Interpersonal skill (interpersonal ability) is the ability to recognize and respond appropriately to one's feelings, attitudes and behavior, motivations and desires. This ability is very necessary because in everyday life it is almost impossible for humans not to relate to other people. In the scheme of living together arises the need to understand the needs of other human beings. Good and effective interpersonal communication skills are needed by humans so that they can carry out all their activities smoothly. Especially when someone performs activities in formal situations, for example in a work environment. This article explores a case of human–wildlife cohabitation in the Rodopi mountains of Bulgaria, wherein people and brown bears ( Ursus arctos) have adapted to living together in relative harmony. While this is due to a variety of factors, chief among these is the way both people and bears appear to pursue knowledge of one another and act on this knowledge so as to actively minimize potential for conflict. We draw on this case to contribute to growing discussion concerning how nonhumans should be understood and included within conservation policymaking. While conservation has conventionally been understood as something humans do on behalf of other species, a growing body of “more-than-human” research challenges this perspective as “anthropocentric” in arguing that nonhumans should be considered “co-constitutive actors” of the spaces they occupy. Based on this understanding, some go so far as to assert that a “multispecies ethics” demands that nonhumans be actively included in decision-making concerning such spaces’ governance. While our study indeed demonstrates that both humans and bears seem to mold their behavior in relation to their sensing of the other’s behavior, it also demonstrates that knowledge of bears’ behavior is ultimately always interpreted by humans in conservation management. Moreover, different groups of stakeholders hold different knowledge of bears that influence their attitudes and behavior towards the animals. The study thus raises important questions concerning how to incorporate bears (and other nonhumans) within conservation decision-making, and whose knowledge should be privileged in the process.

The study and analysis in this paper based on addressing gender differences is common as long as it does not result in gender inequalities. In general, the notion of gender is a visible difference between men and women when viewed from values and behavior. In the Women Studies Encyclopedia it is explained that Gender is a cultural concept, seeking to make a distinction in terms of the roles, behaviors, mentality, and emotional characteristics of the growing male and female in society. However, reality in society indicates that gender differences give rise to various forms of inequality and injustice. Islam is a religion that strongly emphasizes the importance of respect for human beings and it seems his teaching is very accommodating to human values. One form of elaboration of human values is a sincere recognition of human equality and unity. The women of Rasulullah SAW era are described as active, polite, well-preserved women. In fact, in the Qur'an, the ideal figure of a Muslim is symbolized as a person who has independence in politics, like the figure of Queen Balqis who leads the superpower kingdom (`arsyun` azhim). Communication is the exchange of ideas, information, feelings or thoughts between people (individuals) face to face (face to face), verbal and non verbal. While counseling is a reciprocal relationship between two individuals, where a counselor is trying to help the other (the client) to try to solve the problems he is facing.Relation of gender is a social relationship between men and women who are socially formed and culture in doing everything. Based on the findings, it turns out that the meeting in West Aceh district, who want to appear in politics and to become ruler is still zero percent. The morality / character of the nation's students has collapsed. This is marked by the rise of bullying, child anarchism, mass contests, free sex and so on. Seeing the importance of the role of etiquette in human life, the education world should think more seriously about the concept of planting etiquette in its students, so that the introduction and cultivation of etiquette must begin at an early age. Rasulullah SAW has taught that the example is the main factor of success in educating children. Exemplary is also the best method in children's education, especially in the early childhood period. On this basis the research formulated the formulation of the problem namely (1) How is the concept of Adab in SDI Ar-Roudloh Miru? (2) How is the Implementation of Adab Based Education in SDI Ar-Roudloh Miru-Sekaran-Lamongan? This study uses qualitative research and case studies as its research design. Research subjects in this study were students at SDI Ar-Roudloh. Data collection techniques used were observation, semistructural interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data checking technique uses triangulation techniques. The results of this study include: (1) the formation of students' character at SDI Ar Roudloh is with the Applicative Religious concept. This is evidenced by the existence of Boarding School since students go up to fourth grade. This is expected to be more intensive in applying civilized values ​​that are prioritized by the institution. The etiquette values ​​emphasized and prioritized at SDI Ar Roudloh in this case are divided into three aspects namely; Judging from the pattern of attitudes and behavior to God, patterns of behavior to fellow human beings, patterns of behavior to nature. (2) in implementing civilized education for the formation of students' character by applying the religious concept with the details of the sub-chapters above, there are several stages in order to obtain maximum results, before implementing and informing the values ​​of civilized education to students. In this case the researcher classifies into three stages; first; Socialization, second; Implementation and third; Evaluation.

The ignorance of reading activity is a result of condition in which people are not accustomed to read because they are not familiar with the culture of writing. Diarrhoea is a health problem that is often experienced by infants and toddlers and in almost every country. One of the efforts to prevent diarrhoea was through counselling. Due to the pandemic situation, face-to-face counselling was not possible. This study aimed to assess the use of e-learning in increasing knowledge, attitudes, and behaviours to prevent diarrhoea. This research was an analytical observational study with the design of The One Group Pre-test Post-test Design. Samples were select used the purposive sampling technique. The sample size in this study was 54 students. The eLearning model used in this research was Google Class. The data were obtained by using google form then analyzed using McNemar Test. The results of the analysis showed that there were differences in knowledge (p-value = 0.000), attitudes (p-value = 0.031), and behaviour (p-value = 0.016) to prevent diarrhea before and after treatment. The utilization of online learning (e-learning) significantly affected increasing knowledge, attitudes, and behaviour in preventing diarrhea. In the future, e-learning can be an alternative to prevent diarrhea during a pandemic.

The ability to communicate interpersonally is a very important skill for anyone. This is because everyone needs to establish a harmonious relationship with other fellow human beings. However, the fact that communication is not something that is easy. Therefore, we must do various efforts to improve our communication skills. in addition we must also study the ethics of communication as our basic principle in communicating. one of the best sources of communication skills is the Qur'an and Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. One of the books that the authors assume summarizes the skills and ethics of interpersonal communication is Dr. Enjoy Your Life's book. Muhammad Al Areifi. Departing from these assumptions, the authors decided to conduct in-depth research on the book using qualitative content analysis methods and it was answered that the book is indeed loaded with a summary of skills and communication ethics according to the Qur'an and sunnah. Among the results of the study on Enjoy Your Life the author found 11 skill subcategories with 290 skill points and 7 categories of ethics with 111 ethical points. From the research the writer can conclude that there are many skills and ethics of interpersonal Islamic communication that can make us good communicator

Currently, the interrelation of various motivational phenomena, interests, attitudes and behavior of a person in the professional activity is being considered. Analysis of modern psychological literature shows that employees of organizations can be highly-motivated to achieve in their professional activities, however, in each individual, the motivation for achievement can manifest itself in a certain motivational trend. The article discusses the issues of the main parameters of the influence of the motivation for achievement on the determination of strategies for the behavior of suburban railway employees, which are revealed, both in destructive interpersonal communication and at a high level of constructive interaction. The available knowledge about the causes of conflicts and the needs of using the dominant strategy of behavior in interpersonal relationships and professional activity is generalized.

В целях сохранения и укрепления репродуктивного здоровья современной молодежи в рамах изучения дисциплины «Психология и педагогика» в медицинском университете активно применяются психологические технологии в формате тренингов развития индивидуально-личностных и субъектных качеств обучающихся. Представлены результаты апробации авторской программы психологического тренинга, подтверждающие его эффективность в развитии рефлексивности, ответственности, коммуникативных качеств и рациональности у студентов-медиков. Тренинг направлен на расширение медико-психологических знаний молодежи в сфере репродуктивного здоровья и поведения, формирование навыков межличностного общения и конструктивных способов разрешения кризисных ситуаций в призме гендерной психологии. In order to preserve and strengthen the reproductive health of modern youth in the framework of the study of the discipline "Psychology and Pedagogy" at the Medical University, psychological technologies are actively used in the format of trainings for the development of individual-personal and subjective qualities of students. The article presents the results of approbation of the author's program of psychological training, confirming its effectiveness in the development of reflexivity, responsibility, communicative qualities and rationality in medical students. The training is aimed at expanding the medical and psychological knowledge of young people in the field of reproductive health and behavior, the formation of interpersonal communication skills and constructive ways of resolving crisis situations in the prism of gender psychology.

Pharmacies and health professionals, including Pharmacists, assistant Pharmacists, and the cashier is one of the groups most at risk of contracting the virus Covid-19 during the pandemic Covid 19 dispensaries a place that is often accessible to the public because it provides services to the needs of the patient medications. Based on these problems, then do the activities to protect the workplace to reduce the risk of transmission in the workplace and pharmacies keep doing every drug but not be the area of transmission of the virus Covid-19. The purpose of community service is to improve the awareness, knowledge, attitudes, and behavior through training and education protocol-related health in the workplace the right so that can create a healthy work environment. Activities conducted June 17, 18,24 and 25 September 2021 environment dispensary in West Jakarta. The activities of 17-18 September 2021 conduct a preliminary survey to fill out the questionnaire with the google form linked the use of masks in the workplace, the habit of washing hands and clean the work place. The results of the questionnaire of 26 respondents was 15.4% of the respondents do not use the mask for work, the 23.1% of the respondents rarely use mask properly, a 34.6% rarely wash hands before work ,23,1% not important to wash hands before and after work and 23.1 % not important clean work environment with a disinfectant and clean the work place before and after work. PKM September 24, 2021 is the practice of how to wash hands in accordance with the recommendation of the Ministry of health, using the appropriate mask and face shield in the workplace. PKM activity carried out from September 25, 2021 manufacture means the place of hand washing common, put up a plastic barrier and spraying disinfectant in the area pharmacies. The activities of a community service program implemented well, after the implementation of community service activities is then the habit of washing hands before and after work, consumers wash their hands with water in place of washing hands before going into the area of the dispensary, the mask is worn according to the rules can continue to be done so that there is increased awareness of the workers and consumers in the workplace to create a healthy working environment during the pandemic.Apotik dan tenaga kesehatan termasuk Apoteker, asisten Apoteker serta kasir merupakan salah satu kelompok yang paling berisiko tertular virus Covid-19 karena selama pandemi Covid 19 apotik tempat yang sering diakses masyarakat karena memberikan pelayanan untuk kebutuhan obat pasien. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka dilakukan kegiatan untuk melindungi tempat kerja  untuk  menurunkan  risiko penularan di tempat kerja dan apotik tetap melakukan pelayanan obat tetapi tidak menjadi area penularan virus Covid-19. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian adalah meningkatkan  kesadaran, pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku melalui pelatihan serta edukasi  terkait protokol kesehatan ditempat kerja yang tepat sehingga dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang sehat. Kegiatan dilakukan tanggal 17, 18,24 dan 25 September 2021 dilingkungan apotik di Jakarta Barat. Kegiatan tanggal 17-18 September 2021 melakukan survei awal mengisi kuisioner dengan google form terkait penggunaan masker ditempat kerja, kebiasaan mencuci tangan serta membersihkan tempat kerja. Hasil kuisioner dari 26 responden adalah  15,4 % responden  tidak penting menggunakan masker selama bekerja, 23,1% responden jarang menggunakan masker dengan tepat, 34,6% jarang mencuci tangan sebelum bekerja ,23,1% tidak penting mencuci tangan sebelum dan sesudah bekerja dan 23,1 % tidak penting membersihkan lingkungan kerja dengan desinfektan serta membersihkan tempat kerja sebelum dan sesudah bekerja. Kegiatan PKM tanggal 24 September 2021 adalah praktik cara mencuci tangan sesuai anjuran Kemenkes, menggunakan masker yang tepat serta face shield ditempat kerja. Kegiatan PKM yang dilakukan tanggal 25 September 2021 pembuatan sarana tempat cuci tangan umum, memasang plastik pembatas dan penyemprotan desinfektan di area apotik. Kegiatan program pengabdian masyarakat terlaksana dengan baik, setelah terlaksananya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini maka kebiasaan  mencuci tangan sebelum dan setelah bekerja, konsumen mencuci tangan dengan air di tempat cuci tangan  sebelum masuk  ke area apotik, masker dipakai sesuai aturan dapat terus terlaksana sehingga terjadi peningkatan kesadaran pekerja serta konsumen ditempat kerja untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang sehat selama pandemi.

Most studies of contextual influences on political attitudes and behavior have treated geographical areas as the operative social environment. As early research on social influence processes noted, the conditions that promote consensus among inhabitants of a common environment are likely to be present in formal organizations that encourage face-to-face interaction. Churches possess many of the characteristics that should maximize behavioral contagion and are thus fertile ground for the dissemination of common political outlooks. This expectation is tested by assessing the link between theological and political conservatism in 21 Protestant congregations. The theological climate in the churches is found to contribute strongly to the members' political conservatism over and above the personal commitment of respondents to traditional Christian values and a variety of social and attitudinal variables. As churches constitute the single most widespread form of voluntary organizational affiliation in the United States, their potential political impact appears to be considerable.
