Blush is a type of decorative cosmetics used in the cheek area there used with the aim of adding aesthetic value to the face so that the face looks prettier, fresher and has more dimension. Currently there are many blush preparations on the market that contain hazardous chemicals, then a blush preparation made from kesumba keling seed extract containing bixin as natural coloring is made. The purpose of this study was to formulation and evaluate blush cream preparations by utilizing the acetone and maceration is concentrated with a rotary vacuum evaporator. Blush cream formula made using dyes from kesumba keling seed extract with a concentration of 0.5%, 1%, 2%, and 3% into the chosen base formula that produced color in successive orange-yellowish, soft-orange, dark-orange and orange-brownish color. Evaluations undertaken include organoleptic, homogeneity test, dispersion test, pH test, viscosity test and preferences test. The results obtained are based on parameters test, namely the four formulas enter the required value range. Aseptability test results showed that the preparation of blush cream with a concentration of 2% of the most preferred color of kesumba rivet seed extract and at a concentration of 0.5% was the easiest to spread.

AbstractMusa paradisiaca Linn, also known as the banana plant in Indonesia, is a herbaceous plant that belongs to the Musaceaa family. Cotton banana peel (Musa paradisiaca Linn.) can be used as a wound medicine. For use, it is still simple, namely by applying the inside of the banana peel to the injured body part, and by scraping the banana peel from the inside to bandage the wound. For this reason, it is necessary to develop a dosage form of this cotton banana peel so that it is easier and provides comfort in its use. Purpose: To find out the skin of cotton banana (Musa paradisiaca Linn) is formulated in cream preparations. The method in this study was experimental, the sample was extracted by maceration using 96% ethanol as solvent. The viscous extract obtained was used at concentrations of 0.08%, 0.10%, and 0.12%. The results showed that cotton banana peel extract (Musa paradisiaca Linn) could be made as a cream and fulfilled the physical evaluation of the preparation. The results of the homogeneity test were that the preparations were made homogeneous, the pH of the cream was obtained at pH 5-7 still fulfilling the skin pH range of 4-7, the adhesion test results obtained more than 5 seconds, the dispersion test results obtained 6-7 cm, the viscosity test at formula I is 3564 – 4253 cPas, Formula II is 4042 – 4746 cPas, Formula III is 4466 – 5254 cPas. The conclusion of this study, the formulation of the ethanol extract cream of cotton banana peel (Musa paradisiaca Linn) met the requirements for physical evaluation of the preparation including homogeneity test, pH test, organoleptic test, dispersibility test, adhesion test, viscosity test and stability test.Keywords: Formulation, banana peel, cream, evaluation. AbstrakMusa paradisiaca Linn atau dikenal dengan nama tumbuhan pisang di Indonesia adalah tumbuhan herba yang termasuk dalam keluarga Musaceaa. Kulit buah pisang kapas (Musa paradisiaca Linn.) dapat digunakan sebagai obat luka. Untuk penggunaan masih sederhana yaitu dengan mengoleskan bagian dalam dari kulit buah pisang pada bagian tubuh yang luka, dan dengan cara mengorek kulit buah pisang dari dalam untuk membalut luka. Untuk itu perlu adanya pengembangan bentuk sediaan dari kulit pisang kapas ini sehingga lebih memudahkan dan memberikan kenyamanan dalam penggunaannya. Tujuan Untuk mengetahui kulit buah pisang kapas (Musa paradisiaca Linn) diformulasikan dalam sediaan krim. Metode pada penelitian ini dilakukan secara eksprimental, sampel di ekstraksi dengan cara maserasi dengan menggunakan pelarut etanol 96%. Ekstrak kental yang diperoleh digunakan pada konsentrasi 0.08%, 0.10%, dan 0.12%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak kulit pisang kapas (Musa paradisiaca Linn) dapat dibuat sebagai krim dan memenuhi evaluasi fisik sediaan. Hasil uji homogenitas bahwa sediaan yang dibuat homogen, pH krim diperoleh pH 5-7 masih memenuhi kisaran pH kulit 4-7, uji daya lekat hasil yang diperoleh lebih dari 5 detik, uji daya sebar hasil yang diperoleh 6 – 7 cm, uji viskositas pada formula I yaitu 3564 – 4253 cPas, Formula II yaitu 4042 – 4746 cPas, Formula III yaitu 4466 – 5254 cPas. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini, formulasi sediaan krim ekstrak etanol kulit pisang kapas (Musa paradisiaca Linn) memenuhi syarat evaluasi fisik sediaan meliputi uji homogenitas , uji pH, uji organoleptis, uji daya sebar, uji daya lekat, uji viskositas dan uji stabilias.Kata kunci: Formulasi, kulit pisang, krim, evaluasi.

This research is motivated by the low desire of students in writing travel reports. The lack of students' knowledge of the report concept, the lack of students' knowledge of the 5W + 1H report points of good and correct language, the lack of students' knowledge of the spatial, time and topic pattern and not yet reached KKM 75. The method used by the teacher has not been interesting, lecture method. The purpose of this study is to describe the skills of writing travel reports by using Round Club learning model which is viewed from the aspect of understanding the report concept, the use of 5W +1H report points, the spatial, time, and topic pattern.The population of this study is the students of class V Lessons Year 2017/2018 which amounted to 2 classes with the number 80. The sample of research as much as two classes taken by the sample of propotional.Class V.1 as experimental class and class V.2 as control class. The research instrument used is performance test. Provide an assessment by specifying the subject of the 5W + 1H report, as well as the spatial, time and topic pattern. Data were analyzed by 't' test by first testing normality, homogeneity, and hypothesis testing.The results showed that the average control class 68 with more than enough qualifications with standard deviation 16.96. 83 experimental class with good qualification and standard deviation of 15.42 and there is a significant influence on the result of writing skill of class V SDN 01 Nagari Bukik SikumpaSubdistrict, Lima Puluh Kota. This is evidenced by the average value of writing skills in the experiment class higher than the average value in the control class. Normality test results indicate that the two sample classes of  Lo  values in the control class -0.2141 are smaller than the normal 0.190 Lt distributed. Homogeneity test results that the variation of this study is homogeneous at a real level of 0.05, because Ftable 2.16 > Fhitung 1.21 and the results of data analysis then obtained = 2.78 > 1.70 t table, so H0 rejected and H1 accepted. It can be concluded that there is Influence. Lipstick (Lipstick) is a cosmetic sedan that is used to color the lips with an artistic touch so as to enhance aesthetics in facial makeup. One of the plants that can be used as natural dyes is kelumba keling (Bixa orellana L). Kesumba rivet contains bixsin and nonbixin compounds, which can be used as natural dyes that have the potential as antioxidants. The aim of this study is to utilize kelumba keling as a natural coloring agent in lipstick sedans.Making Keeling keumba seed extract by maceration using 70% ethanol as a solvent. The formulation was made by means of a lipstick base added with variations in the concentration of kesumba keling seed extract 18%, 20%, 22%. Tests carried out on a lipstick sedan made include organoleptic test, irritation test, PH test, melting point test, lipstick sediment test , during storage for 30 days.The results of the test of the lipstick extract of the kesumba rivet seed in the stable orange color organoleptic test can be seen in the irritation test of the non-irritating lipstick sedan, at the melting point test at 51oC for 15 minutes formulation F0, F1, F2, F3 the lipstick made can melt, at Sedian rub test was carried out 5 times basting. The purpose of this research is to know wtether knowledge, skill, responsiveness and communication skill influence in job competition for graduate student from Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata AMPTA. The population in this study are student pf Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata SMPTA that graduated in 2013 until 2016, the total population in this studt is 702 and 200 respondents who have worked taken as samples, samples were taken with non probability sampling technique and accidental sampling approach. Sampling approach using regression equations obtained results that through test results F (regression analysis jointly) may note that the value of F = 147.104 count with the significance of 0.000 < 0.05. The test results of the test F reinforced with testing the determination of the coefficient that shows the value of 74.6%) (0.746. From Test t (partially) can result in variable knowledge with a value of t = 3,173 and significance of the value 0002 < 0.05, variable skill with a value of t = 2,949 and value the significance of 0.004 < 0.05, variable attitude with a value of t = 2,688 and value the significance of 0.008 < 0.05, variable communication skill with a value of t = value and significance of 4,497 0000 < 0.05. From the above results can be known that the hypothesis posed was not proven in other words that all of these variables can be said to have a positive and significant effect simultaneously as well as partial toward the ability of STP graduates AMPTA in the face of competition in the world of work

ABSTRACT Celery plants (Apium graveolens L.) and teak plants (Tectona grandis Linn.f) are plants that contain flavonoids, tannins, and saponins and has antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus. This study aims to test the antibacterial effectiveness of combination of celery and teak leaf cream and evaluate cream with parameters of physical tests (organoleptic, homogeneity, pH, spreadability, adhesion) and physical stability with cycling test method. This study used an experimental laboratory method by making 5 variations concentration of extracts. Celery and teak leaf extract was extracted by maceration method. Antibacterial test used the wells method. Results of the evaluation of physical tests for organoleptic test (odor: a typical combination of extracts;color: brown;shape: semi-solid), homogeneity test (homogeneous), average of pH test is 6.02, dispersion test is 4.27 cm, adhesion test is 18.42 seconds. Based on the results of this study, concluded that the combination of celery leaf and teak leaf extract can be formulated into a cream. The cream of combination of celery and teak leafs extract are bacteriostatic and has antibacterial activity with an average diameter for formulation I 13.4 mm, formulation II 9.23 mm, formulation III 16.23 mm, formulation IV 11 mm, and formulation V 12.06 mm. Keywords : Celery (Apium graveolens L.), Teak (Tectona grandis Linn.f), Antibacterial, Cream. ABSTRAK Tanaman seledri (Apium graveolens L.) dan tanaman jati (Tectona grandis Linn.f) merupakan tanaman yang mengandung flavonoid, tanin dan saponin dan memiliki aktivitas antibakteri terhadap Staphylococcus aureus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji aktivitas antibakteri sediaan krim kombinasi ekstrak daun seledri dan daun jati serta mengevaluasi sediaan krim dengan parameter uji sifat fisik (uji organoleptik, uji homogenitas, uji pH, uji daya sebar, uji daya lekat) dan stabilitas fisik dengan metode cycling test. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental laboratorium dengan membuat 5 variasi konsentrasi ekstrak. Ekstrak diperoleh dengan cara maserasi. Uji antibakteri dilakukan dengan metode sumuran. Hasil evaluasi sifat fisik untuk uji organoleptik (bau: khas kombinasi ekstrak;warna:coklat;bentuk:setengah padat), uji homogenitas (susunan homogen), rata-rata uji pH 6,02, daya sebar 4,27 cm, daya lekat 18,42 detik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa kombinasi ekstrak daun seledri dan daun jati dapat diformulasikan menjadi sediaan krim. Sediaan krim kombinasi ekstrak daun seledri dan daun jati bersifat bakteriostatik dan memiliki aktivitas antibakteri dengan diameter rata-rata untuk formula I 13,4 mm, formula II 9,23 mm, formula III 16,23 mm, formula IV 11 mm, dan formula V 12,06 mm. Kata Kunci : Seledri (Apium graveolens L.), Jati (Tectona grandis Linn.f), Antibakteri, Krim

ABSTRAK Daun Belimbing Wuluh (Averrhoa bilimbi L) memiliki kandungan tanin dan flavonoid. Kandungan Flavonoid dan Tanin yang terdapat dalam belimbing wuluh mampu memberikan efek untuk menyembuhkan kulit yang mengalami kerusakan jaringan sel akibat luka bakar. Ada beberapa cara untuk pemanfaatan Daun Belimbing Wuluh antara lain dengan dibuat dalam sediaan salep. Pada penelitian ini salep dibuat dengan variasi konsentrasi ekstrak daun belimbing wuluh sebesar 10%, 15%, dan 20%  mengguankan basis PEG 4000 dan PEG 400. Ekstrak daun belimbing wuluh diperoleh menggunakan metode maserasi dengan menggunakan etanol 70% sebagai pelarutnya. Salep yang sudah dibuat kemudian dilakukan uji karakteristik meliputi uji organoleptis, homogenitas, daya lekat dan uji daya sebar. Hasil uji organoleptis dan homogenitas di analisa secara deskrisptif kemudian hasil uji daya lekat dan uji daya sebar di analisa dengan menggunakan analisa statistik one-way ANOVA.  Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa salep berbentuk semipadat dengan warna hijau muda sampai hijau kehitaman. Hasil uji homogenitas di dapatkan untuk ketiga formula adalah homogen. Nilai daya sebar pada ketiga formula menunjukan perbedaan yang signifikan, pada hasil uji daya lekat dan pH didapatkan tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap ketiga formulasi. Dengan demikian perbedaan konsentrasi zat aktif yang digunakan berpengaruh terhadap daya sebar sediaan salep ekstrak daun belimbing wuluh. Kata kunci: Averrhoa bilimbi L; Salep; PEG   ABSTRACT Carambola leaf Wuluh (Averrhoa bilimbi L) contains tannins and flavonoids. The content of flavonoids and tannins contained in starfruit able to give effect to heal skin damaged cell tissue from burns. There were several ways for  utilization  of  Averrhoa  bilimbi  L.  among  others,  made  some  preparations, especially ointment formulation. This study aims to formulate leaf extract ointment preparation starfruit (Averrhoa bilimbi L) with various concentrations of 10%, 15%, and 20% using the PEG 4000 and PEG 400 as a base. Leaf extract obtained from meserasi leaf Averrhoa bilimbi  L  with  70%  ethanol. The ointment that has been made is then subjected to characteristic tests including organoleptic tests, homogeneity, adhesion and spreadability tests. The results of the organoleptic test and homogeneity were analyzed descriptively, then the results of the adhesion test and the spreadability test were analyzed using one-way ANOVA statistical analysis. The results showed that the ointment was semisolid, light green to blackish green. The homogeneity test results obtained for the three formulas are homogeneous. The value of the spreadability of the three formulas showed a significant difference, the results of the adhesion and pH test showed no significant difference between the three formulations. Thus the difference in the concentration of the active substance used affects the spreadability of the starfruit leaf extract ointment. Keywords: Averrhoa bilimbi L; ointment; PEG

PjBL and STEM learning models can overcome the lack of critical thinking skills and collaboration. Those learning models involve 4C that support students’ critical thinking skills and collaboration. This study aimed to identify the effectiveness of STEM-based PJBL models on students’ critical thinking skills and collaborative attitudes. This study was quantitative research with a descriptive method. The data had been collected using a critical thinking skills test, collaborative attitude questionnaires, and learning observation guidelines. Before performing data analysis, the researchers performed prerequisite tests consisting of the normality test, homogeneity test, variance-covariance matrix homogeneity test, N-Gain test, and effectiveness test. The basic assumption test results showed that the MANOVA test could be performed. The MANOVA test results revealed that the STEM-based PjBL learning model effectively improved students' critical thinking skills and collaborative attitudes.

Background: Menarche is the first menstruation out in young women. Menarche occurs in young women who have entered the puberty phase. Often young women are not ready to face menarche, this is due to a lack of information about menstruation and preparations that must be done in the face of menstruation. With conditions that are not ready, young women often feel anxious and fearful, thus disrupting psychology and hindering daily activities. To prepare young women in the face of menarche, it is necessary to provide information correctly and right before teenage poetry enters puberty, the prepubertal period. This information can be provided through health education. through health education, young women are better prepared and not anxious and afraid when experiencing menarche. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of health education on menstruation on psychological readiness in the face of menarche in prepubertal adolescent girls in SD Gugus V Mengwi. Method: This research is a quasy-experimental study, the design of the research used is the Pre-test and Post-test One Group Design that is looking at the differences before and after the intervention. Samples taken were 79 class V students who had not experienced menarche at the SD Gugus V Mengwi V.The sampling technique is total sampling. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Statistical analysis using the Wilcoxon Match Pairs Test. Results : this study indicate that there is an influence of health education about menstruation on psychological readiness in the face of menarche in prepubertal girls in the Gwi Cluster V Elementary School. Conclusion: It is suggested to young women to increase their knowledge, awareness, and concern for the health of their reproductive functions, especially in the face of menarche after being given health education about menarche so that good readiness can be achieved when facing menarche.

The homogeneity test is the first stage to revise the climate records. Its accuracy will directly affect the follow-up work. The classic method SNHT (Standard Normal Homogeneity Test) can only be applied in climatic sequences obey normal distribution, but lots of non-normality climate sequences need to be examined. In this paper, the Smirnov Test was introduced to test the homogeneity of the temperature series, which is a classical method for distribution test, and it can apply for the temperature sequences obey any distribution. The homogeneity test results by testing Chongqing Municipality's temperature sequences show that: the Smirnov Test is better than SNHT
