ABSTRACTThe ability to write scientific articles for teachers is still quite low. While the career development of a teacher, especially in Submitting a Credit Score for promotion,  it is very necessary to publish scientific articles as a condition. The writing of this article is part of the implementation of community activities with the aim of increasing teacher understanding in writing and publishing scientific articles carried out in the form of training (workshops). The methods used in this training are lectures, questions and answers, practice to mentoring. The instrument used to measure teachers' understanding abilities related to writing and publication was a pre-test and post-test questionnaire with a Likert scale and was validated. In addition, to measure the level of success of community service activities, an evaluation questionnaire was given to the participants. Based on the results of questionnaire data obtained that the teacher's understanding in writing to submit / publication in online journals increased. Keywords:  Writing, Publication, Scientific Articles, Understanding, Teachers  ABSTRAKKemampuan dalam menulis artikel ilmiah bagi para guru masih cukup rendah. Sementara pengembangan karir seorang guru terutama dalam Pengajuan Angka Kredit untuk kenaikan golongan sangat diperlukan publikasi artikel ilmiah sebagai salah satu syarat. Tulisan artikel ini merupakan bagian dari pelaksanaan kegiatan masyarakat dengan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman guru dalam menulis dan mempublikasikan artikel ilmiah yang dilaksanakan dalam bentuk Pelatihan (workshop). Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini yakni ceramah, tanya jawab, praktek hingga pendampingan. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan pemahaman guru terkait menulis dan publikasi adalah angket pre-test dan post-test dengan skala likert dan telah divalidasi. Selain itu, secara umum untuk mengukur tingkat keberhasilan kegaitan diberikan instrumen angket evaluasi kepada para peserta. Berdasarkan hasil isian data angket diperoleh bahwa pemahaman guru dalam menulis hingga mensubmit/publikasi pada jurnal online meningkat. Kata Kunci: Menulis, Publikasi, Artikel Ilmiah, Pemahaman, Guru

ABSTRAK  Anemia dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai hal. Penyebab utama anemia pada kehamilan adalah defisiensi besi kemudian diikuti oleh defisiensi folat. WHO memperkirakan angka kejadian anemia sekitar 42 % terjadi pada ibu hamil dengan kondisi ekonomi menengah kebawah. Bit merah (Beta vulgaris L)  mengandung vitamin A, B, dan C dengan kadar air yang tinggi. Bit merah juga mengandung zat besi, kalsium dan fosfor yang bekerja dengan merangsang sistem peredaran darah dan membantu membangun sel darah merah karena kandunga asam folat dan B12 dalam Bit Merah adalah kunci penting dalam metabolisme seluler dan dibutuhkan dalam perkembangan normal eritrosit. Tujuan pengabdian adalah dapat memberikan edukasi pada ibu hamil tentang pemanfaatan Bit merah (Beta vulgaris L) dapat meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin di Desa Sungai Pauh Kecamatan Langsa Barat. Bentuk kegiatan yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat adalah metode penyuluhan dengan ceramah dan tanya jawab, dengan mengukur pengetahuan dilakukan pre dan post test. Kesimpulan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan setelah diberikan edukasi pada ibu hamil. Kata Kunci: Bit Merah, Anemia, Ibu hamil.  ABSTRACT Anemia can be caused by many things. The main cause of anemia in pregnancy is iron deficiency followed by folate deficiency. WHO estimates that the incidence of anemia around 42% occurs in pregnant women with middle to lower economic conditions. Beetroot (Beta vulgaris L) contains vitamins A, B, and C with high water content. Beetroot also contains iron, calcium, and phosphorus which work by stimulating the circulatory system and helping build red blood cells because the folic acid and B12 content in red beets are important keys in cellular metabolism and are needed in the normal development of erythrocytes. The purpose of this service is to provide education to pregnant women about the use of beetroot (Beta vulgaris L) to increase hemoglobin levels in Sungai Pauh village, Kota Langsa Barat district. The form of activity used in community service is the method of extension with lectures and questions and answers, by measuring knowledge conducted pre and post-test. The government has enacted Law Number 20 Year 2008 concerning Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, but in reality there are still many people who do not yet have the interest to form MSMEs. This is due to residents not understanding the rules that apply. The method of community service is in the form of lectures. Lecturers as lecturers, and village officials as participants. Before the lecture, participants were asked to answer the pre-test questionnaire. After the material and questions and answers, participants were asked to fill in the post-test questionnaire. Based on the results of the activity it appears that increasing public understanding of MSMEs. This can be proven by various questions raised by participants and the results of the participant questionnaire assessment. Participants have understood the position of the community that has potential and strategic roles in realizing economic development, especially in Dewi Sari Village, Kec. Rengasdengklok District. Karawang, establish and manage MSMEs and so on. It is recommended that activities like this can be done routinely so that the existing MSMEs continue to grow so as to increase the income per capita of the community.

Learning communication and motivation of a teacher, student and student is one of the important components in the teaching and learning process. The aim is to train and equip skills and improve communication skills and effective motivation to improve the quality of human resources for teachers, students and students in West Cikarang, Bekasi Regency, West Java.Based on interviews, questions and answers and direct observations during the activity, community service activities give the following results: (1). Increased knowledge and understanding of participants in having effective communication and motivation skills, (2). Increased the skills of participants in building togetherness (Chemistry) inside or outside their duties as teachers, students and students.

The Covid-19 pandemic impacts increasing psychological problems (anxiety disorders, depression, and insomnia) in the community and health workers. People experience clinical anxiety, so they are afraid to check their health to health services when they experience symptoms of illness. The purpose of this community service is to increase the knowledge and attitudes of health workers in providing good health education to the community so that people understand health behaviour and can make decisions based on the information that has been obtained. This education was conducted online for 300 health workers (Indonesian Radiographers/PARI), with the media zoom meeting. The implementation of this education begins with a pre-test, implementation of education, questions and answers, then a post-test. The results of the pre-test before the implementation of health education obtained a mean value of 36.50, a median of 30, and a standard deviation of 17,060, while the post-test results after the implementation of health education obtained a mean value of 93.00, a median of 100, and a standard deviation of 10.773. There is an increase in the knowledge of health education participants between before and after the health education is given. Recommendations from this community service activity are expected that health workers can continue to provide good health education to the community. The level of anxiety and stigma against Covid-19 decreases, and people feel calm and safe to check their health.

The ability of SMAN 1 Selemadeg and SMAN 1 Kerambitan, Tabanan Regency, Bali Province teachers, in writing Classrom Action Research (CAR) reports and articles is very low. This problem has an impact on the delay of the promotion of teachers for many years, because one of the requirements is not fulfilled in the element of scientific papers. Community service aims to improve the ability of teachers in writing CAR and articles. To achieve these objectives, the Simpang Tegar method is implemented. Data on teacher understanding of the basic concepts of CAR and articles were collected using the test method. While the data on the skills of teachers writing CAR and articles are collected using observation and check-list of tasks given during mentoring. The results obtained are as follows: (1) teacher's understanding of the basic concepts of CAR and scientific articles increased from an average of 57.34 during the pre-test to 73.93 during the post-test; (2) teacher's skills of writing CAR  reports and articles increased from an average of 45.41 before mentoring, to 68.58 after mentoring

Abstrak: Praktik bullying ataupun kekerasan di sekolah masih sering terjadi hingga saat ini. Sudah banyak kasus Bullying yang terungkap dan bahkan menyebabkan kematian bagi korban. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada siswa tentang bullying dan cara pencegahannya. Bentuk kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan yaitu Penyuluhan kesehatan tentang bullying dan pencegahannya serta diskusi bersama. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada hari Sabtu, tanggal 08 Februari 2020 pukul 09.20-11.00 WITA. Peserta kegiatan penyuluhan ini adalah siswa-siswi SMK Negeri 1 Lelogama, Kecamatan Amfoang Selatan, Kabupaten Kupang kelas XI-XII. Peserta penyuluhan sebanyak 68 peserta. Penyuluhan Kesehatan dapat berjalan dengan baik dan lancar. Pihak sekolah juga memberikan dukungan penuh dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini. Pengetahuan dan pemahaman siswa semakin bertambah terkait bullying dan cara pencegahannya, dibuktikan dari hasil pre-test dan post-test dimana terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 30% setelah diberikan penyuluhan. Perlu dilakukan pengabdian lanjutan dengan waktu yang lebih lama untuk advokasi aturan/kebijakan terkait pencegahan dan penanganan bullying di sekolah.Abstract: The practice of bullying or violence in schools was still common today. There have been many cases of bullying that have been revealed and have even caused death to victims. The purpose of this service was to provide knowledge and understanding to students about bullying and how to prevent it. The form of service activities carried out was health counseling about bullying and its prevention and discussion together. This community service activity was held on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at 09.20-11.00 WITA. The participants of this counseling activity were students of SMK Negeri 1 Lelogama, Amfoang Selatan District, Kupang Regency in class XI-XII. There were 68 extension participants. Health education can run well and smoothly. The school also provides full support in this service activityStudents' knowledge and understanding is increasing regarding bullying and how to prevent it, as evidenced by the results of the pre-test and post-test where there is an increase in knowledge of 30% after being given counseling. Further service needs to be done with a longer time for advocating for rules / policies related to the prevention and handling of bullying in schools.

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Kanker merupakan salah satu penyebab kematian yang paling utama di dunia, sekitar 40 wanita tiap harinya terdiagnosa kanker leher rahim. Kanker leher rahim disebabkan oleh virus HPV, infeksi HPV sendiri sering kali tidak menimbulkan gejala. Desa Suka Maju merupakan salah satu desa yang terdapat di Kabupaten Muaro Jambi dan mempunyai jumlah wanita usia subur berjumlah 820 orang, namun hanya 17,11% wanita usia subur yang baru memanfaatkan pelayanan IVA.Metode: Dengan memberikan penyuluhan kepada wanita usia subur dengan (WUS) sebanyak 40 orang, dan diberikan pre dan post test untuk mengevaluasi pengetahuan wanita usia subur mengenai pemeriksaan IVA Hasil: terjadi kenaikan pengetahuan wanita usia subur di Desa Sukamaju sebesar 87,5%.Kesimpulan: Penyuluhan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan wanita usia subur terhadap pentingnya pemeriksaan IVA. ABSTRACT Background: Cancer is one of the most common causes of death in the world. About 40 women are diagnosed with cervical cancer every day. Cervical cancer is caused by the HPV virus, HPV infection itself often causes no symptoms. Suka Maju Village is one of the villages in Muaro Jambi Regency that has 820 women of childbearing age, but only 17.11% of women of childbearing age have just used IVA services.Methods: employed in community service was to provide counseling to women of reproductive age with (WUS) as 40 women, and then given pre and posttests to evaluate the knowledge of women of childbearing age After being given counseling on IVA examinations. In brief,Result: There was an increase in the knowledge of women of childbearing age in Sukamaju Village by 87.5 %. Conclusion: Health education can increasedthe knowledge of women of childbearing age on the importance of IVA Chencking

[Bahasa]: Salah satu metode pembelajaran yang cocok digunakan untuk operasi perkalian adalah metode jarimatika. Metode ini diberikan kepada siswa SD di Kefamenanu mengingat berdasarkan data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), Kefamenanu telah memiliki empat perguruan tinggi namun masih banyak siswa yang belum memiliki kemampuan berhitung cepat. Kelebihan metode jarimatika adalah tidak memerlukan alat peraga dan hafalan karena perhitungan dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan jari tangan sehingga diharapkan operasi hitung perkalian dapat lebih mudah dipahami, menyenangkan, dan tidak membebani memori otak siswa. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung siswa sekolah dasar. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SDN Neonbat Kefamenanu, Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) dengan subyek pengabdian seluruh siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 60 orang. Pengabdian dilaksanakan dalam bentuk workshop yang dibagi menjadi 2 hari. Pelaksanaan hari pertama fokus pada review kemampuan dasar siswa yang meliputi perkalian 1-5 dan dilanjutkan dengan perkenalan teknik berhitung cepat dengan jarimatika untuk perkalian 6-10 dan 11-15. Pengabdian dilanjutkan pada hari kedua yaitu review materi pada hari sebelumnya dan penyampaian teknik berhitung cepat untuk kelompok 16-20 yang diakhiri dengan pemberian latihan. Kegiatan pengabdian tidak hanya berhenti pada workshop tetapi dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan terhadap siswa yang dipilih sebanyak 20 orang. Kegiatan pendampingan ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap hasil belajar yang diperoleh siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari peningkatan nilai rata-rata pada pre-testsebesar 55,84 dan pada post test sebesar 75. Kata Kunci: berhitung cepat; metode jarimatika; perkalian; sekolah dasar [English]: One of the appropriate methods to learn multiplication is Jarimatika. It was given to elementary school students in Kefamenanu which, based on data from statistical central agency (BPS), has four colleges but there are still many students who do not have rapid counting skills. The advantage of this method is not requiring learning tools and memorization because calculations are done by utilizing the fingers so that the expected counting operation of multiplication can be more easily understood, enjoyable, and does not overload students’ memory. The purpose of this community service program was to improve the counting skills of elementary school students. It was held at SDN Neonbat Kefamenanu, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) involving 60 5th-grade students. The program was carried out in two-day workshop. The first day focused on the review of students ' basic ability which includes multiplication 1-5 and continued with the introduction of quick counting techniques with Jarimatika for multiplication 6-10 and 11-15. The second day was to review the previous day and introduce the rapid counting technique for multiplication 16-20. This program did not only end with the workshop but also continued with the assistance of 20 selected students. This assistance provided a positive impact on the results students get which can be seen from the increasing average score: 55,84 in the pre-test then increased to 75 in the post-test. Mentoring Activities of Applied Science to Improve the Competence of Natural Science Teachers in Prakarya Learning in Sijunjung RegencyAbstract. Junior high school natural science teachers in Sijunjung Regency are still not optimal in teaching of prakarya. This is due to the lack of application of natural science in prakarya learning. Prakarya subjects have four material aspects, namely: crafts, engineering, cultivation, and processing. The material aspect of crafts is more dominantly taught by science teachers in prakarya subjects even though this material aspect is more appropriate to be taught by arts / culture teachers. In addition, there are still very few natural science teachers who are able to compile prakarya student worksheets. The Community Partnership Program in the form of mentoring activities of applied natural science is very much needed by natural science teachers in learning prakarya. This activity aims to motivate and help natural science teachers to continue to improve their competencies, especially professional and pedagogical competencies. Community service activities in the form of mentoring activities use a method that consists of several stages. The initial stage is the orientation and discussion phase. The second stage is the preparation phase of the activity. The third stage is the mentoring stage 1 (in) with use the explanation, demonstration, and practice methods on mentoring activity. Data collection techniques with pre-test and post-test methods and analyzed using normalized gain. This activity has been carried out for 5 months from March to July 2019 at SMP Negeri 11 Sijunjung, Kamang Baru District, Sijunjung Regency, West Sumatra Province. The results of the activities showed that increasing the pedagogical competence of the Sijunjung district's natural science teachers in the prakarya learning was satisfactory. Meanwhile, increasing professional competence is quite satisfying. So, overall the improvement in the competence of Sijunjung district's natural science teachers in prakarya learning has been satisfactory.Keywords: Community service, applied natural science, prakarya, professional, pedagogicalAbstrak. Guru-guru IPA SMP di Kabupaten Sijunjung masih belum optimal dalam mengajarkan prakarya. Hal ini disebabkan karena masih kurangnya penerapan IPA dalam pembelajaran prakarya. Mata pelajaran prakarya memiliki empat aspek materi yaitu: kerajinan, rekayasa, budidaya, dan pengolahan. Aspek materi kerajinan lebih dominan diajarkan oleh guru IPA dalam mata pelajaran prakarya padahal aspek materi ini lebih tepat diajarkan oleh  guru seni budaya/keterampilan. Selain itu, masih sedikitnya guru IPA yang mampu menyusun bahan ajar prakarya. Program Kemitraan Masyarakat dalam bentuk pendampingan implementasi sains terapan sangat diperlukan guru IPA dalam pembelajaran prakarya. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memotivasi dan membantu guru-guru IPA untuk terus meningkatkan kompetensinya terutama kompetensi professional dan pedagogik. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dalam bentuk kegiatan pendampingan ini menggunakan metode yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan. Tahap awal yang dilaksanakan adalah tahap orientasi dan diskusi. Tahap kedua berupa tahap persiapan kegiatan. Tahap ketiga adalah tahap pendampingan 1 (in) dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, demonstrasi, dan praktik pada kegiatan pendampingan. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan metode pre-test dan post-test dan dianalisis menggunakan gain ternormalisasi. Kegiatan ini telah dilaksanakan selama 5 bulan dari bulan Maret sampai dengan Juli 2019 di SMP Negeri 11 Sijunjung Kecamatan Kamang Baru, Kabupaten Sijunjung Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru-guru IPA kabupaten Sijunjung dalam pembelajaran prakarya sudah memuaskan. Sedangkan, peningkatan kompetensi profesionalnya cukup memuaskan. Jadi, secara keseluruhan peningkatan kompetensi guru-guru IPA kabupaten Sijunjung dalam pembelajaran prakarya sudah memuaskan.Kata Kunci: Pengabdian, sains terapan, prakarya, profesional, pedagogik

COVID-19 has been declared by WHO as a global pandemic. COVID-19 affects various lines of human life, especially the health aspect. East Java has ranked second in the COVID-19 cases in Indonesia. One of the efforts made to reduce the spread of COVID-19 is through clean and healthy activities and behaviors stay at home causes people to be limited in their activities except for very important purposes, especially activities for pregnant women. Pregnant women must and should carry out regular antenatal care checks. COVID-19 causes anxiety problems and worries for pregnant women to leave the house, including having pregnancy checks. But the mother is also worried about the condition and development of the fetus. This will increase the risk of maternal and infant mortality and the SDGs target in the third objective will not be met. This community service aims to provide knowledge related to antenatal care to high-risk using Poedji Rochyati Score Card (score 6-10) and very high-risk pregnant women (score 12) during the COVID-19 period. The method used in the implementation of this community service is material from resource persons, implementation of health education, and evaluation. The pregnant women were very enthusiastic about participating in this event, it was seen from the questions given to the team and vice versa. The results of the questionnaire show that there are differences in the level of knowledge of pregnant women for pre-test and post-test.
