Tuberculosis is an infectious disease whose number is still increasing in Indonesia, especially in Mulyasari Village, Tamansari District, Tasikmalaya City. TB incidence in Tamansari as of November 2020 reached 58 people, 3 people died and 1 person experienced drug resistance. Muhammadiyah is an Islamic da'wah movement for amar ma'ruf nahi munkar whose one of its da'wah movements is concerned with social humanitarian movements in the health sector. One of the health services that continues to be developed by Muhammadiyah is service and counseling to the community about TB disease and socialization of the use of TB Comprehensive PMO guidelines which can improve the cognitive, affective and psychomotor abilities of TB PMO which have an impact on increasing public awareness of TB disease. This program is implemented through counseling to cadres, religious leaders and PMOs in the work area of ??the Tamansari Health Center about TB disease and socialization of the use of TB Comprehensive PMO guidelines. Tamansari Health Center consists of 4 sub-districts, namely Mulyasari village, Sukahurip village, Setyawargi village and Setyamulya village. The results of this community service are an increase in the knowledge of cadres, PMOs and religious leaders about TB control and the formation of the TB Care Muhammadiyah management where in each disctrict there are 4 Muhammadiyah branch managers who collaborate with the village cadre coordinator to participate in monitoring the treatment of TB patients in the Tamansari area.

The ideology of radical-terrorism is an interesting remark to be understood by the Karangduren Klaten village community as an effort in preventing the entry value that is against the ideology of Pancasila. The supreme divinity value of Pancasila ideology one in the reform era has been challenged by the wave of globalization on information. Socialization on the divinity values aims to stimulate public awareness on the threat of radical ideology of terrorism that potentially grow and develop in the village of Karangduren, Kebonarum, Klaten. This study covers the fields of nationalism and identity with the preaching method and focus of discussion. The Ideology of divinity axiologically and epistemologically comprising of divinity, humanity, unity, democratic and justice values which need to be delivered through specific form of communication which can be adjusted to community’s life in the village of Karangduren. Language as a tool in which various information can be accessed by people living in both rural and urban transition strongly influenced by factors of traditional cultural practices that are still upheld in dealing with modernity. The current actual discourse of terrorism needs to be understood and useful as countering radicalism through familiarization the noble values exemplifications as deeply held by the community leaders and the local youth movement ‘Karangtaruna; through the use of appropriate language on the context of Karangduren citizens.

Indonesia has 20,000 types of plants where 300 species have been used as traditional medicines. The use of traditional medicine as an alternative treatment in Indonesia that has been used by both rural and urban communities. The use of traditional medicine is considered safer than modern medicine. The purpose of this study was to identify the level of use of traditional medicine and public awareness in the use of traditional medicine in work area of  Health Center Gombong 1 which consists of 5 villages. This research is a non-experimental and descriptive research that uses a questionnaire. Respondents who participated in this study were 140 people. The characteristics of respondents who participated in this study were the majority of men (50,71%), last educated of elementary school (41,43%), as housewives (27,86%). The majority of people in work area of Health Center Gombong choose treatment with modern medicine (64,29%). In addition there are 35,71% using traditional medicine and the majority use rhizome species (46%) for the treatment of minor ailments. In this study also showed that the majority of people do not know the safety of traditional medicines (50%) due to lack of information so that information is needed on the benefits and safety and the use of good and appropriate traditional medicines.

The Empowerment of Skilled-Media Village Officials in Building Public Awareness and Concern for the Environment in Cikeruh Village, Jatinangor District, Sumedang Regency The village government staff is the spearhead of the village government duty whose job is to deliver and process various information relating to government programs, both central and regional government. In this digital era, almost all information flow is carried out through social media. For this reason, a skilled and capable village government staff is needed, especially in using and utilizing social media devices. Through social media, the village government able to socialize the government's relay program and other information to residents. The village service of Cikeruh village through media social has not run optimally. Therefore, training in managing social media, especially in the socialization of environmental hygiene issues, must be held. Universitas Padjadjaran is one of the higher education institutions holding the mandate of community service through education and research activities. This community service integrated with student work college was held in Cikeruh village, Jatinangor District, Sumedang Regency. The training method was lecture and discussion methods, as well as hands-on practice. Participants gained various knowledge related to message management and the use of social media, especially Facebook and Instagram. The results of the activity were the increasing of the knowing, attitudes, and behavior of participants in using Instagram and Facebook to increase effort in improving and restructuring the environment in Cikeruh Village.

Community service activities are one of the TRI DHARMA university’s obligations. On this occasion, it was reported that community service activities needed improvement in the health sector. The location of this activity is in Pangambatan Village, Kecamatan Merek, Kabupaten Karo, Sumatera Utara and this activity is planned to begin in April until September 2019. The problem in the field is to increase the flow of tourists to Kecamatan Merek to make the need for adequate toilet facilities (MCK). Besides that, it was also found that the community's need for clean water and toilets were used daily by the community. The solution offered is to renovate the MCK facilities for the daily needs of the community and in addition to the toilet facilities for tourists who visit to the village. It is hoped that through this activity the problems in the local community can be overcome.

Philosophically, the river is the source of life, is the lifeblood of the earth, therefore the water flowing in the river must be kept pure and clean. The Tukad Mati River stretches from north to south in the middle of the village of Padangsambian Kaja, so that its position is squeezed between settlements and residents' housing, therefore the cleanliness of the water in Tukad Mati is strongly influenced by waste management from residential and residential areas. To help realize and maintain the cleanliness of the dead body, the team, with the permission of the Community Service Institute, UNWAR collaborated with partners (Padangsambian Kaja Village) through a community partnership program with outreach activities and location planning to build public awareness that rivers are not a dumping ground for all kinds of waste, for that it is necessary carried out: sorting waste from households to reduce waste to rivers, forming a community that cares about rivers and waste banks, doing mutual cooperation on a regular basis, carrying out supervision by related parties so that the rules run effectively, structuring the dead river so that it can be used as a tourist spot and fishing place.

Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 is the most common endocrine disease and the most common form of diabetes. Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus requires independent medical treatment and management education to prevent acute complications and reduce the risk of long-term complications. Management of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in patients while being hospitalized is the responsibility of the health team. The number of sufferers of diabetes mellitus (DM) from year to year tends to increase, in 1995 the number of DM sufferers in the world according to WHO as many as 135 million people and is expected to continue to increase to 299 million people in 2025. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase knowledge about independent blood sugar monitoring in Ampah Village II The working area of Ampah Health Center, East Barito Regency. The target in this community service activity is people with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (diabetes) aged 52 to 72 years in the work area of the Ampah Health Center. The implementation of community service activities was carried out in November 2018. The place of implementation of this community service is in the village of Ampah II, the work area of the Ampah Health Center, East Barito Regency. The purpose of this study is to establish a relationship between the village head and the village consultative body in Ubung, Buru Regency. The research problem is focused on the collaboration between the village head and the village consultative body in containing the spread of Covid-19 in Ubung. The study employed a qualitative approach, with a total of twenty informants chosen at random. This study was conducted in the village of Ubung, with informants including village officials, members of the Village Consultative Body, representatives of community leaders, traditional leaders, and religious leaders, as well as community representatives considered to possess competencies relevant to the research objectives. This study collects data about the partnership relationship through observation and in-depth interviews. The analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis under Miles, Huberman, and Spradley's concepts. This study concludes that the village is extremely responsive in planning and implementing the management of Covid-19, making it easier for the community to be involved. The village side also adjusts to the existing conditions to carry out the control of Covid-19, specifically by conducting analysis and identification to decipher the program of activities that will be planned in collaboration with the Village Consultative Body. In the division of Village Consultative Body tasks, the village government prioritizes development sector implementation and public awareness, while the village government focuses more on-field segmentation planning.

Macanputih is a village located in Kabat Subdistrict, Banyuwangi Regency, where most of its citizens work in the agricultural sector. This village is a village built by the Accounting Study Program of Airlangga University from October 2018. The problem that occurred in this village is the lack of public awareness in cultivating local potential in the village. After the first volume of community service was carried out, the other problems that arose were MSMEs and Farmers' Groups who had limitations in enlarging capital and licensing PIRTs on their products, even though the products were already well known and competitive. Seeing this problem, the Accounting Study Program of Airlangga University held a Accounting Village program, which is a sustainable community service to develop the potential possessed by Macanputih village, activities carried out in stages, ranging from training to the utilization of local potential, to economic development. Through this activity, it is expected that residents in Macanputih Village can work together with related parties in developing their villages. Another expected output is the formation of cooperatives to help with capital problems faced.

The prevalence of non-communicable diseases such as diabetes mellitus continues to increase every year. Teenagers today cannot be separated from unhealthy lifestyles such as smoking, eating fast food, online gaming, and lack of physical activity. The data obtained that 60 to 80 smoker students in Ambon State Aliyah Madrasah which is the work area of ​​the Air Besar Health Center. In the Air Besar Health Center in the past year, there were 207 diabetes mellitus sufferers. The expected outcome and outcome of this Community Service is increasing students' knowledge and skills towards diabetes mellitus with CERDIK behavior in schools. The service method is carried out through education and training through demonstrations. Demonstrations were given related to CERDIK behavior such as how to prevent smoking, how to manage stress, and how to read food packaging labels to reduce sugar consumption. So the results and outcomes obtained are increased knowledge and skills of students as participants of CERDIK behavior in schools. The series of community service activities can be carried out properly according to the plan. And it is expected that the person in charge of the UKS will provide other students with the CERDIK module in the school that has been given and the involvement of the Health Center is running the Non-Communicable Disease program in schools as a continuation of community service.

Tuberculosis (TB) is still a threat to the community in Teluk Paman Village, Kampar Kiri District, Kampar Regency. In addition, it is not yet optimal for community empowerment by the government and health workers. This is indicated by the absence of a "Pos TB Desa" and TB cadres who can assist community-based TB management in the village. The strategy of empowering the community can be done in various ways, including advocacy, community development and community movements. The purpose of this community service was to examine the implementation of community empowerment in TB prevention and control and to see the effectiveness of advocacy and training in realizing empowered cadres. The empowerment method was advocacy, forming a "Pos TB Desa" and village TB control network, training with question and answer lecture methods combined with simulations and using various educational media. This activity has provided many benefits. The community has been able to utilize the TB Village Post that is already available. This activity helps the Health Office and local government in preventing and controlling TB cases. This activity also increases the knowledge and skills of village TB Post cadres to help prevent and control TB.
