Pasuruan has abundant natural resource potential. One of them is Salak fruit commodity. Pasuruan fruit is cultivated by many people in Gondangwetan subdistrict. With the area of plantation that initially reached 22 hectares, it is no wonder if the productivity level of the crop is quite high, namely reaching 7.3 tons in a single harvest. The problem faced by farmers fruit Salak in Pasuruan is the price of Salak fruit fluctuating and lack of skills and knowledge in processing Salak fruit into a product of high economical value. The purpose of this community service activities is to improve the knowledge and processing skills of Salak, increase the economic value of Salak fruit, and participants are able to choose the packaging and packing products processed salak properly. The method used to achieve the objectives is by counseling or lecture, training or practice of Salak fruit production and continued by packing and labeling of products. The results of the participants ' practice of jam, syrup and salak juice in general are appropriate and meet the criteria of the product set, worthy to be consumed and marketed. This activity will provide long-term benefits for the farmers if the community and wisdom holders in Brambang Village continue to provide support to the trainees to improve innovation and creativity in the processing, packaging and marketing of products.

Community empowerment is one of the keys to the success of a village to prosper the lives of its people, with the potential of existing villages, where the community can develop ideas, creations of superior products in the village that generate entrepreneurial spirit in accordance with the provisions given by the government for village development. Padamatang Pasawahan Kuningan village is one of the villages that has a lot of natural resource potential that can be managed and developed into a superior product from the village including Processed Tempe and Emping (Melinjo). The method for carrying out this activity through several stages, namely the stages of preparation, socialization, training, and assistance. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan santri pondok pesantren salafiyah Al-Azhar, desa Patok Picis, kecamatan Wajak, kabupaten Malang; Peningkatan kesadaran dalam pemanfaatan lahan pondok serta pengelolaan kebersihannya; Peningkatan wawasan santri sehingga dapat memunculkan motivasi dan semangat berwirausaha; Peningkatan nilai ekonomis sumber daya hasil alam yang ada di pondok pesantren. Metode yang digunakan  adalah ceramah, pelatihan dan pendampingan, konten yang dikembangkan mencakup, materi technopreneurship dan kewirausahaan, pengelolaan lingkungan, keterampilan memijat dan pembuatan nugget ikan produk pesantren. Hasil kegiatan ini wawasan wirausaha santri telah meningkat, demikian pula keterampilan dalam pemanfaatan potensi bahan baku lokal untuk produk yang lebih bernilai ekonomi serta pemahaman penerapan teknologi yang lebih efektif untuk penguatan karakteristik pesantren wirausaha.Kata kunci—technopreneurship, santri, wirausaha, pesantreneurship AbstractThe aim of this community service is to increase the knowledge and skills of Al-Azhar Salafiyah Islamic Boarding School students, Patok Picis village, Wajak sub-district, Malang district; Increased awareness in the utilization of cottage land and cleanliness management; Increased students’ knowledge so that it can bring up the motivation and enthusiasm of entrepreneurship; Increasing the economic value of natural resource resources in boarding schools. The opening of a free market that now spans ASEAN and Asia Pacific region becomes a challenge as well as momentum for Indonesia to be able to show its existence in the international world through various fields such as human resources, market share expansion, and others by offering innovative domestic products. This background is the basis of community service. Specifically, the purpose of community service activities are: (1) to prepare entrepreneurs who are ready to compete healthily, (2) to develop micro and small business (UMKM) of society towards better (3) to foster entrepreneurship spirit for society. Methods in the implementation of community service programs include: (1) preparatory stage, ie by consulting with lecturers intensive as well as observing the target community program, and (2) the stage of implementation of activities, that is doing entrepreneurship and skill training. The outputs of community service activities include: (1) improving entrepreneurship for the target group, (2) increasing the economic level of the target group, and (2) the results of activities in the form of published products and having economic value. Outcome obtained from this activity is the development of rice business of one citizen.

The cultivation of rare and or wild medicinal plants is one of the strategies to make it easier when needed and also to produce quality simplicia. The partner village program aims to assist the community in carrying out medicinal plant cultivation. The community service activities were carried out in the conservation area of ​​medicinal plants and in the residents' yards in Pakuli Village and lasted for 4 months, from March 2020 to July 2020. The method applied was counseling and technical guidance. The results of the activities showed that the training and technology demonstration were well implemented and were accepted by the community. Counseling activities increase knowledge that is characterized by increased skills when practicing medicinal plants. Species that are cultivated in conservation areas are those that grow wild and rare, while in people's yards it is the species most widely used as medicine and which is of economic value.

ABSTRAKPermasalahan dari mitra pengabdi kami adalah a. bagaimana mahasiswa binaan mitra khususnya mahasiswa pembudidayaan bisa mengembangkan kultur tanaman budaya Indonesia dikenal masyarakat umum khususnya negara lain, bahwa jenis anggrek di Indonesia memiliki keunikan anggrek yang berbeda dengan negara lain. b. anggrek juga memiliki perawatan yang ekstra sehingga di perlukan media tanam anggrek supaya tidak merawatnya ekstra dan bisa dikmati penyuka tanaman bunga. Dari permasalahan mitra tersebut tim pengabdi menggunakan metode pengabdian masyarakat yakni melakukan pemaparan materi dan pelatihan teknologi hidroponik sebagai media tanaman anggrek dan memberikan pengalaman serta pengetahuan kepada mitra pengabdi bahwa anggrek bisa menjadi nilai ekonomis. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yakni mitra memperoleh banyak informasi mengenai jenis anggrek dan dapat menyimpulkan sendiri bahwa perlunya jenis anggrek di budidayakan. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yakni 1. Memanfaatkan teknologi hidroponik sebagai media tanam anggrek sangatlah diperlukan guna membudidayakan jenis anggrek tertentu agar tidak mengalami kepunahan. 2. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini mitra dalam hal ini para mahasiswa memperoleh masukan dan ide kreatif dalam meningkatakan nilai ekonomis daerah pada masing-masing tempat tinggalnya di wilayah asal mahasiswa. 3. Memberikan pemahaman baru bahwa biasanya anggrek tidak dapat digunakan untuk tanaman hidroponik ternyata sudah bisa digunakan dengan persyaratan tertentu. Kata Kunci : hidroponik; anggrek; teknologi. ABSTRACTThe problems of our service partners are a. how partner-assisted students, especially cultivating students, can develop Indonesian cultural plant culture known to the general public, especially other countries, that the type of orchid in Indonesia has a unique orchid that is different from other countries. b. orchids also have extra care so that the orchid growing media is needed so as not to care for them extra and can be loved by those who like flowers. From the problems of the partners, the service team used community service methods, namely the presentation of materials and training in hydroponic technology as a medium for orchid plants and provided experience and knowledge to service partners that orchids could be of economic value. As a result of community service activities, partners get a lot of information about the types of orchids and can conclude for themselves that the need for orchids is cultivated. Conclusions from community service activities namely 1. Utilizing hydroponic technology as an orchid growing media is needed to cultivate certain types of orchids so they do not experience extinction. 2. In this community service activity partners in this case the students get creative input and ideas in increasing the economic value of the area in each place of residence in the student's home region. 3. Gives a new understanding that normally orchids cannot be used for hydroponic plants but can already be used with certain requirements. Keywords: hydroponics; orchid; technology.

The purpose of this service is to make Financial Literacy more attractive and can expand the product marketing reach for the people of Gunung Sulah Village. For the problems faced by the people of Mount Sulah, namely How to apply financial literacy in product activities. The long-term target to be achieved in this activity is closely related to the problem of developing financial literacy in the form of financial measurement which has a very wide reach, it is necessary to make efforts that lead to an increase in the amount of production and an increase in profits in terms of products seen from the physical quality, shape, taste. and colors, so that economic value can increase. The steps taken for this business are through fostering and increasing business development by choosing financial literacy to support businesses that can produce large amounts of production, short production time, increase production results and are of good quality. The output of this activity was a scientific article on Shinta 4 Lancang Kuning University, a video of the activity, and a profile of community service results published in a seminar on community service results from the University of Lampung. The method used is discussion, lecture and discussing interesting cases about financial literacy. By holding this training, it is hoped that it will make Financial Literacy more attractive and can expand the product marketing reach for the people of Gunung Sulah Village.

Healthy sleep lights that will be proposed for community service are the results of research in which the use of LED lights (Light Emitting Diode) is activated with a maximum power of 3 Watts, so that the power consumed is quite low. This healthy sleep lamp also has some uniqueness such as turning on and off with sound by utilizing applications installed on smartphones. This voice control application can also be used to vary the color of the light. This lamp can be turned on and off by touching the light nest by using a sensor system and also the color and brightness of the lamp can be adjusted using the RGB control application on the smartphone. Intensity test results for LED lights 112 - 996 (Weber / m2). The standard intensity limit for healthy bulbs based on H. Steve, H. Gaube and J. Winterhager is 3,000 (Weber / m2), so that meeting the intensity standard is an LED lamp. Our long-term goal is to develop research results into products that have economic value, facilitate students to develop creativity and innovation and create jobs by partnering with partners.

In this article we developed scientific and applied foundations of commercialization of the nature-resource potential of anthropogenic objects, on theexample of exhausted mines. It is determined that the category of “anthropogenic object” can be considered in a narrow-applied sense, as specific anthropogenic objects to ensure the target needs, and in a broad theoretical sense, meaning everything that is created and changed by human influence, that is the objects of both artificial and natural origin. It was determined that problems of commercialization of the natural-resource potential of anthropogenic objects are most often considered by researchers for specific objects, without having complex methodological coverage from the point of view of combining environmental, technical, economic and managerial components. When studying the substantiation of the scientific base, the authors confirmed the feasibility of the commercialization of natural-resource potential of anthropogenic objects on the example of a number of theoretical scientific studies in reclamation, reconstruction, recreation, remediation, restoration of biological productivity and economic value of land disturbed by economic activity. The considered examples of exhausted mines in the 21st century in the USA, Canada, Germany, Romania, and Poland indicate a wide range of opportunities for their commercialization. The study of the potential for commercialization of exhausted mines in the post-Soviet countries testified to the underused reserves for the commercialization of their nature-resource potential and their high potential for further development. The authors proposed the identification of anthropogenic objects on the basic livelihood spheres of society. There were identified the main system (natural, biological, technical, economic, social,managerial) and structural (subjects, trends, threats, risks, problems, challenges) factors of diagnosing the state of an anthropogenic object. A set of measures has been developed for commercialization of an anthropogenic object in functional and production activities, product policy, financial and investment spheres, pricing and sales policies, promotion, management and determination of property rights. Recommendations were provided on optimizing the management decision-making process based on a set of positivistic development principles, methods, and management functions. The study allows international organizations, state and local authorities, territorial communities, owners and potential investors to see new opportunities and make mutually beneficial decisions on the rational use of the nature-resource potential of anthropogenic objects.

ABSTRAK: Kampung Batu Busuk Kelurahan Lambung Bukit Kecamatan Pauh merupakan salah satu sentra produksi buah durian di Sumatera Barat.Walaupun nama durian Batu Busuk sudah terkenal dan banyak dicari oleh pencinta durian pada saat musim durian, namun belum ada upaya untuk mengangkat durian Batu Busuk untuk bisa dikenal lebih luas. Langkah awal untuk mengangkat nama durian Batu Busuk adalah membenahi identitas varietas durian Batu Busuk, karena sampai sekarang karakteristik dari durian Batu Busuk yang sesungguhnya tidak jelas.Tanaman yang sudah dikarakterisasi juga perlu diperbanyak agar kedepan, buah yang dihasilkan oleh kelurahan Batu Busuk adalah buah dengan karakter unggul tertentu. Masyarakat atau petani yang menanam durian juga perlu memiliki keahlian memperbanyak durian unggulnya. Penerapan ipteks yang dilakukan pada kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini menggunakan beberapa metode antara lain penyuluhan, demonstrasi aplikasi dan demplot pembibitan durian. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan penyuluhan yang dilakukan berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat Batu Busuk mengenai arti penting pendaftaran varietas durian. Kegiatan demplot pembibitan durian dan demonstrasi teknik sambung meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat mengenai propagasi durian. Although the Batu Busuk durian is already well-known and is sought after by durian lovers during the durian season, there is no attempt to lift the Batu Busuk durian to be known more widely. The first step to lifting the Batu Busuk durian is to fix the varieties identity of the Batu Busuk durian because until now the characteristics of the real Batu Busuk durian are not clear. Plants that have been characterized also need to be propagated so that in the future, the fruit produced by the Batu Busuk village is a fruit with certain superior characters. The community or farmers who plant durian also need to have the expertise to increase their superior durian. The application of science and technology conducted in community service activities uses several methods including counseling, demonstrations of applicationand demonstration plots of durian nurseries. The results of the activity showed the extension activities conducted succeeded in increasing the knowledge of the Batu Busuk community regarding the importance of registering durian varieties. Abstract: Plastic waste is one of the most common plastic wastes around Suka Maju village, the lack of public knowledge in utilizing and processing plastic waste into products of economic value, based on this background, the Shanti Bhuana Institute lecturer community service activity was carried out and involved two students, the purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge about the processing of plastic waste that is often found by mothers in Suka Maju village so that they get new knowledge and can be applied in their daily lives. The method used in this activity is the method of lecturing, question and answer and direct practice, the participants who attend consist of mothers, while the material is given knowledge about waste, the dangers of waste and its impacts, as well as the practice of making handicrafts. Activities carried out at the homes of local residents in the form of a workshop meeting. The results obtained were that the use of plastic which was applied in the community service activities of the Shanti Bhuana Institute was a new activity for mothers who participated in these activities, the mothers were very enthusiastic in these activities as seen from their presence in this activity Direct practice allows them to know directly how to make economically valuable products. From this activity, it can be concluded that the community service activities carried out have a good impact because some women can practice how to manufacture products by utilizing plastic waste to become economically valuable products.        Keywords: economic value; plastic waste; women empowerment  Abstrak: Sampah kresek merupakan salah satu limbah plastik yang banyak ditemui disekitar desa Suka Maju, kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan dan mengolah sampah kresek menjadi produk yang bernilai ekonomis, untuk itu perlu dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dapat memberikan pengetahuan tentang pengolahan sampah kresek. tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat tentang pengolahan sampah kresek yang banyak dijumpai oleh ibu-ibu yang ada di desa Suka Maju sehingga mereka mendapatkan pengetahuan baru dan dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan mereka sehari-hari. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode ceramah, tanya jawab dan praktik secara langsung, peserta yang hadir terdiri dari ibu-ibu. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa pemanfaatan plastik kresek yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat Institut Shanti Bhuana merupakan kegiatan yang baru bagi ibu-ibu yang mengikuti kegitan tersebut, ibu-ibu sangat antusias dalam kegiatan tersebut terlihat dari kehadiran mereka dalam kegiatan ini dan kegiatan praktik yang dilakukan secara langsung membuat mereka secara langsung dapat mengetahui bagaimana cara membuat produk yang bernilai ekonomis.
