Abstrak: Kepala madrasah memiliki peran yang strategis untuk mengembangkan madrasah yang dipimpinnya. Kepala madrasah harus memiliki kompetensi tertentu yang dapat mendukung terhadap pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsinya sebagai pemimpin di madrasah. Dengan sejumlah kompetensi tersebut seorang kepala madrasah dapat menerapkan berbagai inovasi untuk mengembangkan madrasah yang ia pimpin. Riset ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang objeknya MTsN 3 Pamekasan yang terletak di Desa Pakong. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah flow model analysis ala Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi. Hasil dari riset ini yaitu pertama, bentuk inovasi kepemimpinan kepala madrasah berupa membangun brand image madrasah edukotourism, inovasi kurikulum, inovasi proses, inovasi layanan SKS dan inovasi pola hubungan. Kedua, strategi yang ditempuh kepala madrasah dalam melaksanakan inovasi yaitu strategi fasilitatif, strategi persuasif, strategi pendidikan, strategi paksaan dan strategi uswatun hasanah (keteladanan). Ketiga, kendala yang dihadapi MTs Negeri 3 Pamekasan dalam menerapkan inovasi yaitu kendala di bidang pendanaan, kendala sumber daya manusia dan kendala sarana prasarana.   Kata kunci: Inovasi, Kepemimpinan, Edukotourism, Kepala Madrasah   Abstract: The madrasa head has a strategic role to develop the madrasa he leads.  Madrasa head must have certain competencies that can support the implementation of his duties and functions as leader in the madrasa. Wiith these competencies, a madrasa head can apply various innovations to develop the madrasa he leads. This research used a qualitative approach whose object is MTs Negeri 3 Pamekasan located in Pakong Village. The data analysis technique used is Miles and Huberman’s flow model analysis which includes data collection, data reduction, data display and verification. The results of this research are firstly build brand image of madrasa educotourism, curriculum innovation, process innovation, SKS service innovation, and relationship pattern innovation, secondly, the strategy adapted by the madrasa head in implementing innovations, namely facilitative strategies, persuasive strategies, educational strategies, coercive strategies and uswatun hasanah ( exemplary) strategies, third, the constraints faced by MTs Negeri 3 Pamekasan in implementing innovation, namely constraints in the field of funding, human resource constraints and infrastructure constraints.   Keywords: Innovation, Leadership, Educotourism, Headmaster

This article is motivated by the fact that the existence of the Street Vendor (PKL) profession is a manifestation of the difficulty of work and the lack of jobs. The scarcity of employment due to the consideration of the number of jobs with unbalanced workforce, economically this has an impact on the number of street vendors (PKL) exploding ... The purpose of being a street vendor is, as a livelihood, making a living, looking for a bite of rice for family, because of the lack of employment, this caused the number of traders to increase. The scarcity of jobs, causes informal sector migration job seekers to create an independent spirit, entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship, with capital, managed by traders who are true populist economic actors. The problems in street vendors are: (1) how to organize, regulate, empower street vendors in the cities (2) how to foster, educate street vendors, and (3) how to help, find capital for street vendors (4) ) how to describe grief as a Five-Foot Trader. This paper aims to find a solution to the problem of street vendors, so that cases of conflict, cases of disputes, clashes of street vendors with Satpol PP can be avoided. For this reason, the following solutions must be sought: (1) understanding the causes of the explosions of street vendors (2) understanding the problems of street vendors. (3) what is the solution to solving street vendors in big cities. (4) describe Street Vendors as actors of the people's economy. This article is qualitative research, the social paradigm is the definition of social, the method of retrieving observational data, in-depth interviews, documentation. Data analysis uses Interactive Miles and Huberman theory, with stages, Collection Data, Display Data, Data Reduction and Vervying or conclusions.

The aim of the research is to get in idea about inculcation of of in thematic learning containing social attitudes to four grade students of Gedongkuning State Elementary School. Tools used in this research consist of researcher as main instrument, interview paper, observation paper, and documentation. Data analysis technique consist of data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The result of this research shows that the inculcation social attitudes are mutual respect, respectcare for others. School efforts in inculcating social attitudes include providing examples of good behavior for students, forming groups in learning, remind the student about social study. Student interaction four grade students enough. Supporting factors of social studies inculte social attitudes are coorperation parents, teacher and community. The obstacle factors inculcation social attitudes are student association not monitore continue the teacher, social attitudes student low awareness.have behavior from the home. The result of inculcation social attitudes to four grade students of Gedongkuning State Elementary Schoolis example good behavior by teacher and other people, give the understanding and remind about social stidies to student.

Abstract: The purposes of this study are to find out: (1) the implementation of Radin Inten II’s resistance nationalism values in the learning process; (2) the obstacles experienced by teachers when implementing Radin Inten II’s resistance nationalism values in the learning process; (3) the efforts made by teachers in overcoming obstacles during the implementation of Radin Inten II’s nationalism values in the learning process. This study used qualitative approach with the type of case study conducted at SMAN 1 Kalianda. Data collection techniques consisted of observation, interviews, and documentary studies. Data analysis techniques used the model of Miles & Huberman consisting of data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results show: (1) the implementation of Radin Inten II’s nationalism resistance values in the process of learning local history was carried out by compiling a syllabus and implementing learning plan (RPP) by incorporating local history into Indonesian historical material which was consisted of planning, implementation, and evaluation, (2) the obstacles experienced by teachers included: the ability of teachers during learning process, students’ attitudes, and time constraints, (3) the efforts made by the teacher were taking the initiative to instill the values of nationalism in the resistance of Radin Inten II’s, applying various models, strategies, methods and singing a national song before learning. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) implementasi nilai-nilai nasionalisme perlawanan Radin Inten II dalam proses pembelajaran, (2) kendala yang dialami oleh guru saat implementasi nilai-nilai nasionalisme perlawanan Radin Inten II dalam proses pembelajaran, (3) upaya yang dilakukan guru dalam mengatasi kendala yang dihadapi saat implementasi nilai-nilai nasionalisme perlawanan Radin Inten II dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus di SMAN 1 Kalianda. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles & Huberman yang terdiri dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) implementasi nilai-nilai nasionalisme perlawanan Radin Inten II dalam proses pembelajaran sejarah lokal dilakukan dengan menyusun silabus dan rencana pelaksana pembelajaran (RPP) dengan memasukkan sejarah lokal kedalam materi sejarah Indonesia yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi, (2) kendala yang dialami oleh guru diantaranya: kemampuan guru dalam proses pembelajaran, sikap siswa, dan adanya keterbatasan waktu, (3) upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru yaitu berinisiatif menanamkan nilai-nilai nasionalisme dalam perlawanan Radin Inten II, menerapkan berbagai model, strategi, metode dan menyanyikan lagu nasional sebelum pembelajaran.

This study aims to determine and described the learning creativity of elementary school students using the number head together learning model. This research method is a literature review research method. The stages of this literature review are data collection, data reduction, data display, discussion, and conclusions. The results showed that from 17 articles published from 2010-2020 about the number head together learning model and learning creativity of elementary school students, there were 2 articles that matched these variables. The number head together learning model can increase the learning creativity of elementary school students. The novelty of this research is the connection between one article and another that discusses the same topic. The impact of the results of this study is the increasing number of literature review studies to reinforce existing theories.

The aim of this research is to reveal the efforts of preventing student delinquency through communication within the three education centers (school, family, and community). Three education center communication is a process of interaction performed by the educational stakeholders as a strategic effort to increase the role of schools, families and communities in educational management. The informants of this research were students, teachers, parents, and community leaders. Data were analyzed using interactive analysis which consisted of four stages, namely: data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing / verification. The results of the research show that the efforts include revitalizing the three education center communication systems pertaining to the role in delivering and receiving messages in the school, family, and community environment.

This study aims to examine three main problems, namely: multicultural values ​​contained in Islamic Education (PAI) learning; the process of investing multicultural values ​​in PAI learning; methods of character building through multicultural values ​​in PAI learning. The study was conducted at SMK 1 Gerung, West Lombok. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion verification. The findings show that multicultural values ​​contained in PAI learning content include tolerance values, equality values, unity values, kinship values, and justice values. The planting of multicultural values ​​in PAI learning at SMK 1 Gerung uses two methods, namely the exemplary method and the habituation method. The impact of planting multicultural values ​​on students is the growth of mutual tolerance, respect, accepting the opinions of others, mutual cooperation, not hostile, and the absence of conflict due to differences in culture, ethnicity, language, customs, and religion. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tiga permasalahan utama, yaitu: nilai-nilai multikultural yang terdapat dalam pembelajaran PAI; proses penanaman nilai multikultural dalam pembelajaran PAI; metode pembinaan karakter melalui nilai multikulturalal dalam pembelajaran PAI. Penelitian dilakukan di SMKN 1 Gerung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai multikultural yang terdapat dalam buku mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam meliputi nilai toleransi, nilai kesamaan, nilai persatuan, nilai kekerabatan, dan nilai keadilan. Penanaman nilai-nilai multikultural dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMKN 1 Gerung menggunakan dua metode yaitu metode keteladanan dan metode pembiasaan. Dampak penanaman nilai-nilai multikultural terhadap siswa yaitu tumbuhnya sikap saling toleran, menghormati, menerima pendapat orang lain, saling bekerjasama, tidak bermusuhan, dan tidak adanya konflik karena perbedaan budaya, suku, bahasa, adat istiadat, dan agama.

The issues discussed are the Meaning of Sapundu for Hindu Kaharingan Religion in the Tiwah Ceremony for the Community in Tumbang Manjul Village, Seruyan Hulu District, Seruyan District. Seruyan The object of this research is all the people involved in the research. The research method used is the Qualitative Inductive method. The instruments of this research include: observation sheet, interview to find out the meaning of Sapundu for Hindu Kaharingan Religion in Tiwah Ceremony for the Community in Tumbang Manjul Village, Seruyan Hulu District, Seruyan District. Data analysis techniques, the authors use descriptive analysis as follows: data collection, data reduction, presentation data or data display then drawing conclusions or data verification. The results of this study are the meaning of sapundu for the kaharingan religious community is a place to bind animal victims as an intermediary bodyguard for spirits that died to go to lewu tatau or heaven. Sapundu statue has a function that is as education, especially in Hindu education from Tattwa, Susila and the third ceremony. This is the basic framework of Hinduism. The value of Tattwa education can be seen from the attributes of God, Social can be assessed from human behavior during his lifetime described with the sapundu statue. The religious function in the Sapundu Statue for the Hindu Kaharingan community interprets sacred and sacred acts and symbols that are profane with symbolic interactions Adapun permasalahan yang dibahas yaitu Makna Sapundu Bagi Agama Hindu Kaharingan Dalam Upacara Tiwah Bagi Masyarakat Di Desa Tumbang Manjul Kecamatan Seruyan Hulu Kabupaten Seruyan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Makna Sapundu Bagi Agama Hindiu Kaharingan Dalam Upacara Tiwah Bagi Masyarakat Di Desa Tumbang Manjul Kecamatan Seruyan Hulu Kabupaten Seruyan Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah semua masyarakat yang terlibat dalam penelitian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Induktif Kualitatif. Instrumen penelitian ini meliputi : lembar observasi, wawancara untuk mengetahui Makna Sapundu Bagi Agama Hindu Kaharingan Dalam Upacara Tiwah Bagi Masyarakat Di Desa Tumbang Manjul Kecamatan Seruyan Hulu Kabupaten Seruyan.Teknik analisis  data, penulis menggunakan analisis deskriptif Sebagai Berikut: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data atau display data kemudian penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian  ini adalah Makna sapundu bagi masyarakat agama kaharingan adalah tempat mengikat hewan korban sebagai perantara pengawal bagi roh yang meningal untuk menuju lewu tatau atau surga. Patung Sapundu mempunyai fungsi yaitu sebagai pendidikan, terutama dalam pendidikan Agama Hindu dari Tattwa, Susila dan Upacara ketiga hal ini merupakan kerangka dasar Agama Hindu.Nilai pendidikan Tattwa dapat dilihat dari sifat-sifat Tuhan, Sosial dapat dinilai dari tingkah laku manusia pada masa hidupnya digambarkan dengan patung sapundu.Fungsi religius dalam Patung Sapundu bagi masyarakat Hindu Kaharingan menginterpretasikan tindakan dan simbol-simbol yang bersifat sakral dan mensakralkan yang bersifat profan dengan interaksi simbolik

This study was conducted as an attempt to investigate in what step of scientific approach theteachers most frequently use translation in English Language Teaching as well as to find out the teachers’reasons toward the use of translation in English Language Teaching based on scientific approach atSMP Negeri 4 Singaraja and SMP Negeri 5 Singaraja. It was conducted in qualitative research design.There were two teachers chosen as the subjects of study. The data were collected through audio recordingthe teaching and learning process and interviewing the subjects of study, while the techniques ofanalyzing data were done descriptively following the four processes according to the theory of Miles &Huberman (1984), namely: data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Theresults of analysis indicated that the teachers most frequently used translation in exploring step of scientificapproach. In addition, there were seven teachers’ reasons found in relation to the use of translationin the classroom, namely to help the students’ difficulty in: (1) understanding the instruction given bythe teacher, (2) understanding the English vocabulary, (3) asking something in English, (4) understandingthe tenses or grammar, (5) understanding the material deeply, (6) doing the task, and (7) presentingtheir work. The purpose of this paper is to outline the climate responsive innovation process within the agricultural innovation system of the North West Province, South Africa. The focus was on the embedded curriculum and learning activity system and its responses to social-ecological and earth system changes influenced by climate change. It outlines the barriers and processes hampering curriculum and learning innovations towards climate-smart responsiveness, and also examines the processes required to initiate micro and macro innovations. This paper focusses on how actors within the system can initiate curriculum innovation and climate responsiveness through micro innovations when supported and how this can lead to macro innovations. The system experienced various barriers during the innovation process and overcame many challenges during the journey towards climate-smart responsiveness through the identification of contradictions within the system, developing tools to assist in the transitioning process and expansion in the social-spatial dimension by establishing a learning network within the surrounding communities. The research indicated that the catalysing of the curriculum and learning system required specific tools, time and the understanding of the importance of micro-level innovation. Keywords: curriculum innovation; climate-smart agriculture; agricultural training institutes
