Students need modules in 21st century learning, especially in entrepreneurship courses. The study aims to describe the characteristics of students towards the Integrated Chemistry Learning Module STEM Entrepreneurship Course in Chemistry Education Sriwijaya University, the topic of Feed for Increasing Non-Racial Chicken Eggs. This research was conducted on the third semester student in Chemistry Education Sriwijaya University with a descriptive method. The research data were collected using a valid questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of 0.925, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the characteristics of student are very suitable or enable or feasible to compose a learning module on the topic of Increasing Non-Racial Chicken Eggs, in the 21st century. Student responded agree and strongly agree to use this module respectively by 57.8 percent and 42.2 percent. Respondents agree and strongly agree that they are accustomed to using Android or Internet or Laptop, respectively, by 62,2 percent and 34,4 percent.

AbstractThis study aims to develop chemoentrepreneurship oriented chemistry learning modules (CEP) on polymer materials in class XII SMA / MA. This research was conducted at the Chemistry  Education Campus of the Teaching and Education Faculty (FKIP) of Riau University. When the research began in September-December 2019. This study uses a type of Research and Development (RnD) research with a 4D research model consisting of 4 stages namely Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. In this study, researchers only reached the development stage. Data collection instruments in the form of validation sheets and respondent sheets. Data analysis was performed using evaluation criteria for the level of validity, the level of practicality by the teacher and the level of attractiveness according to students. The results of the chemoentrepreneurship oriented chemistry learning module (CEP) on polymeric materials get a value of 92.35%. with valid criteria, the teacher's response as a user to the practicality of the module gets a value of 91.67% and the response of students as users to the attractiveness of the module gets a value of 90.67% with interesting criteria. Thus, chemoentrepreneurship oriented chemistry learning modules (CEP) in the grade XII SMA / MA polymer materials have been well developed and ready to be implemented on a broader scale.

21st century learning is learning that has the characteristics of being accessible, digital oriented, big data science and this learning is not limited to the distance of space and time. Poster presentation is a general form of educational information that is easily accessible, can be spread quickly with the presence of television, gadgets and the internet. This research method is descriptive qualitative method. While the research data in the form of educational posters. The results of this study are in the form of poster media requirements that are used as educational media, namely; 1) The content shall not contents that may offend the community/learning participants. The presented content shall be accepted by audience even with language and cultural differences. 2) The information shall be clear thus the message of the poster is well conveyed to audience with different cultural aspect. 3) The contents should be attractive, contains illustration images, and explanatory writings that make audience interested in the poster. 4) The development of digital poster with various version of local language may increase acceptabability among local language speaker.

This google suite training activity is one form of community service activities which is done by the excellent team of LPPM Unwidha Klaten. This is aimed at teachers to prepare the 21st century skills. Before, the training activities took place, the team was conducted the observation and interview, so it was decided that the place for community service activities was SMA Negeri 1 Jatinom and it is carried out in three meeting session of training. The first meeting was training on google docs, google slides, and google sheets. The second meeting was google form and google drive. The third meeting was google site and google classroom. This training shows the enthusiasm of the participants to learn the 21st century skills. It can be seen by the participants who consistently follow and explore all the material in training. From the total of 66 participants, 70% of them have completed all the task which is given in the end of each training. Besides, the participants are considered capable in operating various google suite according to the material provided.

Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman guru tentang implementasi model pembelajaran inovatif abad 21 berbasis keterampilan metakognisi pada pembelajaran kimia. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah guru-guru MGMP Kimia yang berada pada wilayah Kalimantan Selatan, yang berjumlah 132 orang. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, presentasi, dan diskusi/tanya jawab. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan angket. Materi sosialisasi terdiri dari: (1) pembelajaran abad 21, (2) model pembelajaran yang berorientasi keterampilan metakognisi, (3) desain perangkat pembelajaran meliputi silabus, Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD), dan alat evaluasi, dan (4) contoh video implementasi pembelajaran yang berorientasi keterampilan metakognisi. Berdasarkan hasil sosialisasi yang dilaksanakan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta tentang model pembelajaran inovatif abad 21 berorientasi keterampilan metakognisi, dan implementasinya. Selain itu kegiatan berjalan lancar dan besarnya antusias peserta terhadap kegiatan ini. Melalui kegiatan sosialisasi ini peserta dapat menggunakan model pembelajaran inovatif berorientasi metakognisi sebagai alternatif pembelajaran kimia di kelas. This community service activity aims to increase teachers' understanding of the application of innovative 21st-century learning models based on metacognition skills in chemistry learning. The target of this activity is 132 MGMP Chemistry teachers throughout South Kalimantan. This activity is carried out through lectures, presentations, discussions, and questions and answers. The socialization material consists of: (1) 21st-century learning, (2) learning models oriented towards metacognition skills, (3) design of learning tools which include syllabus, lesson plans, student worksheets, and evaluation tools, (4) video examples of learning applications metacognition skills. Based on the socialization results, it showed an increase in students' knowledge and understanding of the learning model, the design of chemistry learning tools oriented to metacognition skills, and examples of its application. Besides that, the activity went well, and the participants were very enthusiastic about participating in this activity. Through this socialization activity, participants can use an innovative learning model oriented towards metacognition as an alternative to learning chemistry in the classroom.

Skills to guide small group discussions conducted by teachers in 21st century learning , using descriptive methods in qualitative research. Descriptive method in research is research for the purpose of explaining or describing events, objects, circumstances, or variables that are explained using numbers and words. Type a descriptive method in research qualitative is a kind of library research ( library research ) literature documents from various sources related to the keter. Visible lead small group discussions conducted by the teacher in the 21st century learning. The skill of guiding small group discussions conducted by the teacher is the teacher trainee skills In teaching activities there are times when conducting group discussion activities. Discussion activities involve mental and emotional activities that can improve the ability of relationships between individuals. So that teachers' skills in guiding small group discussions are needed to ensure the continuity of discussions effectively. In this study, the learning environment was developed to skills of critical thinking and problem solving, collaboration, and communication , creativity and innovation. Skills include 21st century skills.

This research is a research and development with the aim of knowing how to develop chemistry learning modules in the material of periodic system elements based on Papuan local wisdom students of class X SMA 4 Jayapura. The number of samples in this study 41 students of class X MIPA-4 SMA Negeri 4 Jayapura with representative descriptive data analysis techniques to determine the feasibility of the module. The results showed that: (1) Development of modules with stages of information gathering, planning, development, validation and testing; (2) Feasibility of the learning module compiled, based on the validation of the material validator obtained an average of 91.3% with a very feasible category, the validation of the media validator obtained a mean of 94.75% with a very feasible category while the results of the teacher response 100% strongly agree with the module learners' learning and responses of students with an average of 84.2% with interesting categories (3) This learning module is very useful for students, teachers, schools and government, (4) There is an increase in learning outcomes of class X students by using chemical modules material of periodic system elements based on local wisdom with n-Gain RPP-1 value of 0.59, RPP-2 of 0.60 and RPP-3 of 0.67 with an average n-Gain value of 0.62 medium category, (5) the advantages of learning modules based on Papuan local wisdom are the first module based on local wisdom, easy to understand, contextual Papuans, language is easy to understand and improve learning achievement chemistry.Keywords: Development of learning modules, local Papuan wisdom, elemental periodic system

Penggunaan koswer multimedia dalam pembelajaran diperkenalkan sebagai salah satu pendekatan dalam usaha meningkatkan pencapaian para pelajar dalam matapelajaran Kimia ke arah pembelajaran abad ke-21. Koswer multimedia sering digunakan oleh pelajar sebagai medium pembelajaran. Kajian ini merupakan satu tinjauan untuk mengenalpasti persepsi, kefahaman dan sikap pelajar terhadap koswer multimedia agar dapat membantu pelajar meningkatkan kefahaman mereka dalam pembelajaran kimia topik Jadual Berkala. Populasi kajian melibatkan 185 pelajar tingkatan empat di sebuah sekolah menengah di daerah Batu Pahat. Kaedah persampelan yang digunakan ialah persampelan bertujuan melibatkan pelajar Tingkatan 4 yang mengambil matapelajaran Kimia dan ianya melibatkan seramai 32 orang pelajar. Instrumen yang digunakan berbentuk borang soal selidik untuk mendapatkan maklumat. Data dikumpul dan dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan perisian Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) versi 20.0. Berdasarkan analisis yang diperoleh, nilai kebolehpercayaan instrumen adalah 0.90 yang menunjukkan bahawa kebolehpercayaan instrumen berada pada tahap tinggi. Hasil kajian pula mendapati bahawa penggunaan koswer multimedia dapat meningkatkan persepsi pelajar (min = 3.46), kefahaman (min = 3.42) dan sikap pelajar (min = 3.40) terhadap pembelajaran kimia. Selain itu, dapatan menunjukkan bahawa penggunaan koswer multimedia ini dapat membantu pelajar dalam meningkatkan prestasi dan pencapaian pelajar dalam pembelajaran kimia. Manfaat daripada koswer multimedia ini diharapkan dapat memberi impak dalam peningkatan kemampuan pola berfikir pelajarpelajar dalam pembelajaran kimia khususnya topik Jadual Berkala.   The use of multimedia courseware in learning was introduced as one of an approach to improve the achievement of students in Chemistry subject prior to 21st century learning. Multimedia software is often used by students as learning medium. This study is a survey to identify students' perceptions, understanding and attitude towards multimedia software to help students improve their understanding of chemistry learning on the topic of the Periodic Table. The population of the study involved 185 form four students in a school from Batu Pahat district. The sampling method used is purposive sampling involving Form 4 students taking Chemistry subjects and it involves a total of 32 students. The instrument used is a questionnaire to obtain information. Data collected and analyzed descriptively using Statistical Packages for Social Science (SPSS) version 20.0. Based on the analysis, the reliability value of the instrument is 0.90 and it shows that the reliability of the instrument is at a high level. The findings of the study found that the use of multimedia software was able to increase student perception (mean = 3.46), understanding (mean = 3.42) and students’ attitude (mean = 3.40) on chemistry learning. Furthermore, the findings show that the use of this multimedia software helps students to improve their performance and achievement of students in chemistry learning. The benefits of this multimedia software are expected to have an impact on improving students' thinking patterns in Chemistry learning particularly on the topic of the Periodic Table.

This research aims to describe and give an overview of the use of sexual euphemism in pop and hip hop lyric songs to avoid taboo words which are usually unfreely to mention in public. The researcher uses qualitative method and descriptive method to analyze the data. The researcher uses forty songs consist of twenty pop songs and twenty hip hop songs to be analysed. From forty songs, the researcher finds ninety seven data. Researcher believes the data are found to contain sexual euphemism in the utterance that included in pragmatic study.Researcher describes and analyzes every single of data that are included the theory of Allan and Buridge (1991). From the research data, the researcher found that there is a differential usage of sexual euphemism in pop and hip hop which is sexual euphemism in sexual activity appears more frequently in pop songs and sexual euphemism in sexual body parts appears more frequently in hip hop songs. Both pop and hip hop songs use representative speech act more frequently than directive speech act. Euphemism was used in the lyrics to avoid words that are considered taboo in some communities.Keywords: speech act, sexual euphemismINTRODUCTIONIn

Transformation Leadership, Motivation and Satisfiction are the three factors of a few relatively large factors suspected to influence Performance on the PT. Adya Tours. These research aimed to determine the effect of Transformation Leadership, Motivation and Satisfiction toward Performance on the PT. Adya Tours.Research conducted at the PT. Adya Tours by taking 71 employees as the research sample, calculated using the Slovin formula of the total population of 240 employees  at  the  margin  of  error  of  10%.  Data  were collected by questionnaire instruments covered by the five rating scale from strongly disagree to strongly agree. Quantitative research was conducted by describing and analyzing research data. The multiple linier regression analysis and multiple determination coeficient are the statistic approach to data analysis.The study produced four major findings consistent with the hypothesis put forward, that are: 1) Transformation Leadership has a significant effect on Performance  in  a  positive  direction;  2)  Motivation  has  a  significant  effect  on Performance in a positive direction; 3) Satisfiction has a significant effect on Performance in a positive direction; 4) Transformation Leadership, Motivation and Satisfiction simultaneously influence 92.70% Performance variability.Base on the research finding, in order to increase Performance can be done by increasing Transformation Leadership, Motivation and Satisfiction. Kata kunci:Transformation Leadership, Motivation, Satisfaction, Performance
