<p>The aims of the reaserch was: (1) to know how the development of interactive multimedia in praying introduction; (2) to know the effectiveness of the use of interactive multimedia the introduction of prayer for aspects of  child development in integrated isamic kindergarten Mutiara Banguntapan, Bantul Yogyakarta. The method that used in this research was Research and Development (R&amp;D) R&amp;D used for measuring the feasibility of interactive multimedia product by refering to development style of Borg &amp; Gall through 6 stages of development, namely: (1) potential and problem; (2) data collection; (3) design product; (4) validation product; (5) revision product; (6) trials product. The result of the research showed that: (1) interactive multimedia of prayer introduction was developed based on the development prosedure Borg and Gall. The appropriateness of product based on the validation of media experts and material experts with an overall rating of 3.83 in the good category. So that, can be concluded that multimedia developed was suitable to use in the learning media of prayer introduction, then; (2) Application of multimedia interactive prayer performed on 15 child in the class A2 abu sufyan bin harist, by conducting experimental trials by looking at the effectiveness of the use of interactive multimedia introduction of pre and post prayers on aspects of child development. Average effectiveness before use interactive multimedia introduction prayer on aspects child development 36,54% and Average effectiveness after use interactive multimedia introduction prayer on aspects child development 76,66% with motoric physical development 73,33%,  language 80%, cognitive 80%, social emotional 73,33%. So it can be concluded that by using interactive multimedia the introduction of prayer to aspects of development is more effective than not using interactive multimedia recognition of prayer on aspects of development.</p>

PurposeThe Little in Norway (LiN) project is a cross-disciplinary prospective longitudinal study starting in pregnancy. It was set up to investigate maternal and paternal mental health functioning in the transition to parenthood, detect pathways to healthy and aberrant child development and generate new knowledge about mechanisms underlying differential child mental health susceptibility.ParticipantsThe LiN cohort is a community-based sample comprising 1036 families (1036 mothers, 884 partners, 1017 children). All pregnant women and their partners receiving routine prenatal care at well-baby clinics at nine geographically selected sites across Norway were invited to participate. Enrolment took place from September 2011 to October 2012. This cohort profile comprises 10 data collection waves spanning from enrolment in pregnancy until child age 18 months.Findings to dateFour types of information have been collected: multi-informant questionnaire reports, direct observation of interaction, test data and biological samples. The most significant findings so far relate to three domains of results. First, when examining risk factors for parental mental health problems, results showed that the parents’ own adverse childhood experiences and attachment style were related to anxiety, depression and stress in the perinatal period. The perception of difficult child temperament was also found to contribute to parenting stress in the first year after birth. Second, we studied how parental mental health risk factors were related to later child development and social emotional functioning, for example, linking maternal symptoms to social-emotional outcomes and paternal symptoms to language outcomes. Third, we investigated the relation between maternal nutrition during pregnancy and aspects of early child development. Results showed that mild to moderate maternal iodine deficiency in pregnancy was associated with poorer language skills up to 18 months, but not with reduced cognitive or fine and gross motor skills.Future plansA data collection point at 36 months is completed and currently being analysed. In phonology, students will be familiar with phonetics which is specifically emphasize phonetics’ articulation and the sound. This study used Research and Development method. Researchers developed Interactive Multimedia Power Point Presentation (IMPPT) which can be used to teach phonetics. There are some stages done to develop IMPPT. Those stages are need analysis, data collection, product design and validation, and product testing. Product testing was also carried out as a consideration for the next steps. If the result was not satisfied, the researcher revised the design to obtain the final product. There were three aspects concerned as criteria of IMPPT, namely visual aspect, audio aspect, and material aspect. Those three aspects were validated based on assessment rubrics made by researcher. The range in the rubric is 1-5. The visual aspect showed the highest percentage, in which it was 35%. The second highest percentage was audio aspect. In material aspect, the total score was 23 (32%).

This study aims to develop interactive multimedia products based on local potential that are suitable for use in handcrafted learning and entrepreneurship in high schools. This research is a research and development (Research and Development) with a 4-D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) which takes place in Susukan 1 State Senior High School, Cirebon. The subjects of this study were 29 students, two educators and two media and material expert. The research instrument used a needs analysis questionnaire and observation sheet at the definition stage, then a questionnaire for validation of media experts, material experts, educators and students for the development stage. The result of this research and development is an interactive multimedia product that is suitable for learning craftsmanship and entrepreneurship. The research results show that students have a positive view of interactive multimedia development, besides that the results of developing interactive multimedia products based on local potential have gone through the validation and assessment stages of all media experts with a score of 4.6 (very good), material experts 4.8 ( very good), educators 4.3 (good), and students 4.2 (good), so that overall interactive multimedia products have met learning needs and are included in the appropriate category for use in the learning process of handcraft and entrepreneurship in high school.AbstrakPenelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengmbangkan produk multimedia interaktif berbasis potensi lokal yang layak digunakan pada pembelajaran prakarya dan kewirausahaan di Sekolah Menengah Atas. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model 4-D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) yang mengambil lokasi di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 1 Susukan, Kabupaten Cirebon. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 29 peserta didik, dua pendidik serta dua validator ahli media dan materi. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket analisis kebutuhan dan lembar observasi pada tahap pendefinisian, kemudian angket untuk validasi ahli media, ahli materi, pendidik serta peserta didik untuk tahap pengembangan. Hasil dari penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah produk multimedia interaktif yang layak digunakan untuk pembelajaran prakarya dan kewirausahaan. Melalui hasil penelitian menunjukkan siswa memiliki pandangan yang positif terhadap pengembangan multimedia interaktif, disamping itu hasil pengembangan produk multimedia interaktif berbasis potensi lokal telah melalui tahapan validasi serta penilaian dari seluruh ahli media dengan skor 4,6 (sangat baik) , ahli materi 4,8 (sangat baik), pendidik 4,3 (baik), dan siswa 4,2 (baik), sehingga secara keseluruhan produk multimedia interaktif telah memenuhi kebutuhan pembelajaran serta termasuk dalam kategori layak untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran prakarya dan kewirausahaan di SMA.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan Multimedia Interaktif (MMI) yang dikembangkan dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran untuk siswa tunarungu SMALB khususnya pada materi unsur. Metode penelitian menggunakan Research and Development (R&D) dibatasi pada tahap uji coba terbatas. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah lembar telaah, validasi, angket respon siswa dan aktivitas writing to learn (WTL). Metode pengumpulan data terdiri atas angket dan observasi yang selanjutnya akan dianalisis secara deskriptif. MMI dikatakan layak apabila mendapat persentase ≥61% dengan kriteria baik atau sangat baik. Hasil penelitian secara teoritis maupun empiris menunjukkan MMI yang dikembangkan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Secara teoritis kelayakan didasarkan pada hasil validasi MMI yang terdiri atas kriteria isi yang memperoleh persentase degan 75,00% - 91,67%, kriteria penyajian memperoleh persentase dengan rentang 75,00% - 91,67%, dan kriteria kebahasaan yang mendapat persentase dengan rentang 83,33% - 91,67%. Berdasarkan hasil validasi, secara teoritis MMI yang dikembangkan layak digunakan sebagai media belajar dengan kriteria baik dan sangat baik. Kelayakan MMI secara empiris yang didasarkan pada hasil angket respon siswa dengan rentang persentase 66,67% - 100% masuk dalam kriteria baik dan sangat baik, aktivitas WTL yang mendapat nilai dengan rentang 77,78% – 92,59% dinyatakan layak dengan kriteria baik dan sangat baik. Abstract This research aimed to know feasibility of develop Interactive Multimedia (MMI) to use as learning media for hearing-impaired students at SMALB especially for element material. Method used in this research was Research and Development (R&D) limited to the trial stage. The instruments used in the research were study sheets, validation, student questionnaire responses and writing to learn (WTL) activities. Data collection methods consisted of questionnaires and observations that would be analyzed descriptively. MMI is considered to be feasible if it gets a percentage of ≥ 61% with good or very good criteria. The theoretical and empirical research results showed that the developed MMI was worthy for the use as a learning medium. Theoretically, the eligibility was based on the results of MMI validation consisting of content criteria that obtained a percentage of 75.00% - 91.67%, the presentation criteria obtain a percentage ranging from 75.00% - 91.67%, and linguistic criteria that obtained a percentage with range 83.33% - 91.67%. Based on the results of the validation, theoretically, the MMI developed was suitable to use as a learning media categorized in good and very good criteria. The eligibility of MMI empirically based on the results of student questionnaire responses with a range of percentage 66.67% - 100% included in good and very good criteria, WTL activities that obtained range of 77.78% - 92.59% were considered eligible categorized in good and very good criteria.  Key words: Deaf, MMI, Writing to learn.

PAUD is an act of providing stimulation as a stimulation to children aged 0-6 years, to achieve maximum growth and development. This was done both and so that the child will be ready to enter the next level of education. To achieve growth and development, it is necessary to develop aspects of cognitive abilities, language, motor skills, arts, social, emotional, religious values, through fun activities. Religious values are developed through Imtaq, hoping children will recognize, know, understand and say Hijaiyah as a developing ability for children to recite as a benchmark for achieving child development. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of Smart Apron Media in improving the ability to recognize letters Hijaiyah Children Age 3-4 Years in the Play Group Aisyiyah Tenggarong, 2019. This research was PTK (Classroom Action Research). This research was carried out with two cycles in which each cycle consisted of 4 (four) stages that had to be passed planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were 10 children comprising 4 boys and 6 girls. While the object of this research is the use of smart apron media in improving the ability to recognize Hijaiyah letters. Data collection techniques used are observation and documentation. Based on the results of research in the first cycle, for meetings 1 and 2 have seen an increase of 45% and at the second meeting reached 70%. in the second cycle the first meeting achieved an increase with 72 percent and in the second meeting reached 85%. The results be concluded that by using smart apron media the ability to recognize letters of Hijaiyah as a whole has experienced a good increase in every aspect of its assessment.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi manajemen sumber daya manusia pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang, dan mengetahui bagaimana hasil kinerja santri di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, studi dokumentasi dan wawancara.Hasil Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa peran manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja santri di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang yang diawali dengan pengolaan dalam bentuk fungsi perencanaan dan operasional yang baru.Terutama pengrekrutan jajaran assatidz yang berdedikasi dan berpendidikan tinggi masuk ke pondok pesantren pagelaran II. Sehingga keberlangsungan pesantren akan berinovasi dan pengendalian selalu sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen sumber daya manusia di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang telah dijalankan dengan baik dan menunjukan keberhasilan dalam upaya menyiapkan insan kamil. ABSTRAK It aims to know how to implementation of human resources management hut pesantren by fire ii, and find out How did santri's performance result in the pesantren pagelaran 2 Sumedang. The method used in this study is a descriptive method, data collection is done using observation techniques, a documentary study and debriefing. This study found that human resource management's role in optimizing santri's performance in pondok pesantren pagelaran 2 Sumedang. That begin with processing in the form of new planning and operational functions. Particularly recruits for the dedicated, highly educated assatidz went into the pagelaran 2 Sumedang. So martial arts have continued to innovate and control always conforms to the development of The Times. So it is inadmissible that the human resources management at pesantren pagelaran 2 sumedang has been well run and show that is successful in preparing for the perfect human being.

Self-efficacy of students plays a role in determining student success in learning, including learning mathematics. Affective aspects such as self-efficacy, play a major role when students work and use mathematics, because to be able to solve mathematical problems is not enough just to know how to do it, but must be accompanied by self-efficacy about the truth of the concepts and procedures they have. This research was conducted in two groups of students using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire to measure students' self-efficacy. Observation data collection techniques were also conducted to determine the learning process of the two groups. The results showed that groups of students who used active and cooperative learning had higher self-efficacy. Keywords: self-efficacy, mathematics, cooperative learning.

Research that the author did aim to know how to design inventory system on Planet Phone.The method used is quantitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used are literature study, observation, and interviews. From the research conducted found that there is a problem on inventory data processing. The process of inventory data processing only by writing using a general ledger. So this causes inaccuracies and delays in reports. Therefore the authors make the information system by using PHP and MySQL database. This system consists of inputting inventory data, inventory reports, sales reports and income reports. As for some suggestions given to tackle the problem is by connecting the system with internet connection, for employees more quickly and effectively in penginputan inventory data and owner can also know the sales reports and income reports more quickly without having to come directly to the store.

PurposeThe purpose of this paper is to identify and describe the long-term impacts of hurricanes on schools and discuss approaches to improving recovery efforts.Design/methodology/approachInterviews with 20 school districts in Texas and North Carolina after Hurricanes Harvey (2017) and Matthew (2016). In total, 115 interviews were conducted with teachers, principals, district superintendents and representatives from state education agencies. Interview questions focused on the impact of storms and strategies for recovery.FindingsThe authors uncovered three long-term impacts of hurricanes on schools: (1) constrained instructional time, (2) increased social-emotional needs and (3) the need to support educators.Research limitations/implicationsThis paper focuses on two storms, in two states, in two successive years. Data collection occurred in Texas, one academic year after the storm. As compared to the North Carolina, data collection occurred almost two academic years after the storm.Practical implicationsThis paper illuminates strategies for stakeholders to implement and expedite hurricane recovery through; (1) updating curricula plans, (2) providing long-term counselors and (3) supporting educators in and out of school.Originality/valueTo date, very few studies have explored the ways in which schools face long-term impacts following a disaster. This paper provides insight to the challenges that prolong the impacts of disasters and impede recovery in schools. With hurricanes and related disasters continuing to affect schooling communities, more research is needed to identify the best ways to support schools, months to years after an event.

<p>Abstract<br />The article of  this research is know how to main base into consideration Bank Rakyat Indonesia in doing Agroniaga, Bank acquisitions and ownership as well as knowing the order management after the acquisition of pengambilalhian shares or conducted by the people’s Bank of Indonesia against the Bank Agroniaga of Law Number 10 Of 1998 changes to the Law Number Number 7 Of 1992. This research is socio legal. The research is descriptive. Types of data used include primary data and secondary data, which includes primary legal materials and legal secondary materials. Data collection techniques used with interviews and studies library. Data analysis techniques used in this research was the qualitative analysis. The results of research and discussion of the basic considerations that Rakyat Indonesia Bank in the acquisition of the Agroniaga Bank business expansion, addition of assets as there are similarities in core business, namely in the field of agribusiness, the demand for Indonesia of Bank to Rakyat Indonesia Bank to acquire Agroniaga Bank who are going through a slump. Agroniaga Bank ownership after being acquired belong to the people’s Indonesia of Bank. Management of the Agroniaga Bank chosen unilaterally by the people’s Indonesia of Bank.</p><p>Keywords : Rakyat Indonesia Bank and Agroniaga Bank, acquisition, basic considerations,  ownership and governance.</p><p>Abstrak<br />Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengenai dasar utama yang menjadi pertimbangan Bank Rakyat Indonesia  dalam  melakukan  akuisisi  Bank Agroniaga,  dan  mengetahui  kepemilikan  serta  susunan kepengurusan sesudah akuisisi atau pengambilalhian saham yang dilakukan oleh Bank Rakyat Indonesia terhadap Bank Agroniaga ditinjau dari Undang-Undang Nomor 10 Tahun 1998 perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 1992. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum empiris yang bersifat deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan meliputi data primer dan data sekunder, yang mencakup bahan hukum primer dan bahan hukum sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan bahwa dasar  pertimbangan Bank Rakyat Indonesia dalam melakukan akuisisi Bank Agroniaga yaitu ekspansi bisnis, penambahan aset karena terdapat kemiripan pada core bussines yaitu dibidang agribisnis, permintaan Bank Indonesia kepada Bank Rakyat Indonesia untuk mengakuisisi  Bank Agroniaga  yang  sedang  mengalami  keterpurukan.  Kepemilikan  Bank Agroniaga setelah diakuisisi menjadi milik Bank Rakyat Indonesia. Kepengurusan Bank Agroniaga dipilih secara sepihak oleh Bank Rakyat Indonesia.</p><p>Kata kunci: Bank Rakyat Indonesia dan Bank Agroniaga, akuisisi, dasar pertimbangan, kepemilikan dan kepengurusan</p>
