This study is aimed at examining the impact of work mutations on work stress, as well as on employee performance. Having seen the differences in the phenomenon that occurs between female employees and male employees. The respondents were included in this study were 108 millennial employees of Dental Clinic Centre, consisting of 68 women and 40 men. The technique of data analysis used is WrapPLS. The results of the study indicate that work mutations have a negative impact on work stress, as well as work stress negatively affects performance. Work stress furthermore mediates the impact of work mutations on employee performance. It’s also found that there were differences between men and women in facing the work mutations that occurred. The employee of men is found to be calmer and not stressed in facing the work mutations that occur, while women are the opposite.

<p>This research on health service employees who are in Jakarta wants to observe the work stress experienced and how the risks will arise from organizational commitment and employee performance. The design of this research is to use a survey method with cross-section data collection using a questionnaire. A total of 82 employees of the Private Hospital consisting of Doctors, Nurses and Staff as respondents in this study, were determined by utilizing the simple random sampling method. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as a design in analyzing data analysis on testing research hypotheses. The results of the study present the results that work stress has a negative and significant impact on organizational commitment, then work stress that has a negative and significant impact on employee performance, then high organizational commitment can actually cause a positive and significant impact on employee performance.</p>

This purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, motivation and discipline on employee performance. The independent variables were leadership (X1), motivation (X1) and discipline (X3). The dependent variable was employee performance (Y). This was explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The study was conducted at PT Surabaya Marine with employees. Data analysis was carried out through multiple linear regression analysis with the F test and t test. Being universal phenomenon, stress is experienced in everyday human life especially among individuals who work in different industrial set-ups at various levels of jobs. With changing work expectations, competition & environment, increasing workloads and work place politics, stress has become an integral part of employees’ life and affects individual performance. Also, due to an employee’s psychological and physiological reactions to work situation factors directly or indirectly influence the stress to appears, as resultant. Though certain level of work stress instigates the efficiency of work in positive but more stress causes negative impact on individual employee and in turn to organization too. Employees handle such stress without letting it influence their performances but fail to do so with growing work stress beyond certain level. On organization side, it also depends upon type of industry and nature of competition faced by the organization in market. On individual side, this stress impact on performance varies with work experience, demographics and length of service years. In order or assess workplace stress and its influence on individual employee, this study is done on a garment manufacturing organization in India, which is prone to high work stress due to its competitive nature of business.

Tingkat  stres kerja berlebihan  dapat berdampak  negatif  terhadap  prestasi  kerja karyawan  PT. KAI yang pada akhirnya dapat merugikan perusahaan. Apalagi jika stres kerja tersebut berada dalam taraf tinggi tentu akan  memberikan  dampak  negatif.  Tujuan  penelitian  ini adalah  mengetahui  hubungan  antara  stress kerja dengan kepuasan kerja pada masinis PT Kereta Api Indonesia di UPT Crew Semarang Poncol. Jenis  penelitian  adalah  korelasi  dengan  pendekatan  cross  sectional.  Populasi  dalam  penelitian  ini adalah seluruh masinis PT Kereta Api Indonesia UPT Crew Semarang Poncol sejumlah 223 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling dengan jumlah 143 orang. Hasil  penelitian  didapatkan  bahwa  tingkat  stres kerja yang dialami  oleh responden  sebagian  besar adalah tinggi yaitu sebanyak  67,1%. Kepuasan  kerja responden  sebagian  besar dalam kategori  tidak puas yaitu sebanyak 78 orang (54,5%). Ada hubungan antara tingkat stress dengan kepuasan kerja pada masinis PT Kereta Api Indonesia di UPT Crew Semarang Poncol.Berdasarkan  hasil tersebut  PTKAI diharapkan dapat menambah jumlah masinis dengan pola shift kerja yang longgar sehingga masinis memiliki waktu isirahat yang cukup untuk mengurangi stress akibat jadwal kerja yang padat. Kata kunci : Stres Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja. STRESS LEVEL RELATIONSHIP WITH JOB SATISFACTIONAT INDONESIAN PT TRAIN ENGINEERING AT UPT CREW SEMARANG PONCOL Excessive work stress levels can have a negative impact on employee performance at PT. KAI which in the end can harm the company. Moreover, if the work stress is at a high level, it will certainly have a negative impact. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between job stress and job satisfaction at PT Kereta Api Indonesia machinists at UPT Crew Semarang Poncol. This type of research is correlation with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all engineers of PT Kereta Api Indonesia UPT Crew Semarang Poncol totaling 223 people. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling with a total of 143 people. The results showed that the level of work stress experienced by most of the respondents was high as much as 67.1%. Most of the respondents' job satisfaction was in the dissatisfied category as many as 78 people (54.5%). There is a relationship between stress levels and job satisfaction at PT Kereta Api Indonesia's machinists at UPT Crew Semarang Poncol. Based on these results PTKAI is expected to increase the number of drivers with a loose work shift pattern so that the machinists have sufficient rest time to reduce stress due to a busy work schedule. . Keywords: Job Stress, Job Satisfaction.

The aims of this study are to find out (1) the effect of MSDM strategic practice variable, employees performance, (2) the effect of employee performance on company performance and the impact on company performance at Oki Fortune Party Equipment Rental Company Yogyakarta.This type of research is explanatory research. Its population is 30 employees company performance at Oki Fortune Party Equipment Rental Company. Number of samples were 30 respondents by using saturated sampling technique (census). Methods of data collection were conducted with questionnaire media, while data analysis techniques used simple multiple linear regression analysis.The result shows that multiple linear regression equation is Y (company performance) = 0.059X1 (MSDM strategic practice) + 0.205X2 (employee performance). There is no significant effect between MSDM strategic practice on company performance because value of sig is > a (0,773>0,05). No significant effect between employee performance on company performance because value of sig is > a (0,322>0,05)

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, work environment, and work stress on employee performance at PT. NT Indonesia. This type of research uses quantitative research. The sample in this study amounted to 74 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis using the SPSS program. The analysis used includes the analysis of the coefficient of determination, F Test, and Multiple Linear Regression Test. The results showed that leadership style affected employee performance, work environment affected employee performance, job stress affected employee performance.

In the age of digitalization, social media has played a significant role in quickly spreading the news about current affairs. From December 2019 to now, coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), with its several mutated shapes, has more transmissible potential catastrophe and has become a severe phenomenon issue worldwide. The international spread of the epidemic has created fear among people, especially employees working physically in different organizations. The present research aimed to measure the impact of social media on its users in the China. The social media users more often were influenced by shocking news instructively and destructively. The research analysis was based on service sector employees and data collected from 630 respondents via a structured questionnaire. This research was confirmed the negative impact of fear on social media on the performance of employees. This research was also confirmed the moderation impact of the COVID-19 vaccine on the relationship between social media fear and employee performance. This research recommends that the China Censor Board checked the news and its validity to reduce the fear of COVID-19 among employees. This research will become a roadmap for organizations and media controllers to understand the impact of social media during an intense situation. The telecommunication sector will reduce psychological disease and enhance the work capability of employees by controlling unnecessary and unapproved material about sensitive issues.

Social media is a communication tool that is commonly used by everyone in today's technological era. Excessive use of social media will cause addiction, and have an impact on people's psychology. This article aims to reveal data on the impact of social media addiction on the psychology of society and its implications for counseling. The research uses qualitative research methods, especially phenomenology. The research instrument is the researcher himself, and for data collection using in-depth interviews and observation. The research respondents are the people of West Sumatra with male and female sexes aged 15 to 50 years. The data analysis technique is using Miles and Huberman data analysis with the following steps; data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the study found that the psychological impact of social media addiction generally affects people's cognitive and emotions. The positive impact is cognitive, namely increasing insight and thinking skills, as well as giving birth to various creative ideas. The negative impact is causing forgetfulness, panic, dead-end thoughts, lack of logical thinking. Emotionally the positive impact of using social media by the community is to create happiness, optimism, motivation, enthusiasm, enthusiasm. The negative impact is causing anxiety, despair, sadness, resentment, anger and frustration. The results of this study have implications for counseling, namely preventively developing counseling techniques that aim to reduce social media addiction. Curatively, it can develop counseling techniques that can improve brain function and reduce anxiety levels.

<em>Tasikmalaya Regency is one of the areas in West Java Province which has a type of cultural tourism as its attraction. The type of potential cultural tourism in this regency is located in the Traditional Dragon Village Area, precisely in Neglasari Village, Salawu District. Kampung Naga is an area where the people still hold the beliefs or customs of their ancestors. The large number of tourists visiting Kampung Naga will have a positive or negative impact on this tradition. The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of tourism development on the life of the indigenous people of Kampung Naga, especially in implementing its traditions. The presence of tourists can affect the traditional life and culture of the local community, therefore it is necessary to have research on changes in the implementation of traditions (customs and customs) after the presence of tourists in the Kampung Naga area. The analytical method used is descriptive qualitative data analysis using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. Based on this analysis, there are several changes in the implementation of the tradition as an impact felt by the local community after the development of tourism. The results of this identification are expected to be considered in tourism planning and development related to tourism policies and the ecosystem therein. Because by implementing a good and appropriate policy, the potential of the existing tourism area can run optimally by minimizing the negative impact on humans.</em>

This study examines the impact of human and social capital on economic development in Pakistan by employing empirical evidence from primary data analysis. The survey was conducted in Multan District based on the household concerning questionnaire. The results conclude that age, on job training, area of residence, public health units, and work experience have positive and significant impact on economic development, while norms of the society and gender have negative impact on economic development.  In other words, it is empirically evident from the analysis that human and social capital has strong impact on economic development.  Therefore, there is an ardent need to bring the sustainable changes in human and social capital for inclusive growth and economic development in Pakistan.
