The implementation of Community Service Program in long terms aimed to produce village communication media in the form of village newspaper and website. This village communication media is essential as a media to deliver the information of the village development program implementation and various village’s potential to the village stakeholders. This village communication media also functions as education media to increase the villagers’ awareness regarding various actual issues and village development framework. Method used was fact finding. The data collection was done through literature study, interview and participation observation to the youth villagers (Karang Taruna) and the village apparatus. Technical assistance was performed through a series of journalistic workshop and media production as well as media distribution to various villages’ government stakeholders. The result of this community service was the Village Communication Media, of which one of them is the village newspaper and its development in the form of dynamic website which can be managed by KarangTaruna and the village apparatus.

The Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi program through the collaboration of lecturers from various departments and students in the Community Service Program, through the media information website Ayokedesa The purpose of the long-term Community Service Program implementation in this program is to produce a partnership model. This strategy is carried out to build partnerships with related parties that can increase success in the Small and Medium Enterprises sector as well as communities in the Campakamulya and Pasirmulya Banjaran Villages of Bandung and the Thousand Islands of DKI Jakarta, by implementing strategies through online marketing of products through the UMKMGool website. This Online Marketing Partnership application aims to accelerate business development in the village so as to increase sales. The method to be used is the fact finding method, in addition to collecting data in the literature, also conducting interviews with MSMEs and the community and business process surveys to collect supporting data. The output of this service is the Online Marketing Partnership Application in the form of the UMKMGool website and the ayokedesa information media website, as a means of business idea media, entrepreneurial spirit, business concepts. In addition, through the development of the ayokedesa website, optimizing the implementation of higher education Tridharma namely Teaching, Research and Community Service can help accelerate the development of prosperous villages

The purpose of this study is to describe comprehensively and provide recommendations from the results of this PPIP research program. This study uses the theory of Edward III. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive methods through a deductive approach. The technique of collecting data is done by interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the PPIP Program Implementation in Lopana Satu Village has not run optimally. This causes the Village Development to proceed slowly. Then the community has distrust in the implementation of the program due to the failure of development in the previous program period. This program also has problems in managing funds that are a resource in this program. For this reason, the Regional Government should pay more attention to matters, namely approaching the community for the smooth running of the program and improving management problems and the PPIP funding budget Keywords:  Policy Implementation, Rural Infrastructure Development Program, and Adequate Infrastructure

Laksana Village is in Ibun Sub-District, Bandung District. Geographically, Laksana Village is close to the Kamojang Tourism area, which is the leading tourism destination in Bandung District. The village has the potential for tourism development. To support the tourism development program, there are several homestays. However, it was found that many tourists spent the night outside the Laksana Village area. Another problem faced by homestay managers is the difficulty in determining homestay tariff. This Community Service (CS) activity aims to explore the problems faced by homestay managers through self-identification of problems using the Community Based Participatory Research method. The results of the self-identification became the basis for the CS Team to map the nine elements of the canvas business model. The cost structure becomes a priority scale to be handled in order to solve the tariff determination problem and is expected to increase the value proposition. This CS activity specifically resulted in self-identification of problems and a business canvas model for homestay management.

Kemfarm Indonesia is a company engaged in the field of agribusiness knew that employee relationship becomes important thing for the progress of the company. This study aims to determine the process of employee relationship management in PT Kemfarm Indonesia. The method used is descriptive with qualitative data. The research data was collected by observation, structured interview and literature study. The results show that HRD PT Kemfarm Indonesia acts as an internal PR managed relationships between companies, from processes, organizing, monitoring, evaluation and development program. In the process of planning, organizing, and program evaluation, the communications channel has not been optimal. From the results of this study, the suggestions provided are companies that do mapping the situation specifically on the process of planning, organizing and evaluation by using an effective communication channel on every program implementation so that the main goal of the program can be achieved.

ABSTRACTThe focus of this research is to evaluate the development of affirmative area to independent village (study of rural agroforestry development in Pangalengan Regency, Bandung Regency West Java Province), by assessing how successful the rural development program and the role of Government, local government, village government, private and community together, integrated, and multy sector in an effort to accelerate and improve the quality of service, development, and empowerment of rural community to independent village by using six evaluation policy criteria according to William N Dunn, as material for improvement of program implementation in the next year according to planning stage . The method of this research is to use the combined method of qualitative descriptive, inductive, and data collection through interview, observation, documentation and Forum Group Discussion (FGD) conducted in the office and location of the area to know the extent of the implementation of rural development. The results showed that, by considering the results of the evaluation (On -Going) almost meet the criteria of effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, responsiveness, while the criteria of smoothing and precision has not been met optimally, and so far only focus on infrastructure activities have not touched the program of quality improvement Human resources and empowermentcommunity. it can be concluded that there is a better development of the village as a result of the implementation of development programs in the first and second year, only not yet reached the achievement of the target of the village status independently. As an agricultural-based village, wives in Mojorejo village located in Ponorogo, East Jave have been supporting the family income from occassional production of bamboo handicraft, e.g. ‘besek’, ‘tumbu’, and ‘rinjing’ for generations. Despite its great potential, this bamboo handicraft is still produced individually with one family produced only one type of product, resulting in low economical impact for the family and the village. This community service program aimed to establish a ‘bamboo handicraft center’ with the final goal of increasing the income of the community in Mojorejo Village. This community service program uses a participatory rural appraisal (PRA) approach, which in the implementation of the program, several methods were used, in the form of focus group discussions, training, technology introduction, counseling and mentoring. As a result of this community development program, the community's economy have increased through development of new products and management of the micro-businesses from production to marketing.

<p>Wajok Hilir Village is a peatland, agricultural have been going on for generations. The taro plant is one of the leading plants. However, in the last 10 years, productivity is only about 3-5 ounces per stem. This has resulted in the community no longer interested in cultivating taro plants. To increase the people's interest in planting taro, it is necessary to carry out training and practice by making a demonstration plot as a pilot. This activity aims to educate partners and residents in Wajok Hilir Village about how to farm taro so that productivity increases. The training provided was in the form of education on land management without burning. The method used in this activity is to provide training with the lecture and discussion method and direct practice in the taro demonstration plot. The partner of this activity is the Palaguna Farmer Group in Wajok Hilir Village. This training activity is a community service activity funded by the Higher Education DRPM 2020 through the Village Partners Development Program (PPDM) scheme. The result of this activity is that taro productivity can be increased and at the same time can increase the knowledge and skills of the Partners and residents of Wajok Hilir Village. This activity is also expected to increase the income of Partners in particular and the people of Wajok Hilir Village in general.</p>

The purpose of community service (PPMT) is to form a breastfeeding support group (KP-ASI) consisting of health cadres and supported by the head of village and midwives of health center so as to improve the coverage of exclusive and a food making skills for escort or MP-ASI, in addition to this activity, aims to hone the skills of students in the Community service program. Implementation method with participatory community empowerment through Apraissal Participatory Rural model is approach in the process of empowerment and improvement of community participation, activities conducted in the form of socialization of activities on all elements of the village related, the establishment of the structure of KP-ASI, lactation management training, assistance cadres practice management skills of lactation in Posyandu, training of MP-ASI skills, guidance of cadres in Posyandu practice of MP-ASI skills, evaluation or monitoring of activities through the lactation management competition and MP-ASI between cadres as a form of evaluation. The results of this activity in the form of the structure of KP-ASI organization with SK from the village head, there is an increase in the knowledge and skills of cadres in the management of lactation and MP-ASI. The test result of pre posttest in the test with value P = 0.00 (< 0.05) indicates that the knowledge of participants significantly increased. The results of the competition between cadres in the presentation of MP-ASI show the result that cadres can properly prepare MP-ASI. Data from village Midwives stated that there was an increase in BREAST feeding and MP-ASI in Sidoagung village.

This study aims to determine how the implementation of the village development program an as use of village funds in improving the welfare of the community in Lailangga village, Wadaga District West Muna Regency. The results of this research are disorganizing how to implement the village development program As the use of funds village in increasing the welfare of the community as seen from planning or village government work plan budgeting APBDesa, and the realization stage or the implementation of the Realization program is a necessity of the village community in accordance with village government deliberations with the community. Balassuka Village is a village located in the Tombolo Pao District in the eastern part of Gowa Regency with a distance of around 88 km from the city of Sungguminasa, and a distance of 15 km from the capital district with a total area of approximately 29 km2. The village with its various problems in the economic, social, educational, health, religious and cultural fields is in need for problem solving and for village development program. The objective of STIBA Makassar Community Service Program (KKN) in Balassuka Village was to implement higher education tri dharma on the pillar of community service. The method of community service (PkM) implementation was started by conducting a field survey using an independently-made instrument, and afterwards an SOAR analysis was performed for the purposes of preparing the KKN programs. KKN programs were generally divided into three those were the Koran education program, training, and community development. The Koran Education Programs were TK/ TPA, Dirosa (Koran Learning Program for Adult), Tahsinul Qira’ah, and discourse of the book Qawaid Qur'aniyah. Training programs included funeral arrangement training. Community development Program included Friday sermon, Taklim for youth and common people, brief Islamic speech every Magrib; Friday for worship; majlis taklim; and coaching for young mosque caretakers. The results of KKN activities show that the community and local government are very enthusiastic and grateful for the benefits they obtained from the implementation of KKN students’ work programs in Balassuka Village. In terms of knowledge, the community has experienced the development of Islamic insight. In terms of skills a change is seen in the recitation of makhraj and tajweed in reading the Koran. In terms of affection, the community begins to realize and be enthusiastic in performing worship that is based on proper and correct religious knowledge.
