pecandu narkotika di Pondok Pesantren Al-Qodir Cangkringan Sleman Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian dua orang klien yang menjalani penyembuhan akibat pecandu narkotika. Metode  pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Metode pemeriksaan keabsahan data dengan tehnik “triangulasi”. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini mendeskripsikan bahwa proses terapi mandi yang dilakukan oleh para santri pecandu narkotika di pondok pesantren Al-Qodir ini melalui beberapa tahapan. Pertama tahap persiapan yaitu terapis menyiapkan sarana, membangunkan para santri pecandu narkotika, dan membaca do’a masuk kamar mandi. Tahap kedua pelaksanaan yaitu niat mandi, berwudhu, menyiramkan air ke seluruh tubuh. Tahap ketiga penutupan yaitu membaca do’a keluar kamar mandi, dan memberikan sugesti dari terapis.

A Cooperative is a financial institution that aims to prosper its members. In addition to conventional cooperatives, there are now sharia cooperatives which in carrying out their operations use sharia principles. KSPPS BMT Salafiyah is one of them, KSPPS BMT Salafiyah is a savings and loan cooperative and sharia financing owned by the Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Islamic Boarding School Sukorejo. BMT is the closest Islamic financial institution to the community. And to maintain public trust in BMT, transparency, accountability, responsibility, professionalism, and fairness are needed in carrying out its operations. This study discusses Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in which there are 5 principles. The focus of the problem in this research are: first, how is the implementation of GCG principles in KSPPS BMT Salafiyah Sukorejo Sumberejo Banyuputih Situbondo?; second, what are the obstacles faced in implementing the principles of GCG in KSPPS BMT Salafiyah Sukorejo Sumberejo Banyuputih Situbondo? The purpose of this research is to describe how the implementation of GCG principles in KSPPS BMT Salafiyah and what are the obstacles in implementing GCG principles in KSPPS BMT Salafiayah Sukorejo Sumberejo Banyuputih Situbondo. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method and uses the instruments of observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis uses descriptive analysis technique, which describes qualitatively when conducting research, with an emphasis on the Implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) Principles at KSPPS Salafiyah Sukorejo Sumberejo Banyuputih Situbondo. The result of this research is that KSPPS BMT Salafiyah implements 5 principles of GCG, namely transparency, accountability, responsibility, professionalism, and fairness. And for the obstacles faced in implementing GCG, KSPPS BMT Salafiyah experienced obstacles in internal factors, namely the ebb and flow of employee discipline in carrying out their duties or obligations, the effort they made was to apply rules to employees to come to the office before 8 o'clock and give rewards to employees with high discipline.

In the midst of continuous changes in working life, finding a way to balance organizational demands and the needs of employees has become an important task. This task has highlighted the significance of agency and social interaction, as influencing factors that can enhance people’s potential to meet new learning tasks. In the Scandinavian and Finnish contexts, research institutions, in cooperation with work organizations, have developed practical methods to promote agency and learning at work. The objective of this study is to evaluate the potential of two different workplace development methods, identity (ID) training, and participatory action research (PAR) using dialogue forums if combined and applied as a two-level approach. The study asks what the characteristics of these methods are in general and if there are any key characteristics that could support their combined application. The research question is answered by a qualitative descriptive analysis of the literature on organizations, agency, and applications of the methods. The results shed light on and emphasize the intertwining characteristics of the methods. The research concludes with the hypothesis—to be tested in further research—that the methods are necessary for each other and recommends a preliminary investigation on the prevailing organizational culture, as a resource for organization-specific modifications.

<p class="06IsiAbstrak"><span lang="EN-GB">This article discusses the development of psychotherapy conducted at an Islamic boarding school. The study of the dynamics of students with special characteristics in Islamic boarding schools is still very limited. This article aims to reveal psychotherapy in the handling of students with special needs at Bait As-Shuffah An Nahdliyah, an Islamic boarding school in Rembang. The subject is a student with special needs and this student receives therapeutic care because of the need for intensive care and to explore further the student’s problems and conditions. Data obtained through observation and interviews. Through a qualitative descriptive analysis approach, the results show that Bait As-Shuffah An Nahdliyah has applied psychotherapy in a psychological and also an Islamic approach, especially in a psychosufistic approach. This shows that there is a development in Islamic boarding school's assistance models that refers to combining the application of interventions with psychological concepts and the Sufism concepts.</span></p>

This study aims to determine the Musyrif strategy applied in the formation of leadership and independence character in SMA Insan Cendekia Mandiri Boarding School (ICMBS), Sidoarjo. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, data obtained through observation, documentation and in-depth interviews. Sources of data in this study were obtained through interviews on January 29 - February 7 2020 together with the Supervisior of the High School Dormitory, Musyrif, and board of the Santri Boarding Organization and SMA ICMBS Alumni as supporting data. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that in character building, the musyrif strategy is divided into two, namely (a) internal strategy includes six stages - planning, introduction, implementation, supervision, reward and punishment, and evaluation, and (b) external strategies namely introduction, supervision, and integrated evaluation through active communication with guardian parents in both formal and informal forms. So, it can be concluded that the musyrif strategy is very effective in shaping the character of leadership and student independence. The Arabic language is the language of the world that Muslims use. Every person must teach Arabic in schools and universities, even though they have obstacles and problems that interfere without reaching the desired legitimate goal. Teaching the Arabic language has many difficulties, including the language itself, society, teacher, and learner. This research aims to know the model of the Arabic language environment at the Guidance Institute Semarang Central Java and its role in acquiring language skills. The researcher is based on the descriptive study. The method of data collection was conducted in a way of observation, interview and documents. As for the way to analyze the data using a descriptive analysis that deals with description and focus. And its results are the integrated environment that combines the artificial environment with the natural environment. As for its role, it is to create the linguistic atmosphere in the places that are in the school and the residence so that the teacher can fix the linguistic mistakes made by students and deepen the repetition and strengthening of the language that they got from the school and the residence and encourage their spirit and enthusiasm in applying the language

Abstract The role of the cottage pesantern in fostering morals already uncontested again with a lot of challenges and temptations for the life of the students. This study aims to describe and learn about the role of boarding school in fostering promiscuity teen in SMK Ma'arif 1 Kebumen. This study is a field research and types of qualitative research. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique that used qualitative descriptive analysis which consists of 3 grooves of the activities that take place simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal of conclusion. This technique is used as a reference for the writing of the results of research and facilitate understanding of the description, which presented the results of the end of the study. The research will be looking the role of the pesantren in the development of character in SMK ma'arif 1 Kebumen. Expected from the coaching to the youth as the next generation can give birth to a generation better. The generation that is able to maintain values but can contribute to the development of the Indonesian nation from the physical and spiritual. This research takes the object of Sebening Syahadat by Diva SR, this work is a novel that tells the story of the journey ofa teenager named Sam who is in the process ofsearching for identity. The journey is filled with interesting twits and turns embelissed with a love story that is very suitable if consumed by the younger generation who are learning to find identit. This study aims to reveal the value motives that led Sam’s character in finding his identity, which expected to be a material for reflection for readers, especially young people who are in the process of discovering his identity, the scope of the problem in this study is to reveal the value motives that affect the character’s psyche. Sam is told to have a rascal character.The research method used in this study took a descriptive qualitative approach, data colletion used was a literature study technique with stages of reading, note taking, coding for futher analysis. The analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis technique.The result of the research in this research process indicate that the mental process of Sam’s character influenced by several factors, including: a. Motives in cultural factors (Situasional Factors), b. The motive for love begins with admiration for the attitude of someone who is full of noble values of character, c. The motive of curiosity and fulfillment of his needs for true value.

The purposes of this research are to find out the types of politeness strategies used to save the face of the characters in Once Upon A Time season 1 and to identify the dominant scale of social dimensions when using politeness strategies in Once Upon A Time season 1. This research uses qualitative-descriptive analysis method and to get the data needed in this research the writer did the following steps: watching the movies, transcribing the speech, searching the data, classifying the data, analyzing the data and drawing a conclusion related to the types of politeness strategies and the dominant scale of social dimensions. The source of the data used is taken from the serial film Once Upon A Time season 1 by Edward Kitsis dan Adam Horowitz. The results of this research show that there are four types of politeness strategies found in the serial film Once Upon A Time season 1. They are 10 data of bald on-record (28,6%), 8 data of positive politeness strategies (22,9%), 13 data of negative politeness strategies (37,1%) and 4 data of off-record consists (11,4%) and the most dominant scale of four social dimension scales is social distance scale 14 data (40%).

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui proses bimbingan keagamaan, fungsi bimbingan keagamaan serta hasil bimbingan keagamaan dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual remaja di Boarding School SMK PPN Tanjungsari. Dengan pertanyaan penelitian 1) Bagaimana proses bimbingan keagamaan di Boarding School SMK PPN Tanjungsari?, 2) Bagaiamana fungsi bimbingan keagamaan di Boarding School SMK PPN Tanjungsari?, 3) Bagaimana hasil bimbingan keagamaan dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual remaja di Boarding School SMK PPN Tanjungsari?. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan datanya dilakukan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, dikarenakan masalah yang diteliti perlu dilukiskan secara sistematis dan faktual dengan menggambarkan keadaan atau status fenomena. Hasil bimbingan keagamaan di Boarding School SMK PPN adalah munculnya aspek-aspek kecerdasan spiritual pada remaja seperti kesadaran untuk menghayati proses ibadah bukan sebagai pengguguran kewajiban, terbiasa berperilaku baik, memiliki prinsip keadilan, memiliki prinsip kebenaran, mampu mengambil hikmah dari musibah yang dihadapinya, bersikap fleksibel, bersikap kritis dan merenungkan penyebab serta alasan segala sesuatu terjadi. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa bimbingan keagamaan di Boarding Schoool SMK PPN memiliki peranan yang sangat menunjang dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual remaja. The purpose of this study is to find out how the proccess of islamic guidance, function of islamic guidance, and result of islamic guidance to increase SpritualQuetiont in adolescence. With research questions 1) How the proccess of islamic guidance to increase spiritual quetiont on adolescence ?, 2) What is the function of islamic guidance to increase Spiritual Quetiont on adolescence?, 3) How are the results of islamic guidance to increase Spiritual Quetiont on adolescence?. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive approach with subject and object of research is guidancer. While the data collection tool in this study through observation, direct interview and written interviews. From the results of research conducted at Boarding School SMK PPN Tanjungsari, it appears of Spiritual Quetiont in adolescents. Such as the behavior of living the worship process, get used to behave well, be fair, be wise, able to take lessons from the difficulties they experienced, be flexible, be critical. So, we can conclude that islamic Guidance has a very supportive role in increasing adolescent Spiritual Quetiont.
