This study aims to test empirically the effect of self adjustment, social support, visual learning style on academic stress in seventh grade students of SMP Negeri X Yogyakarta. This research method is a quantitative method with a Likert scale model as a data collection tool.  The subjects of this study were seventh grade students of SMP X Yogyakarta. The sampling technique was carried out by cluster random sampling technique. Data analysis of this research is multiple regression analysis technique with the help of SPSS 21 program. The results of data analysis showed: (1) there was a very significant influence between self-adjustment, social support, visual learning style on academic stress as indicated by F reg = 107.076 with p value = 0.000 (p <0.01). (2) there is an effect of adjustment to academic stress which is indicated by the value of t = -13,349 with a value of p = 0.000 (p <0.01). (3) there is no significant effect between social support and academic stress as indicated by the value of t = -1.726 with a value of p = 0.086 (p>0.01). (4) There is no significant effect between visual learning style and academic stress which can be seen from the value of t = 1.944 with a value of p = 0.054 (p>0.01). The conclusion of this research is that there is an effect of self adjustment, social support, visual learning style on academic stress.

The aim of this study was to analyze the learning styles on microbiology lectures for students in the new normal era. This study was a non-experimental with quantitative data. The population were all the third semester students majoring in Biology, Universitas Negeri Medan who studied microbiology consisting of 6 classes totaling 180 people. The sample consisted of 3 classes of 60 people who were taken randomly using random sampling technique. The data analysis technique was carried out using inferential statistics. The results showed that students’ visual learning style obtained 71%, audio learning style obtained 64% in the good category and kinesthetic learning style obtained 63% were all in the good category. Of the three learning styles, the highest percentage was found in the visual learning style.

The rate of stroke incidence is about 200 per 100,000 people throughout the world. This study aims to determine the Relation Suffer Stroke With Independence Level In Neurology Polyclinic TK II DR Ak Gani Palembang Year Hospital 2017. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with cross sectional design that is done by interviewing techniques with questionnaires on 42 respondents with Accidental sampling technique. This research was conducted in August 2017. Data analysis used is univariate data analysis and bivariate data analysis with one way anova test result. The results of univariate analysis showed that the duration of the respondents suffering from stroke was between 2.10 years to 3.38 years. Also found that most respondents were at the level of independence f; independent, except bathing, dressing, moving, and one other function with a total of 12 respondents. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the long suffering stroke with the level of independence with the value of p value 0.025. For that the need for rehabilitation to patients and families of patients in order to help improve the independence of stroke patients in doing their daily activities. The objectives of this research are to investigate whether: (1) students’ achievement of grammar taught by applying inductive approach higher than taught by applying deductive approach, (2) achievement of grammar of visual learning style students higher than achievement of grammar of auditory learning style students, and (3) there is an interaction between instructional approaches and learning styles on the students’ achievement of grammar. The population was students of Grade X of Vocational High School 1 Beringin Deli Serdang. Based on Cluster Sampling technique, two classes were chosen, namely Grades X1 and X3. The data were analyzed using a two-way ANOVA with 2 × 2 factorial design. The result reveals that (1) Students` grammar achievement taught by using inductive instructional approach is higher than that taught by using deductive instructional Approach (81,20 > 72,10), (2) Students with visual learning style have higher achievement in grammar than students with auditory learning style (81,90 > 72) and (3) there is significant interaction between instructional approaches and learning styles on students` achievement of grammar (4.906 > 3.96). Thus, it can be concluded that the application of instructional approaches and learning styles can affect students` achievement in grammar.   Keywords: Grammar; Instructional Approach; Learning Styles

<p><em>The aim of the study is to reveal the empirical data about the effect of cooperative learning and learning styles on the outcome of germany writting of SMA Negeri 42 Jakarta. The methodology used is the experimental method with a 2x2 factorial design. Data analysis performed by using two way variance analysis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen menggunakan desain faktorial 2 X 2. Pengukuran keterampilan menulis bahasa Jerman menggunakan tes tulis sedangkan gaya belajar menggunakan kuesioner. <p><em><em>Background: In Batik Mawar, almost all work is done manually using the hands and upper arms on a continuous basis combined with the rigor of work and the use of traditional tools. The work has a heavy workload because all the work process is done by the same craftsman causing fatigue besides that the worker also have double role. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between workload and dual role with feelings of fatigue on craftsmen batik roses.Method: This research is Quantitative research with Cross Sectional research design. The population in this study are all artisans in Batik Mawar. Sampling in this study using total sampling technique with the number of research samples as many as 40 respondents. Data analysis used by Univariat and Bivariat.Result: Result of data analysis using Chi-Square test for work load got value p-Value = 0,001. The result of data analysis using Chi-square test for double role got p-value = 0,031. Thus it is concluded that there is a meaningful relationship between workload and dual role with feeling tired. We recommend that craftsmen wash clothes 2 times a day, cook ready meals, other than together in completing the work at home</em></em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em>Di Batik Mawar, hampir semua pekerjaan dikerjakan secara manual menggunakan tangan dan lengan atas secara berkesinambungan yang dikombinasi dengan ketelitian kerja dan penggunaan alat-alat tradisional. Pekerjaan mempunyai beban kerja yang berat dikarenakan semua proses kerja dilakukan oleh pengrajin yang sama sehingga menimbulkan kelelahan</em><em> disamping itu pekerjanya juga memiliki peran ganda</em><em>.</em><em> Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan beban kerja dan peran ganda dengan perasaan lelah pada pengrajin batik mawar.Metode: </em><em>Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pengrajin di Batik Mawar. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 40 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan Univariat dan Bivariat.</em><em>Hasil: </em><em>Hasil analisis data yang menggunakan uji Chi-Square untuk beban kerja didapatkan nilai p-Value = 0,001. Hasil analisis data yang menggunakan uji Chi-square untuk peran ganda didapatkan nilai p-value= 0,031. Dengan demikian  disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang bermakna antara beban kerja dan peran ganda dengan perasaan lelah.Sebaiknya pengrajin mencuci pakaian 2 kali sehari, memasak makanan siap saji, selain itu dengan cara bersama-sama dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan dirumah.</em><em></em></p><strong><em></em></strong>

The objective of this study was to identify learning styles of students. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with survey method. The variable in this study is a single variable , namely the identification of student learning styles. The study population is students of Guidance and Counseling FKIP Pattimura University totaling 388 people. Samples were used as samples in the amount of 10% of the population of 39 people. The sampling technique using Simple Random Sampling. Learning styles questionnaire prepared based on the opinion of De Poter & Hernacki is used as a data collection tool. Learning styles identified as visual learning style, auditorial learning style, and kinesthetic learning style. Data analysis techniques in this study is the descriptive statistical analysis methods. Based on the survey results revealed that students of guidance and counseling FKIP Pattimura University has a tendency to one learning style. Of the 39 students found that 6 students had a tendency visual learning style, 20 students have a tendency to auditory learning style, 1 student has a tendency kinestheticlearning style, and 12 students have a tendency to mix between learning styles and learning styles visual auditorylearning styles.

Abstrak  Latar Belakang :Access block adalah situasi dimana pasien yang mengalami lama rawat di IGD 6 karena kurangnya akses ke ruang rawat inap dan kepadatan jumlah pasien yang tidak terkendali, dampaknya ditemukan bahwa semakin lama access block  semakin tinggi pula perburukan pasien dalam 24 jam.Tujuan : ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan access block dengan perburukan kondisi pasien di Instalasi Gawat Darurat RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin.Metode :Penelitian menggunakan desain analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel yang diambil berjumlah 40 orang dengan teknik pengambilan accidental sampling. Analisis data melalui uji spearman rank.Hasil : Hasil uji dipapatkan nilai p hitung 0,000 (0,05) ada hubungan antara access block dengan perburukan kondisi pasien di instalasi gawat darurat RSUD Ulin Banjarmasi.Simpulan: Berdasarka hasil penelitian Ada hubungan antara access block dengan perburukan kondisi pasien di Instalasi Gawat Darurat RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin dengan nilai P= 0,000 nilai α = 0,05 dengan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,588 Kata kunci: Access Block, Perburukan Pasien. Abstract Background :Access block is a situation where patients who experience length of stay in the ED 6 due to lack of access to the inpatient room and uncontrolled density of patients, it is found that the longer the access block the higher the deterioration of patients in 24 hours.Purpose: This study aims to determine the relationship of access block with deteriorating condition of patients in Emergency Installation Ulin Hospital Banjarmasin.Method : The research method uses an analytical design with a cross sectional approach. The number of samples taken is 40 people using the accidental sampling technique. Data analysis through spearman rank test.Result: The test results obtained p value calculated 0,000 (0.05) there is a relationship between the access block and deterioration of the patient's condition at the Ulin Banjarmasin Hospital emergency department.Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, there is a relationship between the access block and the worsening of the patient's condition at the Emergency Department of RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin with a value of P = 0.000 value α = 0.05 with a correlation coefficient value of 0.588. Keywords: Access Block, Patient worsening

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) The effect of motivation on mathematics learning achievement; (2) The effect of interest on mathematics learning achievement; (3) The effect of study time management on mathematics learning achievement; (4) The influence of motivation, interest, and time management on the learning achievement of seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Tumbang Titi. The sampling used in this study was nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The instrument for collecting data was a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study used descriptive analysis with the help of the SPSS 25 application. The results showed that: (1) There was an effect of motivation on students' mathematics learning achievement. This can be indicated by a regression coefficient of 0.712 which means that it has a positive effect on mathematics learning achievement; (2) There is an influence of interest on students' mathematics learning achievement. This can be indicated by a regression coefficient of 0.388 which means that it has a positive effect on mathematics learning achievement; (3) There is an effect of time management on students' mathematics learning achievement. This can be indicated by a regression coefficient of 0.466 which means that it has a positive effect on mathematics learning achievement; (4) There is an effect of motivation, interest and time management on students' mathematics learning achievement. This can be indicated by a regression coefficient of 0.726, which means that it has a positive effect on mathematics learning achievement.

This study aims to determine the role of organizational culture on organization citizenship behavior in cooperative employees in Medan. The subjects of this study were 80 employees from three coorperatives in the Medan city. This research uses incidental sampling technique. Reserch data were obtained using two scales in the Likert scale model, namely organizational culture and organization citizenship behavior (OCB). The reliability of the scale of the organizational culture is 0.789 out of items and the reliability of the organization citizenship behavior (OCB) scale is 0.727 out of 17 items. Research data were analyzed using simple regression correlation with the SPSS windows version 16.0 program and coefficient value obtained with an R coefficient of 0.532 with a P value of significance of 0.000 < 0.05 with an R coefficient of 0.532, wich means that the organizational culture’s contribution to organization citizenship behavior (OCB) was 28.3% with a regression equation Y= 11.816 + 0.363. The result means that there is a positive and significant role between organizational culture to organization citizenship behavior (OCB) in coorperative employee in Medan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran budaya organisasi terhadap organization citizenship behavior (OCB) pada karyawan koperasi di kota Medan Kecamatan Medan Tuntungan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 80 orang karyawan dari tiga koperasi yang ada di kecamatan Medan Tuntungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling aksidental. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan dua skala dalam model skala Likert, yaitu skala budaya organisasi dan organization citizenship behavior (OCB). Reliabilitas skala budaya organisasi adalah 0,798 dari 22 item dan reliabilitas skala organization citizenship behavior (OCB) adalah 0,727 dari 17 item. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan korelasi regresi sederhana dengan program SPSS windows versi 16.0 dan diperoleh nilai koefisien dengan koefisien R sebesar 0.532 dengan nilai p signifikansi sebesar 0.000 < 0.05 dengan koefisien R sebesar 0.532, yang memiliki arti bahwa kontribusi budaya organisasi terhadap OCB sebesar 28.3% dengan persamaan regeresi Y = 11.816 + 0.363. Hasil ini berarti ada peran yang positif dan signifikan antara budaya organisasi terhadap organization citizenship behavior (OCB) pada anggota Koperasi di kota Medan. The purpose of this research is to find out: (1) The correlation between self esteem and bullying behavior, (2) The correlation between conformity and bullying behavior, (3) The correlation between self esteem and conformity towards bullying behavior. The subjects of this research were 86 students on VIII grade of SMP Barunawati Surabaya, who are selected using population sampling technique. Data were collected using likert scales of self esteem, conformity, and bullying behavior. Data analysis technique of this research using multiple linier regression analysis. Results of this research are: (1) self esteem has a significant correlation towards bullying behavior with a negative correlation, can be seen from the significance value 0,000 and regression coefficientt -0,526, (2) conformity has a significance correlation towards bullying behavior with a positive  correlation that is shown from the significance value 0,003 and regression coefficientt 0,321, (3) Rsquare value 0,301 means that 30,1% variations on bullying behavior is influenced of self esteem and conformity, the other variable that has a value of 69,9% is caused of other variable that is not measured in this research. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan: (1) Hubungan antara harga diri dengan perilaku bullying, (2) Hubungan antara konformitas dengan perilaku bullying, (3) Hubungan antara harga diri dan konformitas dengan perilaku bullying. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional. Subjek pada penelitian ini ialah 86 siswa kelas VIII SMP Barunawati Surabaya yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik sampel populasi. Data skala harga diri, skala konformitas dan skala perilaku bullying diperoleh menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah uji analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) harga diri memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan perilaku bullying dengan arah hubungan yang negatif, dapat dilihat dari signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dan koefisien regresi -0,526. (2) konformitas memiliki hubungan yang signifiksn dengan perilaku bullying dengan arah hubungan  positif yang dapat dilihat dari signifikansi sebesar 0,003 dan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,321. (3) nilai Rsquare sebesar 0,301 artinya sebesar 30,1% variasi pada perilaku bullying dipengaruhi oleh harga diri dan konformitas, sisanya sebesar 69,9% disebabkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diukur dalam penelitian ini.
