This article discusses the Javanese tradition in the form of mitoni, the writing of this article aims to analyze the mitoni tradition carried out by people in Java, starting from the preparation before carrying out the mitoni tradition ceremony to the stage of implementing the mitoni tradition. The method used in writing this article is a literature study which is used as a source of data taken from journals and digital books, besides that the data collection technique also uses interview techniques conducted to actors who have carried out the mitoni tradition. The result of writing an article is in the form of a tradition which means that it is a habit that is carried out from the ancestors and then passed on from generation to generation from one generation to the next. In this article, we discuss the mitoni tradition. Mitoni is a tradition carried out by the Javanese people when a mother is pregnant with her first child at the age of seven months. This mitoni tradition usually includes the preparation of tools and materials before carrying out the mitoni tradition ritual, then doing the mitoni tradition starting from the bathing stage, splitting coconut ivory, changing seven kinds of cloth, selling dawet ice and rujak. Then when bathing, the dipper used is made of coconut shell. Furthermore, this article also discusses the meaning of the mitoni tradition which is also called tingkeban.

Abstract The Conception of Community Life in Petatah Petitih Minangkabau with The Indigeneous Approach. This study aims to identify the Minangkabau conceptions values as depicted in the petatah petitih Minang (proverb). This research examines Minang Proverb with the Indigenous Psychology approach. Qualitative research methods, describing, interpreting the concept of values in the Minangkabau community which is illustrated by the Minang proverb. The data collection technique used is desk research and interview. Sources of literature study are from the Minangkabau Adat textbook obtained from the Rumah Gadang Minangkabau pavilion in Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) Jakarta; the results of previous studies / research, and relevant information from online mass media. Online Interview was conducted with the Chief Advisor of the Bundo Kanduang Council Organization Advisor Solok City, West Sumatra. The results show that there are ten values or Minangkabau life concept which are contained in the Minang proverb which is inherent in the Minang identity, namely; hiduik baraka, baukue jo bajangko; baso basi –malu jo sopan; tenggang raso; loyal; fair; thrifty; watchful; braveness; wise diligent and humble. Key words: Minangkabau conceptions, Minang proverb, Indigenous psychology Abstrak Konsep Pola Hidup Masyarakat dalam Petatah Petitih Minangkabau dengan Pendekatan Indigenius. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi konsepsi nilai-nilai adat yang berkaitan dengan pola hidup masyarakat Minangkabau (Minang) yang tergambar dalam Petatah Petitih (pepatah) Minang. Penelitian ini mengkaji psikologi yang lekat pada budaya adat Minangkabau yang tertuang dalam Pepatah Minang dengan pendekatan Indigenous Psychology (Psikologi Indigenius). Metode penelitian kualitatif, yakni menggambarkan, menafsirkan konsepsi nilai-nilai adat pada masyarakat Minangkabau yang tergambar pepatah Minang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan cara studi kepustakaan (desk research) dan wawancara. Sumber studi kepustakaan adalah dari buku teks Adat Minangkabau yang diperolah dari anjungan Rumah Gadang Minangkabau di Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) Jakarta; hasil kajian/penelitian sebelumnya, dan informasi yang relevan dari media massa daring. Wawancara dilakukan kepada Ketua Penasehat Organisasi Bundo Kanduang Kota Solok Sumatera Barat secara daring. Hasil menunjukan terdapat sepuluh nilai atau konsep pola hidup masyarakat Minang yang tertuang dalam pepatah minang yang melekat pada jati diri orang Minang yakni; hiduik baraka, baukue jo bajangko; baso basi-malu jo sopan; tenggang raso; setia; adil; hemat cermat; waspada; berani karena benar; arif bijaksana; rajin dan rendah hati. Abstract: This study focused on forms of social pathology. Dua Garis Biru's novel tells a story about teenage life who commit deviation. The deviations committed by teenagers in Dua Garis Biru's novel are juvenile delinquency, dating, sexual relations before marriage, and early-age marriage. The deviant actions will give knowledge about the importance of sex education and the importance of communication between parents so that it can increase the discussion about sexuality to the children who are already teenagers. The method of the study was qualitative descriptive. The data collection technique was a literature study by collecting books and other sources related to the problems of the study. The results of the study show that Dua Garis Biru's novel show several forms of social pathology: Bima, who likes to skip school; Dara and Bima, who have dating until they have sexual relations before marriage; and Dara, who attempts to abort the fetus. Based on the results of the study, some suggestions are delivered to the readers and further researchers. For readers, they can take positive values from Dua Garis Biru's novel. For further researchers, it is expected that it can be used as a reference for the description of social pathology in Indonesian literary works. Novel Dua Garis Biru mengangkat cerita mengenai kehidupan remaja yang melakukan penyimpangan. Penyimpangan yang dilakukan oleh remaja pada novel Dua Garis Biru ini adalah juvenile delinquency, pacaran, hubungan seksual di luar nikah, dan pernikahan dini. perbuatan-perbuatan menyimpang ini akan memberikan pengetahuan mengenai pentingnya edukasi seks dan pentingnya komunikasi antara orangtua agar dapat meningkatkan diskusi mengenai seksualitas kepada anak-anak yang sudah beranjak remaja. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka, dengan cara mengumpulkan buku-buku dan sumber-sumber lain yang terkait dengan masalah penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa novel Dua Garis Biru menempatkan beberapa bentuk patologi sosial, seperti: Bima yang suka membolos, Dara dan Bima yang berpacaran sampai melakukan hubungan seksual di luar nikah, dan percobaan Dara untuk menggugurkan janin yang dikandungnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, beberapa saran disampaikan kepada pembaca dan peneliti selanjutnya. Bagi pembaca agar bisa mengambil pelajaran nilai-nilai positif dari novel Dua Garis Biru. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai referensi mengenai gambaran patologi sosial dalam karya sastra Indonesia. Apparatus on the quality of public services in Wala Village, Kecamatang Maritengngae, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in conducting this study were people with male and female gender, amounting to 3,725 people from two environments, the data collection technique used was the Slovin formula with 92 results, taken based on purposive sampling technique. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research, data collection techniques used are observation techniques, questionnaires, literature study, and documentation. The data analysis technique is using the validity and reliability tests using the SPSS 21.0 application and a Likert scale. Based on the research that was taken from the results of the questionnaire data, it was obtained that the recapitulation of the Apparatus Performance variable with a percentage of 67.4% was included in the "Good" category while the recapitulation of the Public Service Quality variable with a percentage of 69.6% was included in the "Good" category.

Some of the components of human resource management are job stress and job conflict. Job stress is important to pay attention to because it will have an impact on job satisfaction and job conflict to maintain relationships with colleagues. The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the influence partially or simultaneously job stress and job conflict on job satisfaction in grabbike driver-partners in Bandung. The method used is descriptive analysis and verification. The data collection technique used is a literature study and distributing questionnaires with 88 respondents. The analytical method used is path analysis using SPSS 24.0 software. Based on the results of the research, the following findings were obtained: job stress on grabbike partners can be said to be quite good, besides that, job conflicts on grabbike partners are quite good and job satisfaction on grabbike partners is quite good. Partially job stress affects job satisfaction and job conflict affects job satisfaction. Also, simultaneously job stress and job conflict affect job satisfaction. These results suggest drivers not to cancel orders if they get orders, and drivers should improve their performance by not making picky orders so that they will get a greater chance of getting stable orders.

The general nature of man is basically inclined towards goodness, but this tendency can change due to three factors. First, when you see an opportunity to do bad things. Second, when there is an unbearable basic need. Third, there is desire that is out of control. So controlling the three factors that cause humans to do bad things must be strived for, so that humans always tend to goodness. Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence, and Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 17 of 2016 concerning Stipulation of Government Regulations in Lieu of Law Number 1 of 2016 concerning the Second Amendment to Law Number 23 of 2002, Concerning Child Protection, is one of the state's efforts to block human opportunities to commit crimes in the form of violence in their household. This paper uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data collection technique is observation through literature study. The problem in this research is the hope of reducing domestic violence behavior after the enactment of the PKDRT Law, but the facts show different things. The results of the study prove that the graph of domestic violence after the enactment of this law is still increasing.

In writing this article, it aims to determine the effect of the benefits of creative and innovative ideas in running an entrepreneurial business based in an Islamic economy. The method in writing this article is to use descriptive analysis literature study to analyze the influence of creative and innovative ideas on the entrepreneurial world. The data collection technique is to look for secondary data obtained from sources relevant to the topic of discussion. By taking the title, taking advantage of this idea will have a great opportunity to face existing challenges and have great potential in the face of increasingly fierce business competition today. Because if you don't take advantage of this idea, the business you are running will be unable to compete with similar businesses and consumers will feel uninterested in simple products so that the business we run will experience a decrease in sales levels. Therefore, the existence of this idea will have a considerable influence in the world of economy and business so that consumers do not feel bored to buy and use these products. However, consumers can feel satisfied because they can use products with many benefits that consumers can take advantage. Dalam penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh manfaat ide kreatif dan inovatif dalam menjalankan bisnis wirausaha yang berbasis dalam ekonomi Islam. Metode dalam penulisan artikel ini ialah dengan menggunakan studi pustaka analisis deskriptif untuk menganalisis pengaruh ide kreatif dan inovatif terhadap dunia usaha wirausaha. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan mencari data sekunder yang diperoleh dari sumber yang relevan dengan topik pembahasan. Dengan mengambil gelar tersebut, karena dengan memanfaatkan ide tersebut akan memiliki peluang yang besar untuk menghadapi tantangan yang ada dan memiliki potensi yang besar dalam menghadapi persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat saat ini. Karena jika tidak memanfaatkan ide ini maka bisnis yang dijalankan akan kalah bersaing dengan bisnis sejenis dan konsumen akan merasa tidak tertarik pada produk sederhana sehingga bisnis yang kita jalankan akan mengalami penurunan tingkat penjualan. Oleh karena itu, keberadaan ide ini akan memberikan pengaruh yang cukup besar dalam dunia ekonomi dan bisnis agar konsumen tidak merasa bosan untuk membeli dan menggunakan produk tersebut. Namun konsumen dapat merasa puas karena dapat menggunakan produk dengan banyak manfaat yang dapat dimanfaatkan konsumen.

This research is motivated by the importance of the use of good and correct Indonesian in any context including in electronic media. The purpose of this study is to analyze some of the errors and language errors spoken by participants of Master Chef Indonesia 2020. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods by describing the data obtained in the form of sentences used by Indonesian Master Chef participants. The data source in this study was the participants of the Indonesian Master Chef 2020. The data collection technique was carried out with literature study techniques, namely by (1) watching the Indonesian Master Chef 2020 show again, (2) writing errors in the Master Chef Indonesia 2020 show, (3 ) classifying language errors in Master Chef participants in phonology, morphology, and syntax. The content analysis technique is used to describe the language errors of the participants of the Indonesian Master Chef. Based on the data found, there are several language errors that have been classified, namely language errors (interference) and language errors in the field of linguistics (phonology, morphology, and syntax).

Archaeological remainin at Trowulan site, Mojokerto are one of the important assets in the world of Indonesia archaeology because it holds many valuable lessons from the past. Currently the Trowulan Site has not been able to show a big role for the wider community. This can be seen from the lack of awareness and socialization to the community. The problem raised in this study is how the implementation of management, utilization, and preservation is very necessary in establishing cooperation for the sustainability of archaeological remaining in heritage sites of the Majapahit Kingdom in Trowulan, Mojokerto. This study aims to see the implementation of the management, utilization, and preservation of the Majapahit Trowulan site as an archaeological site that has the potential to be developed. This study uses a descriptive analytic approach by observing the community around the Majapahit site in Trowulan. The data collection technique used a documentation study in the form of a map of the distribution of the Majapahit site in Trowulan and a literature study through previous research. The analysis used in this research is interactive analysis. The purpose of this study is to preserve the heritage sites of the Majapahit Kingdom by protecting the site such as rescue and security, zoning, maintenance and restoration for sustainable for generation to generation. These conservation efforts have been implemented but also still face a lot of obstacles such as human resources.

The aims of this research are; (1) Describe the form of cultural signs in the novel Toraja; When Love Finds its Way Home based on Charles Sanders Pierce's semiotic theory. (2) Describe the meaning of cultural signs in the novel Toraja; When Love Finds Its Way Home.  This research is a qualitative research. The data in this study are data obtained from novels in the form of icons, indexes and symbols as well as data obtained from interviews. Sources of data in this study is a novel entitled Toraja; When Love Finds its Way Home by Endang, SSN, and also an informant who is the head of the Ke'te Kesu' tradition in North Toraja. The data collection technique used in this study is a documentation technique which includes observing and recording the various signs that are needed, as well as using open interview techniques.  The results of this study indicate that the form of the sign is more dominant in the novel Toraja; When Love Finds its Way Home is a symbol consisting of five data. In addition to symbols, researchers also found signs in the form of icons (one data) and indexes (two data). As we know that based on his criteria, Pierce distinguishes signs into three, namely icons, indexes and symbols.

<p>This research is going to explain the characteristics of spiritual and social values in saman dance culture in gayo community in Aceh. Saman Gayo dance is not only unique but also has original Indonesian cultural values which is one of the media for delivering da'wah messages which contains religious values, manners, togetherness, and educational values. This research on the characteristics of spiritual and social values in the Saman Dance culture in the Gayo community is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The data analysis technique in this paper refers to the data analysis technique of Miles and Huberman with three stages, namely data collection, data processing, and drawing conclusions. The data collection technique in this paper is to use data collection methods that are literature study to more accurately research from a scientific perspective. The results of this paper shown that the Gayo Saman Dance has various philosophies such as singing, movement, types of Saman Dance, to its function which of course must be maintained and preserved. In the other hand, Saman Dance is used to strengthen Local Identity, good values ranging from values in the field of education, unity and integrity, friendship.</p>
