The oppression and violence in the activities of states and in the process of international political relations in the XXI century reveals the essence of totalitarian politics, the notion of the individual and the political leader in society, which creates contradictions in understanding the essence of the concept of man, political leader. The policy of the totalitarian regime always emphasizes the suppression of the people's spirit of freedom, the essence of the secret policy of trying to obscure the individual position in man, and then completely extinguish it.In a totalitarian society, personality traits tend to be more aggressive. Status is a position provided to the person of the concern society based on societal norms, values and customary practices. It is further being divided into two parts, first one is the Ascribed status, and another is Achieved status. The ascribed status is assigned to a person by the group or society, whereas achieved status is earned by the individual through his/her personal attributes and is taken note of by the people in and around his/her location. It is also evident that in majority of the cases, the ascribed status always determines the nature and extent of the achieved status. The ascribed status of the Dalits contributes or hinders in the formation of their achieved status. It also includes their social interaction and social relations with non-Dalits in the exiting local level social structure. This status is being characterized and specified by the process of Sanskritization, social and religious reforms, and the constitutional provisions in the formation of achieved status of Dalits in their different strata of life. The social status is the convergent form of both the ascribed and achieved statuses of a person in each society or social structure. In every circumstance, one’s higher ascribed status always contributes positively to his or her higher achieved status. Conversely, lower the ascribed status, lower is the achieved status though this may be other way round in the exceptional case. Anyway, the symmetrical or linear relationship between the lower ascribed and achieved statuses gets more crystallized, if the person comes from a group which remains socially excluded forever. But due to the prospects of Independence, Education, Constitutional safeguards and Modernisation several kinds of changes occurred in the status of Dalit’s in the society. Through this paper, I have tried to identify the process of social status formation among Dalits in Jharkhand.

The article considers the conflict from the point of view of a social phenomenon, as a result of which the main approaches to the study of this category were identified. According to one of them, the conflict is based on the opposition of certain interests, goals, aspirations of the individual. The second approach puts into conflict a contradiction, in connection with which it is the result of its aggravation and actualization. In the third approach, conflict is a type of structural imbalance and is characterized by the impossibility of a system or social relations remaining in the same form. Another approach at the heart of the conflict addresses social tensions of dual significance. The structure of the conflict itself (the object, the subjects of the conflict, etc.), as well as the content of its constituent elements, are studied in detail. Dismantled and disclosed the environment in which the conflict takes place. In general, the article is of an overview nature and can be useful as a theoretical and methodological basis for the study of conflict in various organizations, institutions, etc.

The particular relation that professionalism bears to individualism and to the subjective illusion deserves to be noted. Their special competence empowers professionals and experts to act in situations where laymen feel incompetent or baffled. In fact, the assumption by the public that the expert is competent creates a sort of pragmatic compulsion for the expert: to certify his worth in the eyes of the laity, he must act. Deferentially requested to intervene by his clients, the expert practitioner is compelled to do something; from this point of view, anything is better than nothing. As Freidson remarks: "Indeed, so impressed is he by the perplexity of his clients and by his apparent capacity to deal with those perplexities, that the practitioner comes to consider himself an expert not only in the problems he is trained to deal with but in all human problems." Most particularly in the personal professions, the behavior of the expert asserts, ideologically, that a variety of ills—and, in particular, those that can most affect the person—have individual remedies. This reinforces the optimistic illusion of ideological individualism: personal problems of all kinds are purely private and admit, as such, individual and ad hoc solutions. In the predominant ideological way of addressing social issues and social relations experienced by individuals, therefore, structural causes, as well as collective action upon those causes, are relegated to a vaguely utopian realm. At the same time, the practitioner's "compulsion to act" reiterates to the layman that education confers superior powers upon the individual and superior mastery over physical and social environments.

The importance of interaction between the government and the society in the modern world is one of the most urgent tasks for young researchers and for the society as a whole. One such factor is the model of individual-state dialogue. The study of such a dialogue from an anthropological point of view will make it possible to highlight the most successful models of interaction between the society authorities to create effective management mechanisms that affect both the quality of citizens’ life and the development of the state as a whole in a positive way. For a more detailed study of the models of building a dialogue between the individual and the state, it is necessary to consider the existing examples of interaction and analyze the historical aspects of the relationship between the society and the state. The modern practice of state and municipal governing strives to make the government more transparent and open to citizens, such a policy contributes to the maximum involvement of citizens in the public and political life of the state. The article also deals with the issues of involving citizens in the social and political life of the society; it discusses the motivational measures and the policy of the state in the field of engaging citizens in interaction and establishment of a meaningful, effective dialogue between the society and the state.

This article analyzes the importance of sociological education in the professional training of specialists outside the humanities from the point of view of “performative education”. The “performativity” of education is understood as the production of knowledge and educational activity and it becomes meaningful only in the situation of their demand and efficiency (J.-F. Liotard). The сurrent trends in the formation of the curricula of higher educational institutions by academic disciplines of a “performative” nature have been expressed in reducing the hours of general humanities, among which the sociology teaching has been minimized or completely eliminated. The material for the empirical stage of the research was the organizational and methodological documentation accompanying the educational process in a number of Russian universities. The authors performed a content analysis of the curriculum of higher education. The following methods of collecting information were used: analytical-synthetic, induction and deduction, content and comparative analyzes. The performativity of sociological knowledge and the study of sociology at the individual level is expressed in several aspects: 1) in the formation of the self-consciousness of the individual and the development of a professional integrated into social relations; 2) in the development of graduates’ ability to analyze and forecast social transformations; 3) in maintaining the value basis and civil law culture in society. The practical significance of the findings is expressed in strengthening the position of sociology as a science and academic discipline in the simulation of educational programs for professional training of university students.

The results of the comparative analysis indicate an increase in the political subjectivity of youth, but negative emotions (disappointment) impede the willingness for responsible participation in political life. Three groups of factors are identified that mediate the process of perception by the electorate of a political leader. Features of vertical and horizontal involvement of a citizen in political activity are revealed. The peculiarities of changing attitudes and the value-normative orientation of the political consciousness of modern students are demonstrated.

In the sperantian view, the social normativity is seen as being of the individual one and the individual spirit of normativity comes from society, which regulates the people rights from the social point of view. Because man is a living being, creative, having social and spiritual needs, the society creates norms, even if are not all social.

The use of the phenomenon of “national security” in various fields of knowledge testifies to its general scientific practical significance, raises the problem of its elaboration at the theoretical level, first of all, the search for its nature and general meaning (internal content), as a result, a conceptual methodological basis. This work did not provide for an exhaustive consideration of the problem, only its statement. For this purpose, philosophical knowledge was used to comprehend the essence of the “security” phenomenon. It has been established that "security" is a fundamental, constitutive feature that determines the essence of the "security" phenomenon. But not security in general, but one or more subjects of activity and communication. The content and meaning of the subject's existence is the satisfaction of his needs, the realization of his interests. From this point of view, security is associated with areas of public life with the versatile interests and needs of the subjects, and response actions to protect them, to realize their interests and satisfy their needs. This idea is consonant with that used in the basic document of strategic planning - the National Security Strategy of the Russian Federation, the conceptual scheme: “national interests” - “threats to national security” - “ensuring national security”, where “national interests” is the basic concept of national security, the meaning of which is in fact, it consists in ensuring the protection of the individual, society and the state. Another question: what should one “rely on” when comprehending the essence of this phenomenon? How did the individual, society and state arise? What was the fundamental prerequisite in this process? This forced us to turn to the ideological foundations and explore the process of this theoretical development.
