ABSTRAK Angka kejadian dismenorrhoea di Indonesia tahun 2011 sebanyak 64,25%, terdiri dari 54,89% mengalami dysmenorrhoea primer dan hanya 20% yang tidak mengalami dismenorrhoea. Remaja putri di SMAN 15 sejumlah 256 Siswa, remaja putri sejumlah 176 orang yang mengeluhkan nyeri haid dari sedang sampai dengan berat. Dismenorrhoea sangat mengganggu aktivitas belajar siswa dan emosi remaja. Permasalahan yang muncul pada remaja adalah ketidaknyamanan dalam melakukan pembelajaran, sehingga angka ketidakhadiran di kelas menjadi lebih banyak. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengurangi nyeri melalui senam dismenorrhoea dan mengupayakan siswa dapat beradaptasi dengan nyeri haid yang dialami. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat sejumlah 150 siswa dan guru telah diberikan informasi tentang fisiologi haid dan permasalahannya serta upaya mengatasinya, termasuk mendapatkan leaflet dan video senam dismenorrhoea. Siswa dan guru antusias mengikuti kegiatan penyuluhan, interaksi aktif berjalan baik narasumber maupun peserta. Hasil penyuluhan diharapkan guru dan siswa yang dilatih senam dapat mengatasi permasalahan dismenorrhoea dan memberikan informasi kepada teman sebaya jika mengalami dismenorrhoea.Kata kunci: Dysmenorrhoea, pre menstruasi, senam  ABSTRACT The incidence of dysmenorrhoea in Indonesia in 2011 was 64.25%, consisting of 54.89% experiencing primary dysmenorrhoea and only 20% experiencing dysmenorrhoea. 256 students and 176 young women complained of moderate to severe menstrual pain. Dysmenorrhoea very disturbs student learning activities and adolescent emotions. The problem that arises in adolescents is the discomfort in learning so that the number of absenteeism in class is higher. The community service that is carried out aims to reduce pain through dysmenorrhoea exercise and strive for students to adapt to menstrual pain experienced. The results of community service, a number of 150 students and teachers, have been given information about the physiology of menstruation and its problems and efforts to overcome them, including obtaining leaflets and videos of dysmenorrhoea exercise. Students and teachers enthusiastically participate in counseling activities, active interaction runs both the resource person and the participants. The results of the counseling are expected that teachers and students who are trained in gymnastics can overcome dysmenorrhoea problems and provide information to peers if they experience dysmenorrhea. Keywords: Dysmenorrhoea, pre-menstruation, exercise

Half of the women in Indonesia experience menstrual pain / dysmenorrhoea, 54.89%, experience various disorders including abdominal pain, cramps and back pain. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of acupressure, ginger drink and the difference in giving acupressure and ginger drink to reducing the intensity of menstrual pain / dysmenorrhea in young women at SMK Swasta PAB 5 Klambir Lima 2020. The design of this study used a quasi-experimental pre and post test with a sample of 30 students who were divided into two groups. Each group was given acupressure and ginger drink in the morning and evening during menstruation from day one to day two. Respondents were assessed for pain before and after the intervention was given. The results of the Shapiro-Wilk normality test contained Sig data (p <0.05). The Wilcoxon test has a p-value of 0.002 (p <0.05), which means that acupressure is effective in reducing the intensity of menstrual pain / dysmenorrhea, there is a p-value of 0.001 (p <0.05) which means that ginger is effective against reducing pain intensity. menstruation / dysmenorrhea, there is a p-value of 0.034 (p <0.05), which means that there is a difference in the effectiveness of acupressure and ginger drink in reducing the intensity of menstrual pain / dysmenorrhea. There is an effectiveness of giving acupressure, ginger drink, and there is a difference in giving acupressure and ginger drink on the intensity of menstrual pain / dysmenorrhea on young women. It is hoped that the school will provide ginger drinks and acupressure measures to young women who experience menstrual pain / dysmenorrhea so that they can participate in learning activities at school.

Menstruation is part of a regular process that prepares a woman's body every month for pregnancy, which is controlled by the interaction of hormones released by the hypothalamus. In general, women experience physical discomfort for several days before and during the first day of menstruation in the form of pain or dysmenorrhea. Dysminorrhea is pain that arises during menstruation which can interfere with daily activities. The prevalence of dysminorrhea in Indonesia around 50% occurs in young women. As a result of menstrual pain, among others: about 20% of adolescents can not go to school because of pain during menstruation, so that academic achievement decreases. There are several pain management to overcome dysminore one of which is with yoga. The purpose of community service is to provide information to adolescents about how to cope with pain during menstruation without painkillers with yoga movements the balasana movemens. The materials used in this activity were leaflets, infocations, laptops, questionnaires and stationery, while this activity was carried out on April 13-15 at MTS Darussalam Al-Hafiz Jambi City. The results of this community service were female students knowing how to overcome pain during menstruation by doing one of the yoga poses of child pose to reduce pain during menstruation.

The purpose of this study was to determine students' poetry writing skills before the application of acrostic techniques, the process of applying acrostic techniques in each cycles, and the increase produced after applying the acrostic technique. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR), consisting of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. Based on data analysis, it was concluded that 1) the students' poetry writing skills before applying the acrostic technique obtained an average score of 46.87. 2) The application of acrostic techniques goes well according to the stages. The activity of teachers and students has increased dramatically, in the first cycle the teacher's activity gained a percentage of 64.15%, in the second cycle teacher activity increased to 89.1%. Student learning activities in the first cycle reached 61.65%, in cycle II it increased by 87.5%. 3) Students' poetry writing skills after applying acrostic techniques have increased. In the first cycle, the average score of students was 69.45, and the percentage of learning completeness was 51.75%. In cycle II the average value of students skill increased sharply to 89.37, and the percentage was 91%. Thus, the CAR carried out has been completed with the expected goal of improving poetry writing skills in Indonesian Language Subjects.

The international world is very closely related to children in the present era. One way to introduce it is by inserting international science in kindergarten level education. This knowledge is rarely conveyed to early age students because the lack of providing material training for kindergarten teachers and the diversity of educational backgrounds makes it difficult to determine international material. Community service uses the method of delivering basic international material to kindergarten teachers, then it can be delivered to kindergarten students. The learning activities that will be provided are in the form of: 1) selection of basic materials about the international world, 2) the use of effective and fun learning media for kindergarten students. This community service aims to increase the knowledge of kindergarten teachers and students about the international world through quality and fun learning activities.

Dysmenorrhea can affect more than half of women who have menstruation,and the reported prevalence varies considerably. The result of preliminary studyat SMPN 3 Pulung, Pulung Subdistrict, Ponorogo Regency, found that girls ofclass VII with a total of 53 students obtained data that 46 students hadexperienced menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) and 7 female students have notexperienced menstruation. There are two primary dysmenorrhea and secondarydysmenorrhea, the factors affecting primary dysmenorrhea are <12 years. Neverhave a child, long period, smoking, obesity, and secondary dysmenorrheaEndometriosis, adenomyosis, IUD, Ovarian cyst. So that students who experiencedysmenorrhea sometimes have to ask permission to not follow the learningactivities because they can not stand the dysmenorrhea they experience. Thepurpose of this study was to find out the Relation of Menstrual Pain(Dysmenorrhea) with Young Women Learning Activity.This research wasconducted at SMPN 3 Pulung Pulung Subdistrict Ponorogo Regency onFebruary 9, 2017 type of research used is analitik. In this study the population ofall VII class students of teenage girls who experienced menstruation that waspresent during the study of 46 female students, the method used this samplingtechnique Accidental Sampling, the number of samples is 46 students In thisstudy the variables are Dysmenorrhea and Learning Activity. And analyzed bySpearman Rank statistical test. Based on the research results obtained thehighest level of pain is severe pain with a total of 37 female students (80,4%), itis known that the study activity criteria is disrupted with a total of 40 femalestudents (87%) respondents. Based on the calculation of Spearman Rankstatistical P=0.000 is less than 0.05 (P˂0.05) which means that Ho is rejectedand Ha accepted, it can be concluded that there is a relationship of painMenstruation (dysmenorrhea) to the daily learning activity in the second gradegirls in SMPN 3 Pulung with the level of corelation of 0.602 which means thestrong level of closeness. It is advisable for young women to apply healthy lifestylesin order to reduce the occurrence of dysmenorrhea and learning activities willnot be disturbed.

Menstruation is a physiological thing that happens to every young woman. But in reality many women experience menstrual problems, including menstrual pain / dysmenorrhea. Menstrual pain / dysmenorrhea is a gynecological complaint due to an imbalance in the hormone progesterone in the blood, causing pain. About 20-90% of cases of menstrual pain occur during adolescence and are associated with physical activity restrictions and absences from school or work. Dysmenorrhea also causes learning activities in the learning process to be disrupted, concentration decreases and none even exists so that the material provided during ongoing learning cannot be captured by young women who are experiencing dysmenorrhea. Therefore dysmenorrhea in adolescents needs to get attention so as to provide appropriate non-pharmacological treatment. The aim of this program is to provide education and understanding to young women related to dysmenorrhea by giving appropriate interventions pharmacologically, namely by stretching intervention and neuromuscular taping. The location of this activity was carried out at SMA 2 Siak Hulu.. After training in adolescents about interventions that can be done for dysmenorrhea / menstrual pain measured using VAS. Evaluation results stated that from 21 people who were given intervention 19 people (90.5%) did not experience menstrual pain and 2 people (9.4%) experienced mild pain. It is expected that young women can find out information about the management of dysmenorrhea so as not to be absent and also unable to carry out daily activities at school or at home

The purpose of the study was to describe: the application of the ARCS model of learning mathematics using STAD and NHT in SMP Negeri 3 Malang Ampelgading, activities of teachers and learning activities of students during the learning process, as well as student learning outcomes and student motivation. The approach taken in this study is a qualitative and quantitative approach. The experiment was conducted in the first semester of 2013-2014 academic year on 28 October to 16 November 2013 in which the application of the ARCS model of learning using STAD and NHT to see the activities of the teacher and student learning activities as processes of learning, student learning outcomes are seen from individual tasks and daily test as well as the student's motivation to learn the subject while in the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Malang Ampelgading as objects. Instrument used is the observation sheet to see the activities of teachers and students’ learning activities, individual assignments and daily test to look at student learning outcomes and questionnaire to see the students' motivation . The results showed that: 1) the application of the ARCS model of learning mathematics using STAD and NHT in SMP Negeri 3 Malang Ampelgading accomplished in accordance with the RPP planned despite having some problems at the beginning of the meeting, 2) the activities of teachers and students' learning activities always have improvement in every meeting, in which the first meeting activities better teacher in class VIII-A, the second meeting better in class VIII-B and the third meeting has the same score, while for student activities, class VIII-B is always more better than VIII-A, 3) there is no difference in learning outcomes between students of class VIII-A that is taught using STAD and the ARCS model of class VIII-B are taught using a model ARCS and NHT, 4) there is no difference between the learning motivation of class VIII-A students who are taught using STAD and the ARCS model of class VIII-B are taught using a model ARCS and NHT .

Strategi adalah pendekatan secara keseluruhan yang berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan gagasan,perencanaan,dan eksekusi sebuah aktifitas dalam kurun waktu.Strategi sangat di perlukan guru dalam menumbuhkan kemandirian belajar peserta didik. Strategi pembelajaran merupakan serangkaian kegiatan pembelajaran yang harus dikerjakan guru dan peserta didik agar tujuan pembelajaran dapat dicapai secara efektif dan efisien.Dengan demikian strategi menurupakan alat atau cara yang sangat ekektif dalam menumbuhkan mandiri belajar pada diri seorang peserta didik. Strategi belajar sangat penting bagi guru karena strategi akan mempermudah proses pembelajaran sehingga tujuan pembelajaran dapat di capai.Peserta didik belajar tidak hanya menerima pengetahuan itu begitu saja tetapi peserta didik juga harus mengolah pengetahuan tersebut dengan menggunakan akal pikiran yang mereka miliki.Dengan menggunakan strategi mandiri belajar peserta didik dapat menumbuhkan rasa ingin belajar dengan sendirinya. Strategi Mandiri belajar sendiri merupakan strategi yang bertujuan untuk membangun inisiatif individu, kemandirian, dan peningkatan kemampuan diri peserta didik.Strategi mandiri belajar ini bertujuan agar peserta didik mampu belajar mandiri dengan adanya dorongan dari dalam diri peserta didik untuk belajar dengan kemauan sendiri,pilihanya sendiri dan rasa tanggung jawab yang ada dalam diri peserta didik.Untuk mencapai tujuan dalam menumbuhkan kemandirian belajar peserta didik kita perlu memahami aspek-aspek yang harus diperhatikan. Strategy is really needed by the teacher in growing student learning independence. Learning strategies are a series of learning activities that must be done by teachers and students so that learning objectives can be achieved effectively and efficiently. Thus the strategy is a tool or a very effective way to foster independent learning in a student. Learning strategies are very important for teachers because the strategies will facilitate the learning process so that learning objectives can be achieved. Learners not only accept knowledge just like that but students must also process this knowledge by using the minds they have. By using an independent learning strategy students can foster a sense of learning by themselves. The Self-Study Strategy itself is a strategy that aims to build individual initiative, independence, and improvement of students' self-abilities. This independent learning strategy aims to make students able to learn independently with the encouragement from within the students to learn on their own accord, their own choice and a sense of responsibility that exists within students. Abstract: Community Service Activities in the form of training utilization of computer technology for teachers in the processing of student value aims to provide knowledge and skills, which’s expected to result in changes in knowledge, skills and attitudes of teachers and students so that  process of learning and teaching can run smoothly and easily . Target audience in this Community Service activity’s all teachers of SMPN 2 S.Empat which amounts to 30 people. Training activities utilization of computer technology in the world of education’s presented by lecture methods, demonstrations and frequently asked questions. Lecture method’s used to explain the concept of the application used is M.Excell. A demonstration method to demonstrate a process of work’s the stages of each activity and practice it, while the question and answer method to give the participants the opportunity to consult in overcoming the constraints that occur in the processing of values manually. The benefits derived from this activity include improving the knowledge of teachers to be more professional in carrying out teaching and learning process either inside or outside school, can improve student learning activities through IPTEKS satisfaction, can simplify the process of calculating student value computerized with the help of M. Excell . Keywords :Utilization of Computer Technology, Microsoft Excel, Input Value Data.  Abstrak: Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat berupa pelatihan pemanfaatan teknologi komputer bagi guru-guru dalam pengolahan nilai siswa ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan, yang diharapkan dapat menghasilkan perubahan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap dari guru maupun siswa sehingga proses belajar dan mengajar dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan mudah.Khalayak sasaran dalam kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah seluruh guru SMP Negeri 2 Simpang Empat yang berjumlah 30 orang. Kegiatan pelatihan pemanfaatan teknologi komputer dalam dunia pendidikan ini disajikan dengan metode ceramah, demonstrasi dan tanya jawab. Metode ceramah digunakan untuk menjelaskan konsep tentang aplikasi yang digunakan yaitu Microsoft Excell. Metode demonstrasi untuk menunjukkan suatu proses kerja yaitu tahapan-tahapan dari setiap kegiatan dan mempraktikkannya, sementara metode tanya jawab untuk memberi kesempatan para peserta berkonsultasi dalam mengatasi kendala yang terjadi dalam pengolahan nilai secara manual.Manfaat yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini antara lain dapatmeningkatkan pengetahuan para guru agar lebih profesional dalam melaksanakan proses belajar mengajar baik didalam atau diluar sekolah, dapat meningkatkan aktifitas pembelajaran siswa melalui penguasan IPTEKS, dapat mempermudah proses perhitungan nilai siswa secara komputerisasi dengan bantuan Microsoft Excell. Kata Kunci : Pemanfaatan Teknologi Komputer, Microsoft Excel, Penginputan Data Nilai.
