This study aims to find out: 1). the effect of intellectual intelligence on learning achievement in Civic Education, 2). the effect of emotional intelligence on learning achievements in Civic Education, 3). the influence of spiritual intelligence on learning achievements in Civic Education and 4). the effect of simultaneous intellectual, emotional and spiritual intelligence on the learning achievement of Citizenship Education. The population of this study was all students of State Senior High Schools in the City of Yogyakarta 2016/2017 academic year consisting of 11 State Senior High Schools with a total of 8073 students. Determination of the sample is done by simple random sampling technique . Of the 11 Public High Schools in the City of Yogyakarta, 367 students were sampled, with the provisions that each associated State High School sampled were class X students and class XI students. Data on intellectual intelligence and learning achievements in Civic Education were obtained from documents, data on emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence were obtained through questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used to test hypotheses are simple regression and multiple linear regression. The results of the study were concluded 1). there is a positive and significant influence of intellectual intelligence on the learning achievement of Citizenship Education, with sig. (P) equal to 0,000 <0.05 regression equation of 0.119. 2). There is a positive but insignificant influence of emotional intelligence on the learning achievement of Citizenship Education, with sig. (P) of 0.119> 0.05 regression equation of -0.064. 3). There is a positive but insignificant influence of spiritual intelligence on the learning achievement of Citizenship Education, with sig. (P) of 0.365> 0.05 regression equations of 0.040. 4). There is a positive and significant influence of intellectual, emotional and spiritual intelligence on the learning achievement of Citizenship Education, with sig. (P) 0,000 <0.05. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) = 0.051 means simultaneously independent variables affect the dependent variable of 5.1% for the remaining 94.9% is influenced by variables that are not included in this study.

This study aims to find the effect of emotional and spiritual intelligence on the morals of students in junior high schools in Bangkinang City District. The purpose of this study are three, namely: 1. To determine the effect of emotional intelligence on the morals of students in the First Middle School in Bangkinang District. To find out the effect of spiritual intelligence on students' behavior in the First Middle School in Bangkinang City District. 3. To find out the significant influence between emotional and spiritual intelligence on the morals of students at the First Middle School in Bangkinang Kota sub-district. This research is a correlational research with a quantitative approach. The population of this study was 2205 students. Research samples were 399 students. Sampling using Slovin formula with an error rate of 5%, sampling technique using Stratified Random Sampling. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire and data analysis techniques using multiple regression. From the results of the study obtained that there is an influence between emotional intelligence on student morals with a Significant value of 0,000 <0.05. There is an influence between spiritual intelligence on student morals with a Significant value of 0,000 <0.05. Then there is a significant influence of Emotional and Spiritual Intelligence on the Morals of Students in Junior High Schools in Bangkinang City District with a Significant value of 0,000 <0.05.

The Emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction to be part of the factors that influence performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable partially and simultaneously. This study also aimed to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable directly and indirectly. This study was conducted to 77 respondents employees of PT. Madu Baru, Yogyakarta. The research method used is quantitative method uses statistical analysis and descriptive. The results of this study are (1) there is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (2) there is a significant influence of spiritual intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (3) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on job satisfaction. (4) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence on employee performance. (5) There is a significant relationship between spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (6) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (7) There is a significant relationship between job satisfaction on employee performance. (8) There is an indirect effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. (9) There is the indirect influence of spiritual intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. Purpose: This study determines the influence of emotional intelligence on the students' achievement of Pancasila and Civic Education (PPKn) at SMA Negeri 5 Yogyakarta in the 2019/2020 academic year.Methodology: The study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with both quantitative and qualitative data, specifically learning achievement and emotional intelligence. It was conducted at SMA Negeri 5 Yogyakarta in March 2020 using 720 respondents. Additionally, X, XI, and XII had 8 classes each, totaling 24 classes, where a sample of 30 students was taken from using a simple random sampling technique. Data obtained from the questionnaire was processed through simple regression analysis techniques and analysis of the determination coefficient (R2). Furthermore, data on emotional intelligence (X) was obtained by distributing questionnaires. Students' learning achievement scores for Pancasila and Civic Education (Y) were used in the report cards in the even semester of the 2019/2020 academic year.Findings: According to the results, the statistical analysis produces a regression equation Y = 74.298 + 0.165 X. In case the value of emotional intelligence (X) increases by 1 unit, the PPKn learning achievement (Y) increases by 0.165 units with a constant of 74,298. Hypothesis testing shows that emotional intelligence was significantly influenced by learning achievement. The determination coefficient (R2) obtained was 0.59 (5.9%), meaning that emotional intelligence affects 5.9% of the PPKn learning achievement, while 94.1% was influenced by other factors outside the study.Unique contributions to theory, practice, and policy: Students' emotional intelligence (EQ) has an influence on student PPKn learning achievement. With EQ, it is hoped that students will be able to train and manage their feelings, motivate themselves, be able to be strong in the face of frustration, ability to control impulses and delay momentary gratification, regulate a reactive mood, and be able to empathize and cooperate with others. Through EQ too, students are expected to be able to keep away from frustration and prolonged stress, so this emotional intelligence will support a student in achieving his goals and ideals.

This research is a class action research that aims to describe whether there is an increase in student achievement in citizenship education subjects through the implementation of discussion and assignment methods. The subjects in this study were students of class VII-2 SMP Gemah 9 Ambon with a total of 23 students. The research procedure is a series of stages of research from beginning to end. The PTK procedure includes 2 cycles with 2 meetings per cycle. Each cycle consists of four stages as follows: 1) planning; 2) implementing actions; 3) observation and evaluation of actions; and 4) reflection of actions. In this study the data were analyzed to determine the effectiveness of a learning method in teaching and learning activities with a qualitative descriptive approach consisting of 3 stages, namely: 1) Data reduction; 2) data presentation and presentation; and 3) drawing conclusions. This research is said to be successful if students in learning get a value of =70 (KKM = 70) and or more with an average completeness level of 75% or more. The results of the study show that: (1) The application of the discussion method and the task of learning citizenship education in VII grade students of SMP Gemah 7 Ambon can improve student achievement as seen from the increase in learning achievement tests, namely from the first cycle of 61.6 experiencing an increase in the second cycle to 77.6; (2) The application of the discussion and task method is very effective to be used in the learning of citizenship education in VII grade students of SMP Gemah 7 Ambon in 2018/2019 in odd semester; (3) The steps of applying the discussion method and the task, namely as many as two research cycles are adjusted to the steps in the learning plan so that it can improve the learning achievement of Grade VII students of SMP Gemah 7 Ambon.

The purpose of this research is to empirically examine the influence of the number of members of the cooperative, size, liquidity, and rentability of cooperatives to demand external audit services. This study uses a sample of Cooperative Employees (Kopkar) in the city of Bandar Lampung during 2009-2011 using purposive sampling method. The analysis in this study uses logistic regression equation. The result of this study found that the size variable has a significant influence on the demand for external audit services. While the variable of a number of cooperative members, liquidity, and rentability do not significantly influence the demand for external audit services.Keywords: Request for External Audit Services, Cooperative of Employees,�Number of cooperative members, Size, Liquidity, and Rentability.

The relationship between water demand and pricing using the price elasticity of water demand in the City of Pullman, Washington, between 2000 and 2006 shows that the current amount of water depletion is not sustainable. Three different economic scenarios were developed by altering variables in regression equations to investigate the influence of individual variables on estimating the final price elasticity of water demand. Single-family households, total residential households, and total population water use of the City of Pullman, Washington were the three different economic scenarios developed for calculating the price elasticity of water demand. The regression results show that the price elasticity of marginal price is inelastic. The exponents for median household income, fixed price, and precipitation had the expected signs in all applied scenarios. An economic model based on the regression equation of price elasticity was developed using a systems dynamic approach. The economic model projected a decline in water demand when the independent variables were assumed to grow linearly over the coming 25 years. When the household size with higher elasticity values was excluded from the regression equation, the developed economic model was able to forecast reasonable water demand. The time series data with exact service connections are recommended to reduce the uncertainty in the computation of the price elasticity of water demand. Further sensitivity analysis is recommended to understand interrelationship of water demand and pricing from the developed economic model using system dynamics approach.

Kelas khusus olahraga adalah kelas yang dikuhuskan untuk mengembangkan prestasi olahraga tanpa mengesampingkan prestasi belajar. Prestasi belajar merupakan pencapaian hasil dari pembelajaran yang telah dilalui. Namun sampai saat ini belum adanya hasil penelitian yang mengungkapkan mengenai faktor yang mendorong prestasi belajar siswa khususnya kelas olahraga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas khusus olahraga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif korelasi. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 40 siswa kelas khusus olaharga di SMAN 1 Ciparay. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket serta dokumentasi. Analisis data pada penelitian ini dihitung dengan bantuan microsoft excel 2007. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa adanya pengarauh dan hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas khusus olaharaga.  The relationship of learning achievement special students with emotional intelligence AbstractSpecial sports class classes are classes that are taught to develop sporting achievements without compromising learning achievement. Learning achievement is the result of learning that has been passed. Until now there has been no research results that reveal about the factors that drive learning achievement specially for sport class. The purpose of this study was to study whether there is a relationship between emotional intelligence on student achievement in sports class. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive research. The sample in this study was 40 students of special sports class at SMAN 1 Ciparay. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. Analysis of the data in this study was calculated with the help of Microsoft Excel 2007. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence and positive relationship between emotional intelligence on learning outcomes of students in special sports classes.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1)  Perbedaan akhlak antara kecerdasan emosional tinggi dan rendah . 2) Perbedaan akhlak antara kecerdasan spiritual tinggi dan rendah. 3) Perbedaan akhlak ditinjau dari interaksi antara kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual pada siswa di SMP Negeri Se-Kecamatan Sidoharjo tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Metode penelitian yang digunkanan adalah kuantitaif komparatif dengan menggunakan analisis uji t dan anova dua jalur di SMP Negeri se-Kecamatan Sidoharjo pada bulan Oktober sampai dengan Desember 2020. Popilasi dalam penelitian ini adalah selueuh kelas siswa kelas VIII Sebanyak 507 siswa. Sampel adalah Sebagian siswa SMP Negeri se-Kecamatan Sidoharjo sebanyak 221 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan : 1) terdapat perbedaan akhlak antara siswa yang memiliki kecerdasan emosional tinggi dan rendah, karena diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 < 0,05. 2) terdapat perbedaan akhlak antara siswa yang memiliki kecerdaan spiritual tinggi dan rendah karena diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 < 0,05. 3) terdapat perbedaan akhlak ditinjau dari interaksi kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual, hasil hipotesis menunjukan sig. 0.001 < 0.05. terdapat interaksi antara kecerdasan emosional tinggi dan kecerdasan spiritual rendah, kecerdasan spiritual tinggi dan kecerdasan emosional rendah terhadap akhlak. Abstract This study aims to determine: 1) The difference in akhlak between high and low emotional intelligence. 2) The difference in akhlak between high and low spiritual intelligence. 3) Moral differences in terms of the interaction between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence in students of SMP Negeri Sidoharjo in the academic year 2020/2021. The research method used was comparative quantitative using t-test analysis and two-way ANOVA at State Junior High Schools in Sidoharjo District from October to December 2020. The population in this study were all classes of grade VIII students totaling 507 students. The sample is some students of SMP Negeri in Sidoharjo District as many as 221 students. The results showed: 1) there is a difference in akhlak between students who have high and low emotional intelligence, because the significance value is 0.000 <0.05. 2) there are moral differences between students who have high and low spiritual intelligence because the significance value is 0.000 <0.05. 3) there are differences in akhlak in terms of the interaction between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence, the hypothesis results show sig. 0.001 <0.05. there is an interaction between high emotional intelligence and low spiritual intelligence, high spiritual intelligence and low emotional intelligence towards akhlak.

The purpose of this study was to determine 1) inflence of student learning activeness on learning achievement. 2) influence of emotional intelligence on learning achievement. 3) the influence of learning activeness & emotional intelligence on learning achievement. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. This study took place at the University of Banten Jaya, the Teaching and Education Faculty, majoring in Accounting.  The population in this study were all students of the FKIP Accounting Education University of Banten Jaya, the population in this study were 84 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaire and docimentation techniques. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Test of the significance of multiple linear regression (Test F) and test the significance of multiple linear regression coefficients  (t test), in addition to the calculation of relative donations and effective contributions. The results showed that 1) Learning activity did not have a significant influence on the learning achievement of Accounting Education students of Banten Jaya Faculty of Teacher Training and Education which was indicated by table> thitung (1,667> 0,858). 2) Emotional Intelligence does not have a significant influence on the learning achievement of Accounting Education students of Banten Jaya Faculty of Teacher Training and Education which is indicated by table> thitung (1.667> 0.61) 3) Learning activity and intelligence together do not significantly influence the learning achievement of FKIP Accounting education students Banten Jaya University. Based on the F test, it is known that H0 received by Ha is rejected because Fcount> Ftable (0.594> 0.311) and the significance of significance of 0.05. That is 0.555. 4) Student learning activeness variables contribute 6.25% effectively, students emotional intelligence variable contributes 6.1% effectively so the total contribution is 12.35%, while the remaining 87.65% is influenced by other variables not examined.
