Abstract Study presents the results of the steam surface KCS-200-2 reconstruction. In order to maintain the dissolved oxygen concentration, according to the Code of Operation for Power Plants, the steam sparger was installed in condenser hotwell. Despite the abnormal air leakage level, reducing of dissolved oxygen concentration was reached. The dissolved oxygen concentration reduced, on average, by 2 times. As it was expected, in the cases of low inlet cooling water temperature, the final oxygen concentration did not reach the normal level. In last 3 tests the dissolved oxygen concentration was reduced to 19 mg /l. The results show a possibility of described reconstruction experience.

When we think about running enterprise applications on-premises, enterprises do two things for their servers, databases, and storage. Enterprises provision for peaks and put a lot of infrastructures to handle peak demand, although a lot of this capacity is not used at normal times. The other thing is a few instances that each application needs to have, typically between five and six. Multiplying this number by many times due to various applications causes a lot of costs and creates capacity that is not used. For such reasons, the enterprise applications in the cloud seem reasonable. In the cloud, two things are possible again. Instead of overprovisioning for peaks, enterprises can scale the capacity on on-demand and spin up instances on demand. This means a certain amount of cost-saving by running at a normal level instead of overprovisioning. In this paper, various factors will be considered, and the benefits for enterprise data warehouse implementation in the cloud vs. on-premises will be stated. Life is not merely to be alive, but to be healthy and wealthy. Every day we hear about new diseases and get fear and panicked. Despite incredible improvement in health since 1950, there are still a number of challenges, cardiovascular disease remains among the leading causes of death of world wide. Hypertension is very common condition under cardiovascular diseases1. Blood pressure is a measurement of the force against the wall of the arteries as the heart pumps blood through your body. The normal level of blood pressure is 120/80 mmHg, where 120 represents the systolic measurement and 80 represents the diastolic measurement2.

Abstract In recent years, the consideration of natural products as anti-inflammatory and antioxidative treatments has more interested worldwide. Moreover, natural products are easily obtained and are relatively safe the Royal jelly (RJ) is one of them. The current study was carried to evaluate the effects of pregabalin (PGB) on physiological activity of sperms, reproductive hormones assay and some biochemical analysis. Forty (40) male albino rats (10-weeks-old) were divided into four groups (10 rats each): G1 (treated with PGB drug, 150 mg/kg B.wt (Lyrica-Pfizer-Pharmaceutical Industries), G2 (treated with RJ 1g/kg), G3 (treated with PGB drug and RJ together), and G4 control treated with normal saline only. all groups were treated orally via stomach tube for 60 consecutive days.. PGB caused a significant reduction in sperm count, sperm viability, motility and sperm abnormality percent, serum FSH, LH and testosterone levels, the co-administration of RJ caused normal level of the previous tests near the control group level. Results of the lipid profile and some the present results of the liver function parameters showed increased concentrations in PGB-treated group, but after treated with RJ the levels were recovered to normal level. In the studied antioxidants markers, the results appeared high level in malondialdehyde (MDA) and low level in the antioxidants enzymes; superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) the RJ was appeared direct effect on MDA and showed decreased concentration of MDA and increased levels in the studied antioxidants enzymes of the PGB group which treated with RJ.

Geneological perspective differences on the Jakarta Charter had become the main cause for some Islamic groups to have an endless struggle in embodying Islamism and Islamic ideology formalism as the basis of their philosophy and ideology. Compromise and radicalism are part of the movement of these groups. This study aims to examine the supporters’ movement of the understanding of Islamism and Islamic Idiology formalism in order to get involve in Indonesian political system. The phenomenological constructivism approach is used in understanding the views of New Order Regime and Reforms Regime in dealing with Islamism and Islamic idiology formalism which are taken from interview and document analysis. The results of the study show that the radical issues are far more than the normal level of the Indonesian Islam movement. The concerns of certain groups which are oriented towards the Islamic movement in Indonesia are more co-opted in an anti-Islamic global network sponsored by the United States. The status of the New Order Regime and the Reform Regime do not differ significantly in addressing various state issues related to the issues of the Islamic movement. For these two regimes, Islamism is still seen as a movement that must be tightly controlled, radical issues and terrorism are the most effective political instruments for controlling Islamic nationalism groups whose views differ from secular nationalist groups with regard to national philosophy and identity.

The glucotoxicity caused by long-term exposure of β-cells to high glucose (HG) conditions may lead to the generation of more reactive oxygen species (ROS), reduce the activity of antioxidant enzymes, cause cell damage and apoptosis, and induce insulin secretion dysfunction. Siegesbeckia orientalis linne is a traditional folk herbal medicine used to treat snake bites, rheumatoid arthritis, allergies, and immune deficiencies. In this study, we evaluated the protective effect of S. orientalis ethanol extract (SOE) on cell death and oxidative stress in RIN-m5f pancreatic β-cells stimulated by two HG concentrations (50–100 mM). In the cell viability assay, SOE could significantly increase the survival rate of pancreatic β-cells under HG-induced conditions. For the oxidative stress induced by HG condition, the treatment of SOE effectively reduced the ROS formation, increased the content of intracellular glutathione, and up-regulated the expression of antioxidant enzymes, catalase, superoxide dismutase, and glutathione peroxidase. As a result, the SOE treatment could decrease the glucotoxicity-mediated oxidative damage on RIN-m5F β-cells. Moreover, SOE had the function of regulating insulin secretion in pancreatic β-cells under different HG-mediated conditions. It could decrease the increasing intracellular insulin secretion under the low glucose concentration to normal level; while increase the decreasing intracellular insulin secretion under the relatively high glucose concentration to normal level. Taken together, this study suggests that SOE has a protective effect on pancreatic β-cells under the HG-stimulated glucotoxic environment.
