RISIKO DAN REFLEKSIVITAS GAY TERHADAP KEKERASAN (Studi Kasus pada Komunitas Gay di Surakarta)

<p>Gay is a minority group the existence of which is still unacceptable to the society. It puts the gay into a group vulnerable to violence risk. The objective of research is to study the risk and the reflexivity of violence in gay community in Surakarta. This qualitative with case study approach took place in Surakarta. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling one. The informant of research consisted of chairperson and administrators of Surakarta Gaya Mahardhika Foundation, gays becoming the victim of violence, community fellow members, and administrators of Mitra Alam Surakarta NGO. Data was collected through observation, in-depth interview, and documentation. To validate data, source triangulation was used. Technique of analyzing data used was Miles and Huberman’s interactive model of analysis with Ulrich Beck’s Risk Society theory.     </p><p>The result of research showed that violence risk encountered by gay in Surakarta included physical violence such as being thrown with sharp weapon, being struck and slapped; physical/emotional violence such as cynical and disliking view, expulsion, threat and negative stigma intended to gay organization; sexual violence such as sexual abuse conducted by police officer by touching the victim’s body organ; economic violence such as money and product expropriation by sexual partner; and verbal violence such as being insulted and mocked by some people on the street. The effect of violence consisted of physical effect such as bruise, gash, and pain still felt until today, and physical effect such as fear, trauma, discomfort and fidget, disappointment, resentfulness, anger, pique, and regret. The reflectivity of gay in dealing with violence included interacting or looking for acquaintance or partner more alertly and selectively; adapting, comporting; building intimacy an self-image by conducting positive activities within society; conducting homosexual activity more carefully such as fulfilling their sexual need in their known place rather than doing it in opened space that has been known by mass organization; and providing advocacy to the gay becoming the victim of violence.     </p>

Self-stigma experienced by people who experience schizophrenia has influence on reduced self-esteem, on powerlessness, the weakening of hope, and a motivation towards recovery. The aim of this study is to explain the efforts of people suffering schizophrenia to manage their self-stigma through self-control, using a case study approach. Based on the purposive sampling technique, five people with schizophrenia were selected as the cases to be studied. Data collection techniques utilized in-depth interviews, observation, and documentary studies. The analysis of the study data employed the stages of data reduction, data display, and data verification. Improvement in study quality employed the triangulation of data sources by checking the data to determine its consistency. The results of this study indicate that people with schizophrenia who have the ability to self-control can overcome self-stigma through changes in the manner of viewing themselves, self-training through activities, having endurance, having an honest approach, being able to explain schizophrenia from a positive viewpoint, having initiative, and having a positive attitude and the courage to face challenges.

This study aimed to identify various hazard risks which are related to children in schools. This study used a quantitative descriptive design. The sampling technique used was four stage stratified random sampling, with 329 elementary schools as the sample. The results identified various dangerous situations which are related to children and schools ranging from infectious diseases, natural disasters, violence against children and the dangers due to the absence of adequate safety at school. Dangers from natural disasters which could be identified were earthquake, volcano, flood, hurricane landslide, and drought as well as potential biological hazards such as contagion and caterpillar outbreak. Additionally, the dangers related to violence against children were fighting, extortion, physical violence, psychological violence, sexual violence, bullying, and stealing. Related to safety aspects at schools, there were dangerous situations caused by the activities of the children themselves which caused injuries, or other technical causes, such as fire, falling buildings/falling trees, food poisoning, and infectious diseases.

The number of mothers giving birth with sectio caesarae delivery at BLUD R.S H.M Djafar Harun North Kolaka in 2015 was 254 people, then increased in 2016 to 521 people. The purpose of this study was to analyze the risk factors for the incidence of Sectio Caesarea delivery at H.M Djafar Harun Hospital, North Kolaka. This type of research is an analytic observational study with a case-control study approach. The study population was 68 with a sample of 136 people using the Accidental Sampling Technique. Data analysis using the Odds Ratio test. The results of the risk analysis based on narrow pelvic factors showed the value of OR= 9,681; LL= 2,728; UL= 34,355, and then placenta previa factor showed the value of OR= 6,484; LL= 0,759; UL= 55,385. In conclusion, narrow pelvis is a strong risk factor and placenta previa is not a strong risk factor for Sectio Caesarea delivery. It is hoped that the hospital will seek to identify high-risk pregnancies, complications or pregnancy abnormalities so that they can be detected early so that they are able to more optimally handle complications during childbirth.

The purpose of this research is (1) analyze student’s concept in answering the association test, (2) analyze the concept of understanding  relationship  to  answer  the test depends on the student’s school origin.The method used in this research is qualitative with case study approach. In clustering sampling technique the subject was used in this research is 6 students, shared  in  3  groups.  They  are  2  students come from public vocational school, 2 students come from public senior high school and 2 students come from private senior high school and vocational school. Data was collected through test and interview.   Data   analysis   used   in   this research refers to Milles and Huberman in Moellong’s book; they are data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The result showed that the student’s understanding is various enough in answering the  set  test.  Depending on  the first subject analysis (S1) who came from private school, he did not understand about the concept of set. The second subject analysis (S2) and the third subject analysis (S3)  who  came  from  public  school,  they had understood. But, they need to be careful and patient to avoid the mistakes. The data which  had  gained from deeply interview, showed that the subject analysis (S1), (S2) and (S3) were able to indicate the relationship of school origin with the student’s concept of understanding within answering the set test.

Choosing a career as an Islamic teacher has many challenges as well as fun, not everyone is interested in this profession except those who have strong motivation. This study aims to find out the real motivation of students to select department of Islamic teaching education in public university, even though this department is widely offered by state and private Islamic universities. This study uses qualitative methods with a case study approach (case study design). Sources of data were taken from thirty informants through in-depth interviews selected using a purposive sampling technique, all informants were active students who chose the department of Islamic teaching education at Padang State University in 2017, 2018 and 2019. All interviews were analyzed thematically using the NVivo 10 qualitative analysis software. The results of the analysis showed that there were seven motivations of students to select department of Islamic teaching education. Those seven motivations are: i) self-will, ii) parents' encouragement, iii) choice to become a religious teacher, iv) job opportunities after graduation, v) desire to study at public universities vi) opportunity to spread dakwah, vii) to deepen Islamic knowledge. The results of this study can be used as preliminary data for subsequent researchers to examine this problem in different contexts and issues.

The determination of the No Smoking Area is an effort to protect the community against the risk of health problems due to the environment contaminated with cigarette smoke. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the No Smoking Area policy at the Undata Regional General Hospital (RSUD), Palu, especially in the aspects of communication, resources, disposition. , and bureaucratic structures. This type of research is qualitative research with a case study approach. Determination of informants is done through purposive sampling technique, namely the researcher uses his judgment in selecting informants to obtain in-depth information according to the research objectives. the concept of communication is good enough. The KTR Task Force at Undata Hospital uses print and electronic media. In the resource variable, the results are not good enough. The KTR Task Force at Undata Hospital is still lacking in terms of the number, namely only 15 people previously numbered 30 people. The disposition variables obtained in this study are good enough. The appointment of the KTR task force at Undata Hospital is directly selected by the hospital director, but the supervisory officers still lack incentives. In the bureaucratic structure variable, the results were quite good. The most authorized person in implementing the implementation of the KTR policy implementation at the Undata Hospital Palu is the Task Force coordinator. The suggestion in this research is that the KTR Task Force at Undata Hospital should be added and the Undata Hospital should create a smoking area.

Background: Government needs community empowerment especially in Posyandu activity to improve health degree in Indonesia. Posyandu is the spearhead in maternal and child health services. Therefore, the cadre is a driver in Posyandu activities so that innovation is needed for an application to assist the task of cadres in reporting and recording of maternal and child health data.Objective: This study aims to determine the linkage of government policy in the use of mobile application apps by cadres on Anjungan Mandiri Posyandu (AMP).Method: The research method used is qualitative with case study approach. This research was conducted on active cadre in Posyandu of Pasawahan Village Kidul Subdistrict of Pasawahan Purwakarta Regency on May to July 2017. The data was collected by Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on 15 cadres. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. Results: The results of this study found that the recording and reporting of data in the form of Posyandu Information System (SIP) by cadres using AMP.Conclusion: It can be concluded in this research that with the application of mobile apps health on AMP can assist duty cadre in recording and reporting data to health center. Abstrak: Nurul Islam Islamic Boarding School since its establishment has set itself as a peace boarding school having moderate character. When radicalism, extremism, and terrorism threaten world peace, the schools consistently campaign for peace. Therefore, the research focuses on peace education planning, implementation, and implication on students' behavior and attitude in Nurul Islam Islamic Boarding School Jember to find out a planning, implementation, and implication model of peace education. The research is a qualitative study using a multiple case study approach. The informants were chosen using a purposive sampling technique. The findings of the research are: first, peace education planning in Nurul Islam Islamic Boarding School Jember refers to vision, mission, institutional philosophy, Islam washatiyah (moderate), started with the need analysis of times, society, and students and by considering the suggestion of education users formulated by the educational institution. Second, peace education implementation employs an adaptation of religious text material using moderation approach, Islamic method and universal method, a website supporting media containing digital washatiyah literacy and digital Sufism literacy implemented informal institution integrated with ahl al-sunnah wa al-jama’ah teaching through class-based inter curricular activities and intensive and doctrinal extracurricular activities. Third, the peace education implication in Islamic boarding school builds students' polite and tolerant behavior, moderate and contextual perspective, Sufistic behavior, positive image for the local, national and regional society and supports Islamic boarding school continuous transformation. The formal finding of the research is an integrative peace education model based on contextual Islam washatiyah.الملخص: أعلن معهد نور الإسلام منذ بداية نشأتهما بأنهما معهد السلام الذي لها خصية كمعهد باتجاه معتدل ومعتمد على تقاليد الذكر والمناقب. وفي الوقت الذي يتعرض فيه العالم للتهديد من التطرف والاقتكاء والإرهاب، يظل ذلك المعهد ناطقا رئيسيا في حملة السلام. لذلك، فإن استكشاف هذا البحث يتركز على تخطيط وتنفيذ وآثار مترتبة من تربية السلام على مواقف وسلوكيات الطلاب في معهد نور الإسلام جمبر بهدف إيجاد نموذج تخطيط التنفيذ والآثار المترتبة من تربية السلام. استخدم هذا البحث منهج البحث الكيفي بنوع دراسة الحالة مع تصميم دراسة متعدد الحالات.  تم اختيار المخبرين من خلال تقنيات أخذ العينات المحددة، وجمع البيانات باستخدام المقابلة غير المنظمة، والملاحظة غير المشاركة والوثائق. استخدم الباحث تحليل البيانات بنموذج ميلز وهوبرمان الذي طبق على مرحلتين: ١. تحليل بيانات الحالات الفردية، و ٢. تحليل البيانات عبر الحالات. وتم التحقق من صحة البيانات من خلال تثليث الطريقة، والاعتمادية، والتأكدية.أظهرت نتائج هذا البحث ما يلي: أولا، تخطيط تربية السلام في معهد نور الإسلام هو التخطيط القائم على الرؤية والرسالة والاهتمام بفلسفة المؤسسة وبمبدأ الإسلام الوسطي (المعتدلة)، يسبقها تحليل احتياجات العصر والمجتمع والطلاب والاهتمام بمدخلات مستخدمي الخدمة التعليمية التي تصوغها المؤسسات التعليمية. ثانياً، تنفيذ تربية السلام الذي يتروح مع مادة من النصوص الدينية بمنهج الاعتدال، باستخدام الأسلوب الإسلامي والأسلوب العالمي، ودعم الموقع الإعلامي بالمحتوى الرقمي ومحو الأمية الصوفية الرقمية المنفذة في المؤسسات الرسمية مع نمط من التكامل بين تعاليم أهل السنة والجماعة سواء كان من خلال المناهج الدراسية القائمة على الصفية واللاصفية مكثفا أو مذهبيا. ثالثاً، تُشكل الآثار المترتبة من تربية السلام في المعهد موقفاً مهذباً ومتحمسا، وتشكيل وجهة النظر المعتدلة السياقية، وتشكيل موقف التصوف لدى الطلاب، وتشكيل صورة إيجابية للمجتمعات المحلية والوطنية والإقليمية، وتشجع التحول المؤسسي للمعهد بطريقة مستدامة. النتائج الرسمية في هذا البحث هي نماذج تربية السلام التكاملية القائمة على الإسلام الوطني السياقي.

Weaning too early can affect the growth of the baby and the mother often ignores the nutritional needs of the baby. In addition, malnutrition is more common today than during the first 4-6 months of life. This is because many families do not understand the special needs of babies and are unable to provide food with good nutritional value. The type of research used is a survey with a cross-sectional study approach. The population is all mothers who have babies aged 6 months and the sample is all mothers who have babies aged 6 months. The sampling technique was simple random sampling. The results showed that there was a significant effect between mothers who did weaning for less than 6 months with education = 0.006. There is a significant effect between mothers who do weaning for less than 6 months with employment status = 0.008. There is a significant effect between mothers who do weaning less than 6 months with birth spacing = 0.007.
