The fever of unknown origin from time to time constitutes a serious clinical problem and nearly all diagnostic methods are involved to discover urgently its cause. According to literature data 18F-fluoro-deoxyglucose PET/CT was successful in 25-70% of cases even in patients without any positive findings with conventional diagnostic techniques. The Hungarian National Health Fund does not include fever of unknown origin in the list of reimbursed 18F-fluoro-deoxyglucose PET/CT indications. The authors try to illustrate the clinical problem with this case report. Fever of unknown origin persisted in a patient for a year, but conventional diagnostic procedures were unsuccessful to find the cause of the fever. Finally, 18F-fluoro-deoxyglucose PET/CT indicated a metabolically active focus between the pancreas tail and the spleen. After a long-lasting antibiotic therapy the patient became symptomfree. Orv. The situation of development of society and education system in modern conditions of forced internal movement of a significant number of the population of Ukraine requires improvement and dissemination of pedagogical interaction of leading educational systems – families and education institutions. The need to change the educational practice in work with children from ID families, providing pedagogical assistance to parents in adapting to new living conditions, requires high quality professional activities of teachers. Therefore, pedagogical interaction is an important component of training future preschool teachers to work with children and their parents. It is based on active cooperation, without which the process of formation and development of the personality is impossible. The purpose of the article is to analyze and determine the content, forms and methods of forming future preschool teachers’ readiness for pedagogical interaction with internally displaced children and their parents. The effectiveness of this interaction lies in the understanding of the problems of internally displaced families and the prospects for their adaptation in the new territory. Therefore, the future educator should focus on the content of pedagogical interaction with the families of ID children, which is aimed at studying the current situation of the family; identification of potential educational opportunities of the family and the influence of external factors on it; social support for preschoolers and their parents; social and psychological diagnostics; to restore the lost and form new forms of interaction between family members and children with peers, adults. The method of multi-role structure of the family team was progressive in working with the families of ID children; diagnostic methods (interview, observation, expert evaluation, study of documents, questionnaires); needs assessment method; methods of mediation of the educator between the IDP family and various institutions. Classes, trainings, family clubs of interest, creation of photo albums, publication of a photo newspaper, thematic exhibitions of books for children’s reading and children’s own works, nature trips were powerful forms of pedagogical interaction between the preschool teacher and the preschooler’s family. Thus, the formation of the readiness of future teachers of preschool education institutions to work with the families of ID children requires their mastery of knowledge of socio-domestic, socio-medical, socio-pedagogical, socio-psychological and, in fact, educational work. The leading place in the formation of the readiness of the future preschool teacher is occupied by mastering the diagnostic and educational methods, forms and means, as well as ways to establish partnerships with parents, guardians and other professionals who work with this category of children

Research on the prevalence and forms of partnership between parents of preschool children and preschool teachers were conducted on a sample of 350 parents. The results indicate insufficient presence of certain forms of partnership, which may impede the preschool teachers to better understanding of the family context of the child, a deeper understanding of children's needs and interests and a better understanding of parents and their difficulties in dealing with the parental role. Despite an insufficient level of achieved partnership, parents expressed a high level of satisfaction with the cooperation with preschool teachers. The research results of partnerships indicate the gap between preschool theory and practice. Although all key laws and regulations of the preschool education and current research confirmed the importance of establishing partnership, results of our study indicate their lack of updates in the practice of preschool education. In promoting the importance of early childhood development and education of children and in providing educational support to parents, the basic features of the partnership between parents and preschool teachers, as well as with other professionals in preschool education, should be implemented.

AbstractAround the world, human health and animal health are closely linked in terms of the One Health concept by ticks acting as vectors for zoonotic pathogens. Animals do not only maintain tick cycles but can either be clinically affected by the same tick-borne pathogens as humans and/or play a role as reservoirs or sentinel pathogen hosts. However, the relevance of different tick-borne diseases (TBDs) may vary in human vs. veterinary medicine, which is consequently reflected by the availability of human vs. veterinary diagnostic tests. Yet, as TBDs gain importance in both fields and rare zoonotic pathogens, such as Babesia spp., are increasingly identified as causes of human disease, a One Health approach regarding development of new diagnostic tools may lead to synergistic benefits. This review gives an overview on zoonotic protozoan, bacterial and viral tick-borne pathogens worldwide, discusses commonly used diagnostic techniques for TBDs, and compares commercial availability of diagnostic tests for humans vs. domestic animals, using Germany as an example, with the aim of highlighting existing gaps and opportunities for collaboration in a One Health framework.
